O is for "Oreo," Blanche's granddaughter.
-
I is for Rose's cousin Ingmar who did bird imitations.
-
B is for Blanche's daughter Becky, both the overweight one and the artificially inseminated one.
-
W is for Wicker, which the house is full of.
-
L is for the Lanai.

Uncle Phil from Fresh Prince makes jewelry? ;)

Whoops, too slow. Nothing to see here.

I got a little confused there and thought you were talking about a John Waters version of West Side Story. Which...now that I think about it might make me like WSS more. (I'm not a fan.)

Z is obviously for Zulu, Queen of the Dwarf People.
For the next round how about the house and/or items in the house? Just thought of one to get us started:
A is for the Attic, where Sophia joked about moving the safe.

P is for Pablo Picasso! I have a feeling she's lying...

That's my understanding, emma675.
R is for the 3 R's in St. Olaf - Readin', 'Ritin', and Rooster Inseminating.

I can't even comment on the business nonsense so I'll just ask this - can someone tell me how togas tie into a Vegas party theme? Was it a nod to Caesar's Palace? Or did the party supply store just didn't have enough boas and masquerade masks?
-
J is for Jean, who fell in love with Rose.
-
F is for Feldman. She's a Feldman, dammit. Of Buffalo.

So what does the mug say that reads, "I lost my (censored) in Vegas?" I don't think I've ever heard that line in its entirety on any channel.

B is for (perky) Bosoms. Whether they were perfect champagne-glass-sized orbs of dancing loveliness, or had more air pressure than Dorothy's rear tires. Either way, notice how they seem to follow you wherever you go?

I quote this one a lot from Sophia: "Why do blessings wear disguises? If I were a blessing, I'd run around naked."
"Was Sophia naked just now, or does her dress really need ironing?"

Robyn has a dream and it's a really impor-ant dream and everyone in the family must share in this dream or the monogamists win. *eye roll*
I don't think it's about pushing for polygamist's rights anymore. (And I'm not convinced that premise was ever 100% genuine anyway, unless perhaps from Christine.) I think the real tragedy if the business fails is that they'll all have to get real jobs!!! *gasp!*

Ugh, I hated the "where do whores go..." in the book. I hope it doesn't come up in the show!
I just hope the void isn't filled by 14,759 more games of cyvasse.
Yeah, I'd been thinking that by just having Lady Stoneheart not speak, they wouldn't need to put Fairley's name in the opening credits. Years and years ago, the show Angel famously concealed the surprise appearance of a character by not having her speak, so that they didn't have to have the actress's name showing up spoiling viewers.
I was wondering about that, but Rose Leslie was credited in this episode and she didn't speak.

Given past records, I'd say at least one more member of the Rome cast joining for s5 seems likely. My vote is for Ian McNiece as Wyman Manderly.
It's never gonna happen, but I'd love to see Lindsay Duncan as Genna Lannister.

Ruby Dee has passed away. After hearing her mentioned a couple of times a few nights ago on the Tony's, I checked out her history and lo and behold! She was Mammy Watkins! In her honor I'm listening to Stardust.

When Blanche and Rose danced in front of Dorothy in her hospital room going by the name "The Two Merry Widows" where did the music come from? Was the music for our benefit and Rose and Blanche were just dancing in front of Dorothy and Sophia with no music or what?
Ooh, I can possibly answer one! I think Blanche had a small radio/tape player on the empty bed next to Dorothy's, but I'm not positive.
The rest is all just a mystery worthy of the Maltese Falcon Club.

Has Meri ever said WHAT exactly she's planning to study in college? (Forgive me, I missed the first few minutes of the episode.) I could get behind the idea a lot more if it was something that would help her get back into her work with youth or another viable field. And I know it's usually much better to have any college degree on one's resume as opposed to simply a high school diploma, but I can't help but wonder if this is a) a chance to escape joolry duty, and b) a way to take advantage of mother/daughter college scrapbooking kits at the party supply store.
Although, if she wanted to major in The Pronunciation of T's (i.e. "Day'un," "impor'ant") and share her new found knowledge with the rest of the cult de sac, I would consider it money well spent.

I had a feeling Grenn and Pyp were going to die, and that's why we'd seen more of them lately, but it still hurt, especially Grenn, who was one of the hottest guys on the show.
You ain't never lied!

Movie Musicals
in Everything Else Movies
I'm going to have to watch The Band Wagon again. I saw it once years ago and wasn't enthralled, but I must have been missing something. I trust you all! And I'm adding Gentlemen Prefer Blondes to my to-watch list.
Just because I don't believe I've seen it mentioned yet, I wanted to throw out my favorite movie musical - The Music Man. I always watch it around the 4th of July, so I'm starting to get in the mood!
