  1. Agree with just about everyone above.  Can't get invested in this cast.  I do like Erin and Jenna but the others give me nothing.  Ubah has gorgeous clothes and looks great in them, but I'm not getting anything else.  Brynn is trying way too hard. She isn't as all that as she seems to think.   Sai and Jessel are OK, but just that.  No one has the oomph factor.

  2. I think 90 minutes is too long when there are only 5 contestants, or else I'm just bored with these five.  I thought Laurence and her attitude should have gone home but I guess they want to see her tailored leather looks in  the finals (so do I).   I guess Brittany's style was referential to the Gucci collection, but I thought it was good.  I hate that style on a man, so its hard for me to judge.

Rami's didn't impress me.  It seemed like his draping but on a man and the model was so pale it just blended in.  But I think they want Rami in the finals.

So I think Rami and Laurence will be in the finals. Of the other three, I'd actually like to see Brittany.   But I suspect Brittany will go and it will be Bishme.

I love Christian, but the judges are falling down at the task.   Brandon offers next to nothing.

If Bethenny Frankel thinks she can start her own network, she's on crack.

Oprah Winfrey started OWN - which is jointly owned with Harpo, Discovery, and Warner Bros. Bethenny does not have Oprah Winfrey money, nor does she have even a tenth of Oprah's following.

Every single network has reality shows, including streaming apps like Prime, Netflix, Hulu. What network would ever want to partner with Bethenny when she allegedly wants reality personalities to unionize and get paid more, and get residuals, and back residuals? Let's say she gets former angry reality personalities to her network - is she going to have them on scripted shows as actors? If she is going to have them on reality shows - then is she going to be paying them more and giving them residuals? Is she going to have mental health advocates with each production crew?

I really want to see her try...that would be entertaining...SkinnyGirls bank account is going to get skeletal

    giphy.gif

Bethenny's answer to that comment about starting her own network was "it's too much work."  She doesn't have the skillset nor the money to do that but she'd never admit it.  Even Oprah had to drag in Tyler Perry to do some shows to bail her out; her network was not profitable for ages.  And Bethenny can't manage one person properly, never mind a big organization.

I think her best bet might have been a Sirius show, but she screwed that one up.  Jeff Lewis is really doing well.  She's probably making a bundle now on the podcasts showing on all sorts of social media platforms but it isn't too prestigious and I think has a fairly short shelf life.

This dingbat thinks she can do a Podcast about being The Other Woman

I hope she brands herself Skinny Mistress so that we can watch Bethenny's head explode

Now I’m wishing I’d watched VPR.    There seems to be more authentic drama there than on. Any of the HW shows I’ve watched.  .

  5. I didn't get Rami's look at all, although I guess it was beautifully constructed.  I didn't really see fitted, nor did I see oversized.  I loved Brittany's look but no way was it modest.  Laurence was the correct winner, IMO.   I would pick her as the winner of the whole thing if she gets away from the all leather looks.

Bishme's dress was dreadful, but I was glad he remained.  Cant stand Korto and her attitude.  Although the pants were beautiful, they looked heavy with the brocaded fabric.   And the top was meh.

  6. Bethenny is being raked over the coals by her previous admirers on Instagram.  First they are questioning why she did this interview.  They have no sympathy for Raquel.  They also say Bethenny was not prepared, had not watched the series and didn't know all the facts.  They ask over and over if she paid Raquel and if not, given her stance on Reality Stars payment plus residuals, why not.

Bethenny doesn't answer many and when she does it is with the usual snark such as the podcast was number one and Yes, she has lots of coin already.   As if that proves anything.

More and more people are seeing the real Bethenny for what she is.

  7. I like Jenna and Erin and that's about it.  I think all  the "two are false, one is real" questions are scripted by Bravo.  No way could these women make them up on  the spot.

Brynn is coming on too strong, Ubah is silly and boring.  I think Jessel has some possibilities.  That nightgown did look dreadful on her but she should have shut up about it.  She was probably self conscious that her body did not look good in it and she'd be on camera wearing something unflattering.

I want to see Jenna's Sag house.

I'm sticking it out for now, we'll see what happens as they get more comfortable with each other.

I would like to hear about Jenna's medical condition.  I've read about it but would like to hear her describe it.   Her hair and teeth are fake.

Thank you for the video!  As usual, Bethenny's non-stop burbling drove me nuts (as did her constant hair flipping & paper shuffling - tho somewhat excusable here because of her apparent nerves.) Despite Bethenny making it hard to get a word in edgewise, Jill held her own & seemed quite composed & able to get her points made.  Seems a reconciliation is in the works.  Though Jill seemed to want it more genuinely than Bethenny who will be looking to monetize it in some way.

