Honestly, she doesn't give a reason why she doesn't want to. There is the possibility that she is afraid what happened to her aunt will happen to her though that isn't the way Postpartum Depression happens however because she has a family history of it there is a higher chance of her having it but that is not a guarantee it will happen.
