Whitney was so obnoxious about correcting Jamie's word use, yet I gave her a big side eye last week when she said, "Keep your train ticket congruent to your body." It caught my ear because it was such a strange word choice - and in fact, the first definition that comes up for congruent is "in agreement or harmony." Hmmm. I also see that a synonym for congruent is COINCIDE…yet neither of those words mean to keep something close to your body.

I think the mansion is like a 20 minute drive from Coyote Pass. I know it's not next door, anyway. So he rode that four-wheeler on the streets and highway to get home?? No helmet, but some awesome gloves.

I rilly wanted Meri to lay into Kody and Robyn about how they manipulated her into the legal divorce, especially when the talk of "Robyn as your advocate" started. Surely Meri's hindsight is 20/20 now, and she can see their ugly intentions in that manuever. Maybe (one of the 4) Tell All's will fulfull my wish.

Robyn apparently spent the grocery budget on Precious Moments, because at Truely’s party Kody announced “everyone only gets a half piece - we only got 6 pieces!” Chicken breasts, not filet mignon, mind you. 🙄

I’m focused on how many times Kim says “the children”. It’s so stilted and cold. It’s never “my kids” or “our girls” or “the littles”. Something about the way she says it makes them sound like an object, not people. I can’t explain it well, but it bugs me.
Update: dang you, Kim! She refers to “the girls” in next week’s preview.

I'm beginning to wonder if the production crew is staying in Meri's house while they are filming and TLC is paying for this. Otherwise why is Meri paying to rent this huge 5 bedroom house? Maybe it is just so that Robyn and the kids can come over once every 3 months and sit outside and talk. It seems to me like living in that huge house by herself with no family and probably no friends visiting would be hugely depressing.
I also wonder if it gets used as “the rental” that is referenced when the out of towners gather. I can’t recall seeing enough of the inside of Meri’s home to identify key places (kitchen, for example) but if production filmed in other spaces like the lower level, it could be efficient.
Probably not, but I like thinking about this kind of thing.

Kody: a bad sister wife is one who takes her children away from their father. Robyn didn’t do that.
Me: dude, seriously. Robyn divorced their father, moved a gazillion miles away, and replaced his face in a family picture with Kody’s (or some such nonsense).

This is how we know Robyn is a lying liar when she says she is doing EVERYTHING to keep the family together. If she rilly wanted that, she would tell Kody to do the above mentioned mending.

It’s driving me nuts that Glen and Hunter are not wearing seatbelts on their road trip. I feel like production should have insisted, because filming while on the road is already a giant distraction. Not the time to overlook basic safety.

Enjoyed the straight talk tonight. I just wish they would say it all to each other instead of us.
Why would Meri continue to pay rent on a huge house in Flagstaff while living full time at the B&B? She said, “I’m not leaving Flagstaff” but also made it clear she is going to run both her businesses from Parawan. These people are financial morons.

All I could think of were the bugs nestled inside those pinecones, and he was gluing them into his design in real time. So the bugs were brought right into the beautifully renovated home.

And how much has happened? births, deaths, shooting, imprisonment, a wedding, pregnancies, accidental killing, a year anniversary of the death of Mel's husband, Mel's sister-in-law visiting demanding the engagement ring, Jack's sister showing up, drug rings, Jack's PTSD, Jack drinking, house fire, long lost grandson, and, and, and, and....... My head hurts....
And, and, and…….ALL the festivals! Renaissance, Lumberjack, Maypole, Fall/Apple/Harvest…I’m sure I’m missing some. 🙄

Letting those kids wander around a second story construction site made me so anxious. At one point, Zach left Jackson alone up there when he went to rescue Lilah from the mud. Then Tori was taking pictures of the kids leaning out the window cutouts. Yikes.
