So happy the Postables are back. I love all the SSD movies (and the series) and I really liked that they showed that marriages are not happily ever-afters, especially with two adults who have lived very separate lives and married quickly. It takes lots of work, compromise and communication. And there's nothing wrong with getting some outside help via therapy. Well done show! Can't wait for the next one where Oliver must lose his mind over the unpredictability of a newborn.

The Santa Summit was very funny and unique. The premise really worked to cram in all of the Christmas activities naturally. The Nerd Love was amusing and cute. Stephanie Sy's voice is terrific. Her rendition of Jingle Bells was so good once her character got going. Loved the fact that they reinforced that Jordan needed to make her own happiness first instead of relying on a guy.

I only saw one other comment on Ms Christmas Comes To Town, so I'm here to give it some love. Barbara Niven is her terrific self and lends some major believability to the story by going sans-make up, or darn close to it for some scenes. Her whole story line was terrific and fairly unique. Erica Durance handled the conflict with total maturity. Good chemistry between her and Brennan. Lots of feels. All the Christmas stuff felt organic to the story. Was so happy that they made a haircut for Brennan a plot point, because the first time he was on screen I was totally distracted by his terrible hair. He cleaned up REAL GOOD. Highly recommend this one.

I thought Mystery Island was very entertaining and well done. Like the friend, I love murder mystery games but I can never figure out the killer. I love Elizabeth Henstridge from Agents of Shield, and she was very good here. I didn't realize that Charlie Weber was from How To Get Away With Murder. He looks even more handsome now and especially good in tux. The only dark spot for me was the actress who played Morgan. She was not good. I kept it on my DVR to watch again. I liked Notes of Autumn as well. Ashley Williams still gets a little too manic at times for my taste, but she (and Luke) had many genuinely funny parts. And I appreciated the pretty steamy Luke/Peter kiss at the end. I enjoyed their love story more than Ashley and Marcus's. I felt it was more naturally developed.

I'm a sucker for a good love story and really enjoyed that episode. They brought the crazy with the first rescue and the heart with the dying husband and the older reunited couple. The updates on Lucy and Taylor were nice little bits to also give Buck some grief. Are they setting him up to not just raise his kid, but get together with the baby mama? Ji was so adorable with her "Cheers!" at the end. And now I want to go watch Strictly Ballroom for the millionth time. I love "Love is In the Air"

I am up to 6 Hallmark movies that I have just loved this year! #6 Southern Family Christmas - didn't expect to like this one as much as I did. Great story about families. The ILY was WAY too fast, but I liked that he was willing to follow her and her career. #5 The Royal Nanny - real action and intrigue. Rachel Skarsten was very good. #4 Three Wise Men and a Baby - they had me with the elf costumes and Nutcracker dance. Liked that the romances were secondary. Paul Campbell and Kimberly Sustad are excellent screenwriters. I hope they continue to write together. #3 Lights, Camera, Christmas - loved the inventive and unique for Hallmark storytelling device of the Panel with all the flashbacks. #2 Haul Out the Holly - Wes Brown was a comedic revelation. I have liked him in other things, but I LOVED him in this. His giddy joy, facial expressions & dancing had me cracking up. Melissa Peterman and Stephen Tobolowsky were wonderfully over the top. I really like Lacey and she did not disappoint. #1 Ghosts of Christmas Always - everything about this was terrific. The story was unpredictable and actors were all great.

I enjoyed Romance in Style too. There were definitely moments where I thought Jaicy (Ella) sounded too wooden, but her outfits were outstanding and there were more than enough moments where I thought she and her character was just terrific. There was one moment when she went off on one of her body-positivity rants and I wish Ben's character would have commented "She's sexy when she's fired up". It would have really hammered home the attraction on his part. I feel like you can't complain about Hallmark making the same story again and again and then complain when they make a movie outside their norm. They're trying some different things and I like it. To me, nothing about this movie felt ham-fisted or that they were checking boxes (except for the dreaded misunderstanding at the end).

Pleasantly surprised by how much I liked Love in the Limelight. Of all their movies, I saw the most chemistry between them in this one. His first scene with her family was really good and you can see how much she loves him when he sings. I thought Carlos did a good job with all the singing, and the singing at the end was especially good. As others notes, Abuela was a scene stealer and a treat. This was a good night for me, because I also watched Two Tickets to Paradise and really liked it. I laughed out loud several times. They handled their relationships with their exes and each other really maturely. I was shocked with how well they resolved everything. I loved that they did their own snorkling and Ryan really surfed.
