ElectricBoogaloo February 24, 2020 Author Share February 24, 2020 My quibble is with the official description (bleaching your hair is not the same as dyeing your hair) and the fact that the hair stylist just told Nora not to bleach her hair without actually telling her what would happen. When you bleach virgin Asian hair, it will turn that orange color first. But it WILL turn blonde if you either leave the bleach on longer or do two sessions (bleaching your hair that much is very drying so depending on how light you want your hair to be, you can either leave the bleach on longer to get past the orange stage or do two bleach sessions). I know Asian people who bleach their hair blonde so I'm not just talking out of my ass. This random girl on the internet bleached her hair platinum blonde in one session, so it is totally possibly for Asian hair to go blonde in one trip to the salon: Link to comment
