I don't remember any of the details now, but I used to watch "Santa Barbara" a thousand years ago. It was your normal daily soap opera but it actually had an ending and plots were resolved. At the time, I was very surprised and happy that it ended with closure.
I still complain about the Quantum Leap finale. Specifically with the text at the very end :
Dr. Samuel Beckett never returned home.
Really? Just leave that off and let us pretend.

Don't laud that show that much either--if you check up on it it's got some nasty skeletons in it's closet too.
I totally believe that. Shows that involve people's health are going to be inherently risky. Can y'all think of any that are well received for being careful about health and mental issues?

What comic are you referring to? I tend to stay away from Kevin Smith comics because they take so long to come out sometimes. I am really curious why DC would allow that characterization.

We don't get EastEnders on PBS in Georgia. How often is it shown?

We would watch that. In fact we do sometimes, and it is called "Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition" or something similar. They spend an entire year with one person on individualized goals. If Biggest Loser could go to that format, it would be great.

I liked Tegan also joshleejosh. Five is "My Doctor" because he was the current Doctor around when I really started watching. But I really like the companions in the new series because we actually get a lot of backstory on most of them. I'm going to have to go with "The Ponds" as my favorite companion, if that's not cheating.
