I agree with you about Cici, she definitely has that "it" factor. She looks like she having a blast when she's dancing and makes it sexy at the same time. She's also very photogenic. Maybe she's not the most technical dancer, but it's SHOW group not competition group and there are a few others who also aren't super strong technically. I always wondered what Kelli looks for?

Only 41 in tc? Not more like 45/46? Were there several cut last night?

Or they choose to leave their jobs and lose their health insurance to go to TC. I wonder if the cowboys will cover their medical expenses if they get sick during tc? Or just cut them?!

eek! I just saw that too. I'm afraid she will. I always thought she had a skewed perception of TC thinking she was doing better than she was so maybe she thinks she's got a real shot at it. I feel like everytime someone tried to give her a correction, they'd say something like, "You're beautiful, BUT..." and she never heard anything after but. She only heard the good and none of the corrections.

Katy is a better dancer than Daphne

I'm hoping Katy Shaffer (katy.shaffy) auditions again. She made it to finals last year. She graduated from UCLA and if I remember correctly, was a teammate of Daphne's, although I'd argue she's a better dancer than Daphne.

I'm hoping Katy from UCLA tries out again. I thought she was really talented and had a fun personality

Rachel is beautiful, but she looks vacant. Jalyn and Cici look excited to be dancing, that's what catches my eye.

I felt like the segment on Lisa about her college days came across snarky and arrogant. She does sound very intelligent and driven to have such high educational pursuits and wanting to dance, but they way she retold her story sounded flippant and braggadocious. She certainly didn't cross me as humble, a trait I'd hope the TPTB would want for any DCC. Also, regarding Julia, the night she was cut, nearly the whole team was out with her at IHOP (if I remember correctly). The girls were really upset by her cut, shocked actually. Doesn't seem they'd waste precious sleep on someone they didn't truly care for. Julia has also been at some of the girls' social events since TC so they have kept in touch with her.

Regarding work schedules, there's definitely a double standard. TPTB tout how educated and ambitious the girls are, but working full time certainly does not work well in DCCland. I know of an incident where a veteran made a mistake during rehearsal and was asked by Kelli if she had been working the DCC camp that day. The vet said she had not (she was at her other job, but did not say so). Kelli responded something to the tune of there being no excuse then for any mistakes. Apparently, you only get a pass if you're a pet or working for the DCC.
