Oh Derek. Idk whether it's better he's anti-divorce or worse. He'd rather be in a crap marriage, than divorced?? That could mean many years of unhappiness until he can't take it anymore... Eh. Yes, it is frowned upon to threaten divorce, but it's LEGIT & for SERIOUS issues. Can't have it both ways: having spouses work through dealbreakers & NOT threaten divorce if they're not stopped.

I think he chose to lie, going forward, when his honeymoon ultimatum (truth) EXPLODED in his face. Maybe he was going to be honest, but decided it wasn't safe to. Just a possible explanation, NOT a defense. Yes, he lied to EVERYONE else, but maybe he intended on telling the truth to his WIFE. Too bad his behavior was also terrible. Zach actually explained he nonsensically rambles because the truth isn't received well. Who knows how Mindy received that he wasn't attracted. Couldn't have been all that bad since he kept telling her. 😂 It's a terrible feeling when you fear the other person can't handle the truth, but that's THEIR problem. People still MUST tell the truth, regardless. ESPECIALLY to their SPOUSES! Lies bomb too! Zach just disorients who he responds to so he can escape answering with an "unpleasant" truth. Michael got BEAT DOWN when he got caught lying, but his lies were received well & accepted at the time. These cowards FEAR REJECTION, so they lie. If the lie is rejected, well it wasn't true, so that's not as bad.

EXACTLY! Time reveals the TRUTH & when it's shown, it must be dealt with, NOT ignored. Some lies CANNOT be tolerated. So. Everyone should just slow down & wait for the truth.

How did he handle it as best he could? How is COMPLETELY separating on the honeymoon NOT the best? He should've stopped "participating" since he wasn't trying to build his marriage.

Will & Keith absolutely embarrassed their wives, even WORSE than Zach because they played along & MISLED them. They didn't check out COMPLETELY & OBVIOUSLY so their wives were unsure of what they were doing. At least Zach started low & STAYED low. It was CLEAR he wasn't interested in the marriage the WHOLE TIME. 😂

Austin. Being a stubborn little boy. They put the HEAT on him & he remained SILENT. Finally, relented & said he loved her. Baha. I mean, if you don't feel safe telling your SPOUSE how you feel, you should be single.

This experiment show TRAPS people, in a way. 1. It sells them on the idea that their spouse is THEIR match. 2. They were chosen, SPECIAL, to participate out of thousands of applicants. 3. It's only 8 weeks. So. They should try to make it work, when they wouldn't normally. It is a MARRIAGE. That line of acceptable behavior is blurred because they're MARRIED. We think it's clear cut, but it must be so difficult for those spouses being subjected to that. They know marriage takes work and are told to proceed after their partner crosses their line. They shouldn't have to tolerate their dealbreakers. That's unreasonable. If they exit, they might be considered quitters, failures, not serious, etc. But, we'd understand, support, & agree with their decision. Editing would probably make it seem like it wasn't that bad or hide the main incident. On flipside, we get to see behavior we'd never tolerate. 😅

Katie & Derek seem like the biggest toss up. Seems like he's gunna say yes & she's gunna say no. Maybe that'll change. The opposite would be better. If Michael says no, he LIED once again. NOTHING NEW! 😂 Meka is playing along, but seems like she knows she should say no. I can't see Brandon saying yes, he's CRAZY!! WHY is he hanging out with her?? Taylor is playing.
