  1. This one dropped yesterday on Discovery plus so we watched it last night. It was so hard to watch. Poor Wild Bill. By the end of it I was crying. Or there was something in my eye. Or I need to dust. Something. At first I thought Nick was a dick, but as the seasons wore on, I grew to like him.  Addiction sucks. All the boats meeting at Priest Rock to memorialize him was really touching. RIP Nick.

And the new deckhand on the Time Bandit "Mad Dog" needs to be thrown overboard. I don't care how long you've been working on the Bering sea. You're an asshole. I'm surprised Jonathan and he didn't come to blows. I hope he choked on his coffee.

And luckily it seems nothing happened from being fed two year old breast milk. That's still irresponsible and the risk was taken with Fenna's health though nothing happened. I can't give someone credit for doing the basics of dog ownership anymore than I applaud parents for playing with their children--- it's what you should do.

But the Duggars have such a low bar and such a horrible track record of doing the basics, Jills a big step up.

This may have been posted before, but this is the history of I Hope's performance as per Wikipedia:

I wonder if Gabby and her hubby have turned Jinger and Jeremy into viewers of American Idol.  Or maybe Jeremy has watched it in the past, but there's no way Jinger & family were allowed to, with all the secular music, sleeveless dresses, and non-side-hugging.

Too much Nike on that show for them.

  4. Enjoy your spa day, @Scarlett45! You deserve it. Cosmo is just adorable.

I hated my name since I was a kid. I've wanted to change it legally to a nickname I've used since I was a young teen, but I've never gotten around to it.  It's been enough of a struggle to get my family (not my husbands family, mine) to use my preferred name, not my given one.

Yesterday, my power went out at about 2 in the afternoon til after 5:30 pm. It was 105, so it didn't take long to get miserable in the house. We went out for dinner. When the power finally came on, we were laughing that you would go deaf from the sound of all the air conditioners running at the same time. Then spent 3 hours on hold with Delta trying to get a name on a ticket corrected. Would have been faster to go to the airport and go to the Delta desk

Hope everyone has a good weekend and stays cool. The desert heat is miserable and unending. And no rain in months. And none expected.

Considering Agnes has siblings named Arrow and Allove (as well as the slightly less awful Alora and Alyza, and the completely normal Adeline), I'd say she's not doing so bad.

    The woman is Joy's sister-in-law, btw (Austin's half-sister).

Arrow?? Allove?? Alora?? Alyza?? Seriously? Just eww. My moms middle name was Agnes. She hated it. My granddaughter named one of her new kittens Agnes. So there's that.

Its funny that this is coming up because the first few times I read your name, I read it as CrotchLady. Please accept my apology.

😂😂😂 No worries! And you made my day with that laugh.

  7. I'm watching the coverage of the Belmont Stakes. They were talking about the race before the actual Belmont race, and discussing a jockeys previous horses. One was named "Pocket Square". I laughed so loud I scared my cat.

Those escape rooms are fun. My grandson went to one with friends for his birthday.

Jing and Mr Pocketsquare are boring on an Olympic level.
