I thought Paula was relegated to Friday-show-only status.

Not what she watched, what she saw listed as the upcoming Friday show

His movies bomb spectacularly, yet studios continue to give him massive amounts of money to make more.
I'm glad I'm not the only one puzzled by this!

Remember, this is the show with the moderator who insists The White House Daily Press Briefing is in the constitution.

Philomena and her writer friend wondered why there was a picture of Jane Russell in the orphanage/former magdalene laundry. A local bartender told them JR acquired a baby from the orphanage and also set up other adoptions for rich Hollywood friends.

For all we know Bajie could've been on the road for a week, siphoning gas as needed.

But Kathy was shut down by Rahm Emanuel, who told her, "We're not doing this tonight." Douchebag.
Saw that too, no surprise. Is there anyone more sleazy than Rahm Emanuel?

After they showed the clip of Trump mispronouncing world leaders, Paula jumped in asking all to repeat one of the names 10 times in a row. Oh good god.
You can always count on Paula for a concise journalistic analysis!

There's just something extra about Jedi that even when their opinions are equally bad, she's still worse than Paula for me.

With all the unbridled sexuality, rampant drug use, excessive drinking, scant clothing, sun, sand, ocean and severe shade in The Pines, these producers pick the most boring jerks on the island. Parental visits? Dirty Kitchens? Speedos left on counters? The Drama!

but I wonder if them going back to the USSR might not be the best solution for the kids.
That would be my favorite ending, E&P bringing the kiddies back to the motherland. You think Henry's moody now?
Philip: Henry, I have good news and bad news.
Henry: Good news first.
Philip: Your mother and I agree that you should go to a new school
Henry: And the bad news?
Philip: The school's in Moscow.

Yes, Amy was definitely not given much personal attention. But as usual, Andy is star struck by any old school pop icon and THAT would be Goldie. I don't think Amy cared
I think Amy was just as starstruck as Andy, she seemed to luxuriate in all the attention Goldie was receiving.

I'm totally rooting for them, but I really think the show made a big mistake having them drop so many bodies.
Isn't that part of what the show is about? Having rootable characters committing indefensible acts? I watch this show with a friend, meaning we watch separately but then talk about it afterwards. He loves P&E, he roots for them, he hopes they get a happy ending. I, on the other hand, wish them nothing but a miserable existence, I don't forget the innocent people they murdered. The producers/writers were looking for and achieving moral ambiguity.
And with this particular episode, I believe E shot the husband first so the alleged Nazi collaborator would suffer in her final seconds.

These two give me such a case of the warm fuzzies that I find I watch more for their interactions than the actual design element! Add Poppy in and it's cuteness overload! Adoring this show.
Agree! Cuteness overload, indeed! That is one thing this show has that no other show has. Another is the money angle, the most recent episode there were no freebies. The couple had a clear budget ($100,000, part of the late uncle's estate I would imagine), and prices of the various projects were talked about. Some reno shows just give homeowners a reno with no word on budget.

I got FJ because of a short story by Lawrence Block which included the following Michelangelo quote about sculpting David: "It is easy. You just chip away the stone that doesn't look like David."

I'm so thrilled!!! With the same characters who survived S1! YES!!!
I've read two articles on news of the second season (yay!) and neither one mentions anybody coming back. The only quote from Fox is “a new chapter of the iconic franchise”.
Do you have different sources?
