I didn't even knew there was a book, I'm really surprised about it. I actually have searched about other stories from Avatar: The Last Airbender or from The Legend of Korra, but I don't konw where to find them. If someone know about where i can see them, please let me know.

I actually agree with you, I really liked the end and not because was like a "happy ending" but I think that they made it a little bit more realistic (even that I know that's about fantasy) I don't know if you get it. But yes, the Last War would have been much better if it was more longer, I personally think the war was great, but I wanted to see more of that because everything ended so faster.
