I get that, and they are good together in their early years, the first time they date. I guess for me all the stuff that goes down between them retroactively tarnishes that for me, which is a shame.

I have to disagree. Anniston is a great actress, and it's great when she gets to be comedic, but I just can't stand Rachel and how possessive she is of Ross there. It is the beginning of how toxic they are together as a couple for me. Both are possessive of each other and will sabotage the others relationship so they can be with them. Look at Ross when he thinks Mark wants to be with Rachel and Rachel getting Bonnie to shave her head so Ross will break up with her and going to London to tell Ross she loved him when he was getting married. Ross is in love with the idea of Rachel he's had since high school/college and Rachel seems to only really want him when she sees Ross in a happy relationship. Ross gets a lot of hate, but it irritates me when Rachel gets off scotch free. In my eyes they are good people but are horrible together and bring out the worst in each other.

I assume he went in the chicken coop for privacy? Either way, don't blame him for not wanting to use the porta potty. Also, what happened to George in the last scene would be one of my biggest nightmares.
Georgie certainly has stepped up, and I especially loved seeing him read to Cece. I'm glad his father-in-law is on his side. His mother-in-law is a piece of work. I can see not being happy about the situation, but he's working hard to prove himself, give the guy a chance.

Ugh! Focusing on a haircut instead of, you know, the two people who were violently murdered sums it up pretty well. I can’t imagine what Nicole and Ron’s families and friends went through seeing the circus that was the murder trial.

Supposedly that really happened. And if so, I applaud Marcia for not chucking the box right in his stupid face. And FYI, you shouldn’t assume it’s that time of the month just because a person is buying tampons!!!!
The sexism she faced during that trial was ridiculous. I read a book "90"s (B-word)" a while back and one of the parts talked about her experience during that trial and it left me with the impression that sexism played a role in helping OJ get off.

I don't know what the product is called, but I've been seeing so many of the same commercials for full body deodorant where women talk about how their whole bodies stink. If I hear, "More then just my armpits stink" again it will be too soon.

They did it because they wanted to be "right" and feel like they knew better then all the "dupes." I think a lot of conspiracy theories feed on the fact that people like feeling like they have "inside knowledge" others don't have. They like feeling "in the know."
Honestly, as abhorrent and crazy as I find most conspiracy theories, the psychological and social roots and influences behind them are fascinating to me.

I feel bad for his family.
As for the murders, he so obviously did it, and it's a prime example of a rich famous person using money and fame to get them out of trouble, but, knowing what we know now I wonder how much brain injury from football played into his violent and erratic behavior. I am assuming if the murders and trial happened now, that would be a big part of the defense.

Almost 30 min in and I don’t think I’ve hated someone as much as I hate Alex Jones right now ever in my life. The way he attacked those poor families and caused them even more pain at the most painful time in their lives makes me feel he is worthy of the title of one of the worst people in the US today.

That makes the decision of seeing it or not for me then. I was intrigued by the premise, but turned off by the focus on the love story in the trailer.

Reading it and enjoying so far! I enjoy reading and watching stuff about Hollywood's golden age, Sunset Boulevard is one of my all time favorite films, so it's cool to learn about the history of Mexican cinema, which I know nothing about.

Sheldon is retconning himself!
Is is retconning though, to gain new/more complete understanding of situations? I think we all have that experience of seeing how we saw something as children was incorrect or not the complete picture once we're an adult.
I really enjoyed Sheldon and his friends with their unintentional AI program. It seemed like it could have been a storyline from TBBT.

While the films have their issues, I would argue the Donner films gave us the most accurate live-action portrayal of Superman to date. Christopher Reeves' Superman/Clark Kent portrays him in a way that is both tough but also kind and earnest. The single biggest disservice DC and Snyder have done to Superman is to try to make him dark and gritty. Superman is not dark and gritty. He's a symbol of hope. I hope Gunn takes a lesson from Marvel and Chris Evans Steve Rogers/Captain America on how to do a big earnest boy scout right. I see Captain America as the Marvel version of Superman; big kind tough men fighting for "truth justice and the American way." Marvel found a way to make him relevant to current day, while DC just made him Batman, because the Dark Knight was so well received, not considering they are different characters.

I wonder if it's because of Cole Sprouse's schedule. A quick look at his filmography shows him in two films a year in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2004, along with two TV appearances in 2001. They probably had Ben on as much as they could manage, and honestly, the show would probably have started to turn off people if they focused on Ben and Emma any more then they did. People turned in to see a comedy about 6 friends in the city, not on people raising kids.

I would also add that the history of comics is full of different writers and artists putting their own spin on the characters. Look at how many different runs and how many different stories have been told with the FF. Their history is composed of those writers and artists putting their own spin on them.

Yeah, I'm blaming the judge and prosecutors for this one. They should have known if allowing women to testify about unrelated charges/cases would be considered swaying the jury or prejudicial information, if those are the right terms. Information presented has to be relevant to the case and unfortunately it seems they allowed information that wasn't. From my reading, it sounds like they didn't meet the standard for admissible evidence of prior bad acts, which the prosecutors and the judge should have known and addressed at trial.
At least this isn't like Cosby and he isn't free. His LA convictions stand, and his career and life as he knew it is over.