So Bethenny's now saying that Andy told her to marry Jason.  Trying in hindsight to blame Andy for her bad decision?  Not buying it.  Because seeing how it played out on film at the time, Bethenny was extremely anxious to get married & have a baby. Her loudly ticking clock was drowning out the dialogue.  Jason happened onto the scene, she was tired of looking, & he was willing - so Jason it was. Or whoever she could've nailed down at that very moment. (Especially after the lst Jason (with kids) went running for the hills & no one was taking up the gauntlet.) Bethenny certainly didn't need Andy to give her a push.  Just as he doesn't deserve the blame for her screwed up marriage & endless divorce.

I couldn't listen to it what with the overtalking, shrieking, etc.  And I am really not interested in the minute details of what happened 13 years ago.   Bethenny has monetized this to death already.  she's made a gazillion shorts of it for YouTube, plus posting the entire video.  She Mentions It ALL in her IG's all the time.    Wonder if they ever thought of doing this privately, naaaaaah, no drama there.

People keep talking about the Christian Save. In the first episode he said there would not be a Save this season. So it is not being saved for Anna or anyone else.

Yes, I remember that as well.  I kept wondering while reading this if I misheard Christian.   There was even a scene of the contestants backstage with one of  them  asking if Christian would use his save on the week's loser (I forget who).  Maybe Christian did say "no immunity."

It's possible she wants to be a brand ambassador, on top of liking specific brands, and mingling with famous and affluent people, so she has to keep up with them. She mentioned that she promoted products, tagged the companies, and then contacted them to ask for endorsements. And she got some. She is an "influencer" after all.

She does nothing without the intent of making $$$$$.   As for Bryn, just another nepo baby.

  11. She’s been in St Tropez with Paul (no Bryn for a change) and really flaunting her wealth.  They bought a $20K Chanel birdcage bag, traveled with a $15K Goyard suitcase (which is SHIT says Bethenny), wears her AP watch and diamond ring and emerald ring and stack of expensive bracelets.   Guess she isn’t a fan of quiet luxury. Paul dresses like a Boston Brahmin, quite a contrast in style.

  12. Bethenny went on a rant last evening about the stupidity of the people who went on the submarine trip.  Of course because they are rich it is easier to dump on them.   She is despicable.   She still thinks of herself as poor I guess.

I remember a person who supposedly can't breathe in the AM going to Aspen during celeb tourist week and getting dramatic IV's for Instagram.

I just want to note that every episode (as far as I noticed), Rebecca has been wearing jewelry by Shaun Leane. I saw her hook earrings early on in this season and had to look them up. The designer is really pricey, but their creations are AMAZING. I did buy one pair of earrings from them, but if I keep looking at their collections I will be bankrupt and divorced within a year.

I really loved the final episode. I get people's gripes with this season--Jack, Nate's pathetic redemption, Rupert's lack of comeuppance--but I think the finale wrapped up the series nicely. The shippers make me eyeroll--Ted and Rebecca never had any chemistry, and their relationship was friendly at most. Roy and Keely? Really? So fucking toxic. And just because they hooked up a few episodes ago doesn't mean they need to have a love connection. Sometimes sex is just for fun. And Roy is such a mess. (I won't comment on her and Jamie, though--he's adorable and I love his arc, but they were never going to end up together). I was happy to see him in therapy, though. I like Keely on her own. I like Rebecca on her own (the Dutch guy meet-cute was adorable but I liked that it was non-committal).

I only started paying attention to this series this season--my wife would watch it while I was out doing whatever and was gracious enough to fill me in when I'd ask questions about some of the inside jokes--so now I'll have to go back and watch the first few seasons with some attention. I'm a little sad that I'm going to have to start hating Jamie, though, but I'll appreciate his redemption more for it.

I bought a pair of the Shaun Leane earrings (Sabre crossover) from  Selfridges (sometimes the price is less there and delivery to US is speedy).  Its the ones she mostly wore in this final episode.   Love them.

As for the final episode, I was bored.   But the series gave me two wonderful seasons and Hannah Waddingham and who can ask for more?

  15. I think its a sprinter van and she actually has a driver a good part of the time.  She's out in the burbs now and has to be taken to her various discount stores for filming her latest show ON YOUTUBE.

She was touting the latest offering from her salad dressing line yesterday and actually mentioned that it was the first time she tasted it.  It would appear that she has sold the rights to some company to use the name and has no say in the actual product.  Anyway, she got roasted in the comments because it has some artificial sweetener in it that isn't in favor, sucralose.
