I didn't make it to the end, either.  I had a hard time following the stuff Melissa was sending on instagram, but here it is for anyone else who wants to see all or part of it. 

Here's a quick summary of what I recall for those who don't want to hear it.

Melissa takes Auntie to task for speaking of the dead.   Auntie points out that she wouldn't have mentioned the dead had not Melissa brought up her mother's death on the show.

also Melissa denies that she is filming her scenes in an airbnb instead of where she really lives

Melissa disputes Auntie's characterization of her relationship with her "boyfriend".     He isn't mentioned by name, but we know it was Elijah from the show.

I'm in the middle of watching this episode, and by far, watching her eat her food in front of a mirror is one of the most bizarre things I've seen.  I understand mindlessly eating in front of the TV, but setting up a chair, in your room in front of your bedroom mirror so you can watch yourself eat.....it was weird.  I didn't listen to the segment with her psychotherapist, but watching yourself eat an entire lasagna in less than ten minutes has to mean something.
