James doesn't deserve to be in the final 2.

Nicole is so going to get Diane'd....Corry is venting to Victor about Nicole. Saying he is afraid Nicole will be up his butt during the wrap party, jealous, and all he wants is to mingle with everyone. He doesn't want a relationship with her outside the house, especially since they both got out of one.
nicole is in for a rude awakening. And it's sad cause Corey goes on to say that he thanks Nicole for all the sex, but he doesn't want a relationship.
I'm getting the same feeling too, unfortunately. Diane ran season 5 and she didn't get the credit she deserved and we're on the same collision course. Corey is gonna win this game and I'm gonna hate myself all over again for following this stupid show!

I don't see Paulie voting for Nicole over any of his bros. True, Paul and Vic betrayed him, but I think he'd give them props for making a shrewd game move. If a woman pulled the same move, he'd call them conniving bitches.

Nicole is the same exact player from her original season, so I'm genuinely bemused about people saying they loved Nicole in S16 but can't abide by her now. Before she was shunned from the dominant group in S16, she spent her days with Christine talking shit about all the female houseguests and when she got the buyback, she spent her time sucking up the guys in the house. So thank you peachmangosteen for keeping it real in here. Nicole has never been a fan of women and she never will!

I just saw the first episode of BB Celeb Edition and Frankie introduced himself as a social media superstar and brother to Ariana Grande. And of course half his face was covered in glitter. I pity him.

I checked the schedule. No sign of RW or its spinoffs.
They're running a marathon of the original NY season next Sunday. If they decide to show old challenges, please let it be pre-Bananas era.

There must've been a lot of ties in the voting categories, because we ended up with 7 nominees for Best Drama, Best Comedy, and Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy.
They expanded the Best Drama and Best Comedy categories to 7 slots last year.
I'm so disappointed Rachel Bloom wasn't nominted for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The CW really is cursed.

So let me get this straight: Bridgette plans on nominating Paul, who has no allies in the house, and Tiffany, who is probably the last person to think of targeting her? And if someone from the 8pack + paulie wins roadkill, her closest friend in the house Bronte is likely being thrown on the block and possibly evicted? Wow, I haven't seen such a feckless waste of an HOH week since Kalia got Lawon evicted in season 13!

In that picture he kind of looks like the awkward dude from Fast Times at Ridgemont High who takes JenniferJason Leigh out on a date and forgets his wallet. Just me?

I've been watching BB for 17 seasons and they never have the house guests dress up only to make them mad dash during the commercial break to change into athletic gear. Sorry, you're wrong!

Wow those are the highest ratings for this show since 2012. I guess Bethanny is earning her million dollar paycheck.

Chris is a little bitch. I'm sorry, but I can't root for a curbstomp on Jenna, even if her outlook on life needs some adjusting.
Coral "bullied" Mike after he made ignorant remarks and you love her. Why is that?

This show is boring now. Unless they overhaul the cast, I'm out.

Ugh Tom Ascheim is at it again! He did the same thing to South of Nowhere when he ran The N!

Is this one of the homeliest casts in Real World history?

Has Amy ever been clever? I'm asking sincerely. I don't watch her show on Comedy Central so I can only go by what I see of her on awards show, and her whole shtick seems to be that she's a fat slut.

That was not an isolated incident. On Inferno III, he punched Davis, who is half his size, in the face for no reason. And yeah, all of what you mentioned above does not excuse his behavior towards Adam. I also didn't like how he tried to bully Adam into a friendship with him. The dude didn't want to be his friend. Leave it alone. I would personally rather deal with Abrams antics than CT's. I have never seen Abram hit anyone, aside from Donell on his RR season, and Donell totally deserved that shit (unlike Adam and Davis).
Damn, I was typing about the Davis incident when you posted, so thank you for saving me the time. I do feel CT is crazier than Abram. Like, remember the time he tormented Wes for frickin hours? It was amusing to us, the viewers, but that takes a lot of stamina for a functionally sane person. Plus, when CT goes into his rage episodes, it's like he blacks out and there's no reasoning with him. With Abram, I see his outbursts more akin to a yappy dog trying to get your attention -- just give him a treat and pat him on the head and he calms down pretty quickly.

Regarding the Cara/Jamie conversation, Cara said they weren't actively filming and she wasn't even mic'd. They were covertly filming them, so I'm not going to put that particular episode on Cara.
But Cara Maria is no spring chicken when it comes to these shows. This is, like, her 8th challenge, correct? It's common knowledge that these reality shows install night-vision cameras and outfit the headboards with mics to pick up any secret late night hook ups. We've seen plenty of tawdry examples on this very show. I agree with Abe that it was a very calculated move on her part. I think she knew how horrible her cheating behavior would come off as and was attempting to shape the narrative in order to reduce to blow back she would eventually get from the audience.

I'm gonna give MariaLynn credit where its due, you can tell she practiced her lines in the mirror....A LOT. Over and over and over, and added the hand gestures and everything.
I noticed across the whole franchise these women love to wildly gesticulate in their interviews, though some are more guilty than others (looking at you Nikki Baby!). Maybe they do it to keep their energy level high. I know I'd get lethargic if I had to stand in one spot while answering a bunch of asinine questions. And if the process of these interviews are anything like The Real Housewives, they take hours and film over several days. Dang Mona Scott, I guess she feels these chicks are too ratchet to have a comfortable seat to sit in and made to look glamorous like the real housewives.

Do you guys think Yolanda is beginning to regret her decision to sign up for another season? She signed up this season with the express purpose of shining a light on the hardship of Lyme disease but the producers pretty much sabotaged that effort when they had other cast members express doubt about her illness. Yes, I believe it is the producers who put Rinna up to mentioning Munchausen on camera and also having Vanderpump and Kyle express some uncertainty about Yolanda's illness during their one-on-one interviews. Andy has admitted that the higher-ups troll social media and forums to gauge audience's responses to the cast members, so I have no doubt they read a lot of posts expressing skepticism about Yolanda's illness and decided to make it their centerpiece storyline for the season.
What sucks for Yolanda is that even if she really does have Lyme disease, people will now be wary of her claims because you have other cast members wondering aloud if she may be faking it. My mom, like the majority of the audience, only goes by what she sees on the show, and doesn't do social media or message boards, and now she's thinking Yolanda may be another malingerer like Brooks from RHoC. I'm sure that is not at all what Yolanda was expecting going into this season.

With ratings being the lowest they've ever been for the franchise, I wonder if Johnny is starting to break a sweat. I know he pays attention to ratings because he loved to gloat on twitter back when Battle of the Seasons 2 was airing how ratings were low without him. As much as I can't stand him, I think he's amassed enough of a fan base that he could maybe parlay this into a hosting gig on some small tier network like Fuse. But I wonder what will happen to people like Aneesa when MTV finally pulls the plug on our favorite shit-show? Is she still stripping? She can't do that forever and I'm not sure she has acquired enough qualifications/skills for a regular office job.
Season 9 First Looks
