And I'm not good at distinguishing between all the blonde heads of hair, but from what I saw, it didn't look like VK was part of this group dancing??? Maybe the events of the SG episode were staged just for drama for reality TV, or nothing was actually set in stone? Long time lurker, never made an acct until now lol. Long rant a-brewin' I've been pretty ambivalent towards VK and the drama surrounding her (loved her bubbly personality last year, but was peeved by how disrespectful she was towards sweet Jinelle and got red flags on her behaviour behind the scenes when Kash made that comment about her not thinking before she spoke). Last year, she needed to get cut, but this year, from watching what I've seen of her, I think she is DCC material. She needs more maturity and growth, but her skills make her a good fit for the team. But not SG. Jalyn is a favourite of mine, so the details of this rumour have me torn. On the one hand, I'm usually hesitant to believe rumours, but on the other, I'm furious because... well, Jalyn is my fave and I WANT VINDICATION lol. Even so, if Jalyn was outdanced this year (unlikely; she's a top 10 of the team and I watch the games; that much makes it clear) by a rookie, I would pick Lisa over VK any day. She's arguably the strongest of the rookie dancers I feel. Lisa hasn't gotten much screen time as of late, but she's been consistently good, consistently strong, and consistently noted as a powerhouse by Kelli and guest judges alike (reminds me of Jalyn last year in that respect; coasting by with no issues because she's great and decidedly a top pick for the team). So to me, whatever reason Jalyn isn't on SG anymore (even though she should be 😢), I don't think VK makes sense either. (Kinda weird how Lisa got no screen time during SG auditions either... considering how strong she's looked, I assumed she would be a shoo-in) But whether VK is the reason behind Jalyn getting kicked off of SG or not, the favouritism VK has been shown is pretty substantial in this show. I can't help but wonder why Kelli doesn't see that this is going to cause tensions in the sisterhood. Not just in the team itself, but also in the relationship between VK and the girls. Idk if VK is as manipulative or deceitful as she's made out to be on this forum (I'm leaning towards no, but I do feel she might be the type to have gotten everything she's wanted on a silver platter and might behave in ways to keep that), but regardless of that, the adults in her life really aren't doing her any favours by putting her on a pedestal for DCC and shielding her from any and all critique and/or punishing anyone who doesn't cosign with that. That's the fastest way to get VK isolated from the deep friendships with other girls. Does anyone have insider info on what the locker room environment is like or the camaraderie between the girls? Is VK generally part of the little side pictures and hangout groups? I'm not the type to follow anyone on social media, so I just wanted to know if there was any info on possible tensions in that capacity.
