Yes, which is why more women of color should be on the squad. The implication that the whites are all better year after year after year is bull. Like someone else said, it's systemic. In theory, that's true. In reality, the pitchforks would come out if there were no Caucasian women on the squad. And rightly so.

Absolutely, but you can't convince me that more women of color are not among the best. I know better. Their preferences get in the way of the best squad possible.

Ironically, that seems to be how they feel about the women of color. The quota is for the minorities, not the whites.

Because an all white squad just won"t cut it. If they were all black or all Asian or all Latina, that wouldn't be right either. And when you factor in the cookie cutters who are not great dancers, the most skilled argument goes out the window. America's Sweethearts should represent all of America, not just skinny caucasians who look alike.

It's great that so many fans of other teams are DCC and MTT fans. I don't think I could do that, though. I'm an old timer. This is year 41 of my Cowboys fandom and I've loved the DCC equally as much as the team the whole time. Watching another squad would be blasphemy. Kudos to those who can put their love for another team aside and just enjoy the show.

She treated Ashley like crap, though. I could tell she really wanted to be a DCC, but yeah, she was stiff.

A few DCCs wore pigtails in the 70s and 80s. It was cute at the time. It would be weird now.

I actually wish more DCCs had the Keyra look. She's only heavy by DCC standards which need to change. I remember Kandi years ago who ended up marrying a pro golfer. She had that short curvy body also. To me it's a good look. I don't mind the tiny women. It can be a great look. Case in point - Kelli from last year. But I don't think DCC fans would revolt if they started selecting women of varying sizes and, yes, complexions.

There was a deaf DCC back in the 90s too. I think her name was Emily Clark, a really cute black girl who kept up based on the vibration of the music and closely observing those around her.

What does Judy do? It isn't creating new choreography is it? I'm an old timer and back in the day the choreography wasn't stale. I love the DCC so it pains me to criticize them so much, but some things need to change.

I saw a photo where she looked like point in San Diego. I think she was Pro Bowl too so there's hope for Bridget. This reminds me of the lady who was a pro bowler and top girl with the KC Chiefs. She was really pretty and Kelli treated her like crap. She asked her why try out for DCC if you were so great in KC? I felt like it was a stupid question if the DCC are the gold standard. I don't think Kelli treated pro bowlers Jackie Bob or Bridget that way so what was it? They said she was a stiff dancer, but there was no reason to crap on her. I wanted her to make it.
