I enjoyed Hill House so much, Bly not so much but this was a huge let down for me. But if they keep making them I'll keep watching because I like the repeat actors and it's nice seeing Henry Thomas. I thought the actor that played Joe really sold it and did a great job. Some scenes were heartbreaking like the end of Riley but like others have said I can't believe no one thought vampire instead of angel.
I did notice that in Riley's room he had a poster of Dana Scully on his wall and Annabeth Gish was in The X-Files :-)

Thank you, I was wondering the same thing. And her dad plus the buff guy in the pool house couldn't push a 9 year old girl off them before she bit their neck? I'm an old, petite women that works with violent middle school kids and I can hold them back from biting and scratching me and these grown ass men can't. Also, you wouldn't die the minute your neck got bit I think when her dad felt the bite he could've pushed her off. I liked the story idea of this season but the writing was wonky. For me anyways.

I went over to my daughters last night and she was watching this on HULU and after sitting through the Blake and Kelly show I'm glad I'm skipping this season. That is not entertainment it is annoying as hell. I know the producers wanted to keep the Blake and Adam rivalry going with Kelly but they were off the rails last night. It's annoying enough when the coaches won't shut up when a contestant is singing but this bickering is getting old and it's not fun to watch.
I'm convinced that Gwen and Ariana go to the same wig shop. If Ariana wore red lipstick and thigh high boots she would be Gwen's mini-me, she even sounded like Gwen when she whooo. It seems like Ariana doesn't have any rhyme or reason to the placements of her tattoos, she even had them on the palm of her hand. Maybe it's because I don't like her but she seemed phony to me. Okay, I'm stepping off my bitch box now ;-)

I'm not watching this season because of Ariana. I might tune in to watch the final to see which coach wins, but I will come here to read comments I can't miss a season of those, lol.

This episode just put the final nail in the coffin of I'm done with this show. I think this whole nuke plot they're going to carry into next season is stupid. And this episode should've been in 2 parts, instead of that Dream episode or the Mother episode they should've bumped the one before this up and made this one longer because it was rushed and disjointed. Now June's a sharp shooter and I'm pissed that she and JD forgave that little bitch that killed John, even though she got it in the end that still pissed me off. And how did Morgan hear that baby cry over the intercoms in the sub? The helicopter didn't get blasted out of the sky, the plate glass windows didn't shatter when a medium sized earthquake will shatter windows. You can hide under a truck and be okay or a root cellar with broken doors. The ground will be contaminated now, no food or water. I guess they will meet up with Alicia in her bunker that's supposed to be well stocked but then what?

I swear Sarah and Lily must have it written in their contracts that they cry in everything they're in. Or they have eyes that produce a lot of tears for some reason.
I'm telling you if my spouse grabbed my finger I just cut and started sucking on it I'd be out of there so fast or if my child every talked to me the way this girl spoke to her mom that smarty mouth's violin would be in a thousand pieces.
So far so good but we know that won't last, unfortunately the story will start to fall apart or take some weird off the wall turn soon.

Hope nobody gets annoyed by that.There are so few movies, TV shows, or fictional characters that interest me any more.
The Dorie character was one of the few who I really liked, and it gave me something to look forward to every week or few months to tune in and see what his character was up to.On this show, I am marginally interested in the Strand character - with his murky motivations or anti-hero tendencies - and now, I am a bit interested in where June goes from here.
Other than that, I am not very much vested in the other characters and situations on "Fear."
The main draw for me was the Dorie character, and with him gone, I don't really care so much about this show or who does what. I may still watch, though.
I agree with you 100% about John Dorie. And I for one will not be annoyed if you keep mentioning him and his departure. :-)
I'm also having trouble finding TV shows, especially newer ones or movies that are interesting to me. That's why I'm so far behind and didn't notice until recently that HULU had dropped season 6, I don't pay for TV service so I only have HULU, Netflix and Disney+ and hardly watch them.
I've never been a Strand fan so right now June is the only one I want to follow even though I was pissed at her for not leaving with John she redeemed herself a little by putting a bullet in Virginia to bad Dakota wasn't there to receive one. I quit watching the mother show because of Negan and wished Maggie or Rick would've done to him exactly what June did to Virginia.
I don't know if I'm going to continue watching after this season, Morgan bugs me too much and he's in every episode but they let the best character leave the show. TPTB should've done whatever they needed to keep the John Dorie character because he was so much more interesting then Morgan has ever been. I know the actor wanted to leave but can you blame him when he and the other actors are hardly in any episodes but Morgan is in every one.

I liked Richard as host minus all the kissing lol. I can't stand Steve Harvey so I don't watch just like The Price is Right, I can't stand Drew Carey so I don't watch that anymore either.

I haven't watched the last couple of episodes, I've lost interest. I'm so over mama Doris and the obnoxious celebrities, they have ruined the show for me. Maybe cause I'm old but I prefer the classic game shows. There are so many game shows I can't watch anymore because of the host or the changes like this one with mama Doris and celebrities that think they're funnier then they are. So I think this is going in my big pile of I can't watch that anymore :-(

What a bunch of douchebags! This is what's wrong with the world today there are too many ass wipes like this in it taking up air. And this is why I hate social media, it has created a generation of narcissist, self absorbed, wouldn't know a hard day's work if it came up and slapped them in the face bunch of fools. And Santa had time to put the camera in the fridge just in case they ran out of beer in the house and time to post on their channel and even repost after it was taken down, all within a matter of minutes. The only good thing about this episode was the black convertible Cadillac with the red steering wheel.
I'm done with this show, it's not scary or good and I think it was written by teens for teens.

