There was a split second shot of a very young (long haired) Oliver peeking around a corner into the office at Felicity--presumably we're supposed to think that Oliver had been in the building before the events of this series took place and saw her then? (Did *we* see that at some point? It's been a long time...)

Oh, and yeah, David's treatment and the staffing at the hospital and basically everything medical had pretty much nothing to do with reality. I stopped counting all the things that were wrong; i guess they needed a crap ton of dramatic license to do... whatever this was.

Watched it last night—great and disturbing performance by JP, but definitely overlong. They could have edited at least 15 minutes out of it. Found myself kind of bored in spots.
as for the ending—i seem to recall the therapist, earlier in the movie, saying that Arthur had been in Arkham. Maybe the ending was a flashback to that time?
