  1. They’re definitely not hidden. Jennifer Katherine was married, red headed Courtni (Shea I think), Kalli, Paige, Lexie on the current team has been married a couple years. I don’t follow them either, it’s mentioned on the show. It’s not a secret!
  2. There have been married DCCs since the beginning of DCC. Judy was a married cheerleader and there have been plenty since. In the south they marry young. Kay Dianna got engaged the day of her college graduation and was engaged the whole summer. I think the married DCCs are probably easier to deal with. They have places to live, they’re financially taken care of, and Kelli doesn’t have to worry about them running around acting like Holly.
  3. This is a little far out there. Remember in 2019 Madeline’s mom came to the first night of training camp and was in the alumni receiving line. I think she’s just more reserved and didn’t stay as close to the squad as Tina. Or maybe they listened to fan feedback and didn’t want to make it about a legacy and her mother.
  4. I don’t think they were stringing Ava along at all. We have to remember this show is edited. We see 10 hours of training camp. There’s a lot we don’t see and way too many in these groups assume something didn’t happen just because we didn’t see it. Ava’s post interview is exactly why she got cut. She was poised in front of Kelli & Judy but I don’t think anything registered. She definitely had Taylor/Victoria vibes. Cute and clueless.
  5. Tina’s adorable, people just continue to hate on her daughter for some reason. I saw nothing more than a proud, ecstatic mom being her daughters biggest fan. She’s been waiting on this since the day Victoria was born, let the woman live and enjoy a special time for both of them.
  6. That probably wasn’t the song they were dancing to in the stadium. Very rarely are we listening to the same song they’re dancing to. Because of music licensing, the can only air a song with permission. This is season 14 and “Thunderstruck” hasn’t aired once. It’s because CMT doesn’t have permission to.
  7. I’ve seen a couple posts about Kat’s wigs and obviously black hair is a big mystery to a lot of people lol. Let me give you a couple basics. Most of the black women on this squad have worn wigs. Ashlee is wearing one now (always has) and Khalyn has worn wigs at times. I don’t believe Brianna is wearing one currently but I have to get a decent look. Dallas heat and humidity is a huge factor and black women's hair reacts to sweat and water much differently than a white woman’s hair. It’s not fun. If you have shorter hair you might be ok, but if their natural hair is long, thick, or even in bad shape, they’re probably wearing a wig. Some black women on the squad have pulled it off without wigs just fine, but dancing on that team requires a lot of care, maintenance, wear and tear, and quite frankly chemicals to maintain a consistent look. It’s a whole different ball game than for white women. Look at every makeover from every season, there’s always a black hairstylist on hand to work with the black women, because there is such a difference. There have been some funny moments over the years of Kelli learning about black hair. Wearing a wig is the easier option and protects their own hair from the “elements.” It would be a no brainer for me. Second, I think your comment about only thinking about Kat’s “fake hair” is immature. As a hairstylist, I can guarantee you come across more people wearing wigs than you think. Also, Kat is far from the only person on that team with “fake hair.” Quite a few girls have extensions adding length or volume. You might want to change your perspective on who wears “fake hair” and why. And yes, those are very good wigs...
