Clearly, Janelle isn't thinking about her children. When Robyn told them that her assets were go to her children, she seemed startled. I thought Janelle was the smart one, but now I am having second thoughts. It bothers me that Robyn, who has never contributed financially, is living in a big mansion on a hill, while Janelle who has given her all has nothing to show. Heck, Christine, "the basement wife" was smart enough to get a house out of the deal.

I have been asking this very same question. When Kody and Robyn were on their honeymoon, Janelle refused to take his calls, and no one said anything. When Robyn announced that she was pregnant with Sol, Christine was the first to jump up and give her a hug; Janelle just stood there and rolled her eyes. If Christine didn't bend over backwards to be nice to Robyn or kiss her ass sufficiently, she would hear it from Kody. Janelle hardly acknowledges Robyn and has made it perfectly clear that she wants as little to do with her as possible. And yet, Kody has never said one word to her about it. I can't help but wonder why the double standard.

I believe Kody did less than the bare minimum to provide a loving relationship with three of his wives while going above and beyond for one. Christine REPEATEDLY told him that she was unhappy and felt neglected. Then after many years of this behavior, he claimed that she suddenly, out of the blue, left him. Now, he wants to blame others for the emotional distress that he brought upon himself. He feels betrayed by everyone else, which is rich, because he is the one who did the betraying.

She appeared startled when Robyn said that her assets were to go to her kids, because that kind of thinking did not occur to her. Which is why Savannah lives in a 2bed 1bth cottage, while her mean stepsisters reside in a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home, complete with a four-car garage, a massive kitchen, an underfloor heating system, two master suites, a wine fridge, and an expansive deck.

Meri is out here trying to spin staying in an emotional abusive relationship as empowering; that is some mental gymnastics. I don’t think people are being mean, but rather in disbelief that she would stay with someone who is telling the world on national TV that he doesn’t want her. She said, "I have my own value", but the fact that she is staying around hoping for Kody to acknowledge her, says something else about her value. She doesn't want people judging her on her decision to stay, but it's okay for her to judge Christine on her decision to leave. Hypocrite!