Wow! I have to wonder if it's because Jamie's price for hosting has skyrocketed? I've noticed if the team that leaves first has only banked $8,000 Corinne doesn't say "your not walking away empty handed you have x-amount of $" because since they started only giving them 10 percent instead of half their bank that $8,000 would only be $800 so she doesn't say it anymore if it's less then $10,000.
It's probably just me but Jamie doesn't seem to be interested in these people when he interviews them. And I wish these people would stop making fools of themselves when they fawn all over Jamie or go out on the floor dancing. I tune in for the game not that crap.

Yeah, whenever I see aliens that look like this I always wonder how did they build ships and computers etc... I know that should be the last thing I should worry about when watching a movie about aliens lol. That makes since that these creatures are the "killing machines" so maybe the next movie will explore more of alien side.

I wished they would've focused more on the beginning, I liked the flashbacks too and wanted to see more of how they learned that being quiet will keep you alive and everything else they learned to do to survive before we met them in the first movie.
I agree about the actress that plays Regan being a lucky find because she's a better actor then a lot of kids I've watched in movies that aren't deaf.
I didn't understand how the creature got on the island it wasn't on the same boat Regan and Emmett took right? Was it on a boat that just happened to float to the island or did the creature drive the boat to the island?
I know Marcus was scared being alone but having lived in the world with aliens for as long as he has he did a really dumb thing, it's a good thing his mom made it back when she did.
I did enjoy this, it was entertaining and I like monster/alien movies so I can't wait for part 3.

Who writes this crap interns or teenagers? I guess as long as you check off certain boxes and have sex in the episode it's good to go who cares about the acting or story.
It did make me nostalgia for drive-in movies though. I have some fond memories of going with my kids to the drive-in to watch movies and some without my kids ;-)

I quit Manifest during the second season. I'll usually tell my daughter about shows I come across if they're good but didn't tell her about this show because I was having a hard time staying as long as I did. The funny thing is yesterday she sent me a text telling about this show called Manifest on Netflix. She'd only watched the first episode and wanted to let me know it might be something I might like. I had to give her the bad news. But since this show is as popular on Netflix as it is I don't know why they don't do one more season to close out the show.

Also, in the original didn't they say they were only trapped in the house if the body/bones are there? Because at the end of Halloween when the girls walked back to the house the one girl told her brother to let the police know the bodies were in the house, then said "see you next Halloween" or did I hear that wrong?
I kept wanting to see some of the ghost from the original and didn't find this one scary or good. I think Paris Jackson is pretty and I think her acting was better then some I've watched on these shows so I would like to see more of her in AHS.

Colleen was really good. All 3 teams were good it was just a matter of who could lock in the fastest. I wish Jamie would've asked the Olympians if they are still competing or if they won medals?
Wow, this show got cheap. I wonder if Jamie asked for a huge raise in pay and that's why the contestants don't get half their bank anymore? If you're going to do that just give 3rd place $2,000 ($1,000 each) and 2nd place $4,000 ($2,000 each). I mean these people have to buy plane tickets and pay for a hotel room plus food.

For me this was the best episode so far.
I agree with others that said it looked like they let young Sylvie escape. Maybe it was just they way they shot the scene but everyone just stood there and watched.
Yeah, where Loki ended up looked liked a destroyed NY city. I wonder where Mobius ended up?
Now I really think Ravonna is working with whomever is in charge.
Someone please explain this to me. I thought Dr. Strange was the watcher of the timeline?

I will watch the show to support Jensen. Also, I liked the actors that played young John and Mary in Supernatural flashbacks. But the big question is, what about Baby? Jensen owns the hero car now so would he be willing to loan it out? I know they used more than one car/baby in the show and Jared also got one but I wonder if the studio kept the others because above all else Baby has to be in the show!

I like Ethan and I'm glad to see him still in the show. I really liked him as MG's friend and was sad when I thought he was gone for good after MG compelled him. I'm okay with Lizzie and MG being best friends. I feel she's too much of a diva for him and would only end up hurting him. I think Ethan being a popular high school football player fits her diva side more. But I do think something will happen to Ethan that turns him supernatural. Or who knows maybe he'll be the Matt of Legacies ;-)
I'm so over this Landon and Malivore crap that's being going on for 3 seasons.

S21.E15: Top 20 Live Playoffs
in The Voice (US)
I tuned in last night on HULU because it's the lives and I wanted to see the teams. I wasn't impressed with anyone except for the guy on Blakes team that sang "I wish it would rain" Maybe because I like the song but it seems like everyone else just wants to scream. I got a kick out of the young Elvis look a like, I wish he would've sang a more current song because even though I liked his song I don't think young kids would and if he wants to be a pop star he needs to sing more current. It made me giggle when after he sang all Blake could do was laugh. I remember a few years back there was a young kid that sang retro songs but he changed them a little and made them more his style which I normally don't like but I thought he was really good and if I remember correctly he got close to making it to the top 4.
I also wish they would eliminate 1 at a time, which would make it a longer season so maybe 1 Voice seasons a year instead of 2?
