I totally agree, In the latest episode I couldn't get over how seedy their place is looking but then the camera pans around and you see that industrial site or whatever the hell that is next door and the trailer home on the other side and I still wonder why they bought it. It would look so much better with a fence and some hedges but Zach seems oblivious. Chris as a realtor hit the nail on the head when he said said 'it's not an attractive flag lot' and "it doesn't have any curb appeal" and now it's looking like a run down house in a crappy location. Zach was all pumped when they were going to put in their offer, he said "Location, Location, Location!" is he nuts? It's a terrible location and they're too dumb to realize it. Zach is a moron and so is Tori and what's up with Jackson taking months to finally receive a good behavior report from school, I suspect that his "OWNING" every place he walks into that Tori seems to find so endearing isn't going over very well with his teacher. Jackson constantly butts in and has to be the center of attention while little Lilah has to take a back seat and her idiot parents are so enamored with Jackson that they do nothing about it, he's going to run into kids as he grows older that will set him straight, right now he's in with 5 yr olds, wait until he's in a classroom of 8, 9 or 10 yr olds and he pulls that shit.

Lilah regularly falls over just walking on flat ground, if she falls head first into that ditch I'm afraid to imagine what could happen and as we've seen ZiT are not watching those kids as closely as they should, they think it's funny when Lilah topples over or runs into trees. Just what Jackson needs another voodoo doll to POKE, PROD and KONK Jackson was a jealous little brat from the very first time he saw Lilah, remember his whining and tantrum in the hospital and his refusal to even look at Lilah or Tori because he didn't want to share his parents with anyone. He still hates it and takes every opportunity to bump, shove, poke Lilah and sit on her head. Why they're still allowing him to sit on her head is beyond me! That should have been nipped in the bud a long time ago.

I agree, I think Matt would let it go for 4 million anything less than that and he'd rather keep it. It provides another storyline for the show and he might be planning on renting it out if it doesn't sell so it needed to be freshened up anyways to increase the rent potential.

They can be a lot of fun for little kids but they also need to be maintained especially if they're located in a wooded area like ZiTs house, I don't know if it was always a problem but nowadays they can easily become infested with sand fleas that bite like hell and you have to remove all the sand, scrub the wood down with a bleach solution in hot water, let it thoroughly dry then line the bottom with new landscape fabric and refill with clean sand meant for sandboxes. We put a sandbox in a partially shaded area of our yard, we have trees and bushes nearby like ZiTs property and it was full of sand fleas within a few weeks, the kids had red itchy spots on their legs and arms, I took it all apart, cleaned it, refilled and they were back within a month, the people at the garden supply store where I bought the sand said they were getting lots of questions about it from people trying to get rid of them, they told me to try dumping cinnamon and salt all over the sand and raking it in, that seemed to kick them back a little longer but eventually they returned... the battle rages on. I can't imagine Zach putting in the effort to battle sand fleas, he barely had the energy to hang a few xmas lights.

Amy's simply delirious about sleeping in clean sheets tonight, I guess the reviews about "Sandy's" fleabag motel are true, several people complained about stale, smelly sheets and an over powering odor of lemon disinfectant/air fresheners in the rooms. Still not sure why Amy's sheets are so filthy, was there a family of raccoons in her bed while they were gone or did she leave filthy dirty sheets on her bed for 3 weeks while they went on their road trip? I guess everything old is new again, she had filthy beds when her kids were growing up and it looks like that hasn't changed.

I totally agree It also didn't look like a great place for their kids to make friends and it made me nervous having little Lilah off on the other side of the house by the front door and a huge window straight out to the driveway, hopefully they have a security system and USE IT especially at night... Chris definitely knows his stuff their flag lot is awful... the whole place looks run down and cheaply finished... whoever they bought it from was laughing all the way to the bank. I found it kind of depressing plunked in between that business and a manufactured home, I feel bad for the kids. but hey... zack has a red tractor to ride around on so he's pumped! 🙄

Tori thinks she's profound but she's just an idiot, she needs to go to hell with her "I have brown hair but I'm not a brunette" GET OVER YOURSELF! As far as Matt saying Zach wouldn't look after the farm he's right, Zach is lazy as shit AND he's cheap to the point of ridiculous! At both of their former homes Tori nagged him to clean up the garage so they could use it and all he did was look around like a dope and laugh, then in the house with a thousand stairs Tori finally hired people to come in and organize the garage and Zach whined and bitched about how expensive it was.. he's another idiot! No way would Zach be able to manage a farm when he can't even throw a BBQ or clean a 2 car garage. In videos and pictures of their current home it's starting to look run down, the grass growing against the foundation, lawn going to shit, dirty siding just to name a couple meanwhile there's Zach rolling around his 2 acres on a tractor because that's what he likes, driving around on a tractor... actual work, not so much! Matt dodged a bullet when the 2 clowns took their kids and ran off in a huff! 🤡🤡👶👶👶

My wife thinks Caryn is a gold digger, she thinks Caryn is hoping to get Matt to the altar but has probably been keeping a diary from early on and will get a pay day one way or the other, either Matt marries her or eventually she'll write a TELL ALL or BOTH If Matt marries her she'll write a tell all after he croaks. I agree there's something about Chris that's kind of creepy Why are they living in the house that Amy provided, they knew they were getting married why not buy a home together? He's way too comfortable with the whole situation and he's becoming more ridiculous every season, Chris is laughing all the way to the bank.

That' would've been nice but old penny pinching Amy would never dust off her wallet and treat anyone to a restaurant meal. I wouldn't eat anything she cooks, seen way too many videos of her licking fingers, spoons, forks and then back into the food... not to mention her talking with her mouth full and food dripping out of the corners. Amy probably doesn't have a good sense of taste, during one video she was dumping HEAPING TABLESPOONS of garlic powder into a standard size pot of soup.... at the end of her video when going over the ingredients and giving measurements she estimated the garlic powder and said "oh heck, I'd say 1/4 of a cup" 😵 Don't get me wrong... I LIKE garlic but WHO puts 1/4 cup of garlic powder in a normal sized pot of soup?!?! GOOGLED THIS: One-eighth teaspoon of garlic powder is equal to one standard-sized garlic clove. Her breath could knock Godzilla on his ass!

ya I didn't need that visual in my brain! Do they think they're the new "IT" couple in hollywood or something? My wife rolled her eyes and wanted Zach to ZIP his mouth when he started up AGAIN about screwing like rabbits, it seems to be something he's really interested in sharing because this is easily the 4th or 5th time he's gone on about his prowess in the bedroom and Tori sits there giggling and trying to look sexy cute but she just looks like an old frump. They add nothing to the show, wish they'd pack up their shit and leave. That was very interesting I didn't realize so many of the jurors were unhappy with Josh I think Kev has the best chance of winning if he can get to F2 and once Haleena starts explaining to the jury how Kev was involved in almost every decision I think he'll be a shoe in to win over Josh or Betty. Can't wait for tomorrows show!
