Preference sheets are completely fictions massaged by producers.

Do I think guest submit sheets with likes/dislikes with glamor shots?  No, of course not, that's a conceit done by production for the viewing audience.

Do I think guests submit a list of dietary restrictions to the chef?  Absolutely!  But that is done, undramatically, via email.

  2. Haven't watched watched in several months, but I've recently watched a couple of episodes and I have two questions. I hope someone can help me out.

Ava recently discovered someone has been tampering with Sonny's meds.  Does the audience know who the culprit is?

Ava and Nina, former besties, were fighting today. What precipitated this rift?

The fact nobody was at least entertaining the idea and the toes is bad writing. Nobody was willing to listen at all even with the Sheila history.

It's not bad writing if it's the writer's contention that the characters are morons.  Not too long ago these imbeciles thought Sheila was dead because her toe, apparently a necessary body part, was found.  At least the writers are being consistent.

The writing is on the wall for Carl and Lins.  She isn’t ready for marriage.  Not one bit.  Substance abuse recovery is a long process.  She is not the person Carl needs during recovery.

Nothing in Carl's actions tells me he's recovering.  Going to clubs and drinking near beer are not signs of a sound recovery.

But how else will others know how much smarter and better you are then them? (End Sarcasm)

Joking aside, I do think it comes from a place of wanting people to know how "right" you are.

Right, and how wrong the 'sheep' are!

No idea if this is true but the Reddit streets are saying the director that Michelle is talking to at Chateau is either Michael Bay or Quinten Tarantino.

I immediately thought of QT, although MB is probably more likely.

Kevin from France has a female fiancé (girlfriend.), so last week, when he and Manny said they were the bottom brothers, guess they meant in the standings.

Not bottom bros, but Power Bottoms!

I was wondering the same thing too. I think a one-book per season adaptation would have been a better decision for Three Pines and would work better for this than trying to do multiple books. Granted, I've only read one book so far for this one but still

I am also interested in seeing what route they go with his disability. I looked him up and the actor has dysplasia in his arm. I don't know if they'll add that to the scoliosis or substitute it.

I've only read the first book, but in it, a woman does tell him that he's handsomer than he acts like he is. But she also isn't attracted to him at all. I don't really picture characters as I read, but I assumed that meant he wasn't bad-looking on his own merits but was not leading man levels of handsome.

What's the secret that Luke knows about Michelle?!?

I'm going to need Luke to spill all the tea here. And if he knows, for sure Kristen knows. Whatever this secret is, it probably came from her.

Kristen was on WWHL and said all will be revealed soon on The Valley.

I enjoyed Michael Douglas, saw him on another talk show in the evening.

My favorite part was when WG addressed Michael with something like "I loved that essay or pamphlet your father wrote", MD gave a 'what the fuck is she talking about' look, quickly pivoted, and said something like 'is the audience aware WG is a world class comedian".  Classy dude.

At one point in the movie clip it sounded like he was playing Franklin with a New Jersey accent.

    Definitely not Hoboken or Bayonne!

I thought Michelle's comment about hoping Kristin isn't pregnant because "we don't need more of her" was incredibly nasty.

It sure was.  Nobody needs another Michelle,  yet she still had one.

It took years but I can finally say it, I don't like Brittany. I find her obnoxious & selfish.

She's so ridiculous.  How can you expect your husband to take you seriously when you're wearing a t-shirt with multiple pictures of him on it?

This "magic mints" stuff is ridiculous and an insult to our intelligence. Why not just call them what they are, "edibles?" After all, marijuana is legal in California. /eyeroll

I haven't watched an episode since Steff stabbed "Sheila".  I only know what's going on from posts in this thread.  When I read mints, I thought they were little white pills, I must've been thinking about TicTacs!  There's no way TicTacs could be confused with an edible.  What do these 'mints' look like?

  13. All that time to think of a concept and the best they could do was 'surf and turf'?  WTF?

When I was in school (a thousand years ago), if nearly everyone failed a test the blame was on the instructor, not the students. So I have to believe this challenge was either poorly explained or it was just too out there for most of the contestants. I thought it was a fairly easy concept (I thought of hard/crispy vs soft), but it seems it went over the heads of nearly all of them. Or they understood but their execution was way off.

Is it the instructor's fault if it goes over the head of the contestants?  This was a test of the imagination.  Two people failed because they had no imagination.

I really felt KK's emotion when she told the two to pack their knives and go.

    No one seems particularly decent.

The short guy and his pageant consultant wife seem to be okay, but then again, we're only three episodes in!

Jill is a large dog. Cleaning up her diarrhea must have been an extremely demanding endeavor.

I think Jill was an excuse for Kristen's boyfriend (sorry I can't keep the guys' names straight save Jax) to not go to the gala.

Janet sucks so bad. She probably said all of that stuff. She really manipulated the whole situation to come out the best them used the prego card. Blech,

    Bingo, she's stealth.

I hope after watching this, the primary guest (whoever she was- she wasn’t ever on screen long enough for me to remember her) feels bad about the low tip.  For all the hoops the crew jumped through for their food issues, and for having to deal with Jill, that tip was not commiserate with the service provided.  They should get a bonus for not keel hauling Jill for attempted mutiny.

It's one thing to go on a reality show and present yourself as a miserable bitch, but then to top it off by being a cheap fuck is unbelievable.
