  1. That scene where Cassie called out Taylor was the first time I remember feeling absolute disgust watching the show.  For one thing, no other vet would have been allowed to do that, yet Judy encouraged Cassie to expand upon her frustrations.  Then, when Taylor tried to defend herself, she was shut down and told that's not the appropriate way to respond.

So freaking ridiculous on every level.

Alhough Cassie deserves every single insult in the book for her part in this horrible turn of events, the true culprits for this are Judy and Kelli.

They allowed a 18 year old girl in their care to be bullied, failing to defending her against others and herself.

Really gut-wrenching unprofessional mean girl stuff.

Amen.  Textbook example of horrible management.

A much better expression -- but all I see is teeth.

Teeth -- no boobs, no waist.

Not a single DCC has commented on Kristin's post -- it's pretty rare for that to happen.  Shows you how well thought of she is by her teammates.  Poor thing.

Edited to add: About 30 minutes after I posted this, Erin commented.

A box has more curvature than this 😂😂😂.  This organization is becoming almost comical .  There is nothing feminine, dainty or sexy about her or her look. I’m curious to know what base they feel she lends herself to ?

Exactly. Pull up a squad photo from ten years ago and compare it to the current crop, and you’ll be shocked at the difference in appearance of the girls.

  5. At one point, she had a blog that had a lengthy post about her dismissal. She sounded pretty bitter and suggested it was designed to play out for maximum drama. I think she had to take it down as there was some behind the scenes things in there.

I respect Lisa’s commitment, tenacity, Latinx identity, bilingualism, and dancing; but, given the issues identified upthread and the fact that not one group leader gave her a sticker last season make me question the selection.   If being a locker room favorite can help you on the squad, being a locker room tyrant should keep you off it.

Such a great point! It seems to me that Lisa and VK are the least liked on the squad. We get why VK is kept around—it’s the same reason she made the team in the first place. But Lisa? I think she’s there solely for diversity.

We'll never see a "what she's doing now" segment on Chelsea.  But it does make me wonder how old she is and what she does for a living.

She still lists “Former DCC” on her social media profiles. Kinda sad IMO given the amount of times that’s passed and she only did it for one season. I

She needs a new expression. That "I'm so fierce, I'll beat you down & bite your nose off" look is just not attractive -- and getting really old. All her pics are looking the same/giving the same vibe -- and it's not good.

She needs a NECK! When you’re short and squaty, you don’t pose for photos with your chin down.

I miss so many of that rookie class honestly. Danielle, Kinzie, Jacie, Jordan, Jennifer Colvin, Jenna, Jessica, Kelsey B, even Jasmine who seemed a very good teammate

Agree!  That was the "golden age" of MTT -- before it became all about BS reality show drama.

Actually, I think Chelsea's surprise cut was the first example of reality BS.  However, she was also a poor dancer who I thought should never have made it to begin with (she also seemed like a Marissa -- someone who is all about the attention). But the way in which she was cut seemed orchestrated to enhance the drama of it all.

While I'd love for this to be true, the fact that VK was the one chosen to take Gina's spot in Thunder makes me think otherwise. But if we're talking plainly, I think that VK has several things to work on before getting close to point. Dancing is definitely one. Makeup: get rid of the spider lashes, lighten up the under-eye liner, and use a more neutral lipstick. Hair: run a brush through it and smooth it out before curling, then don't backcomb and tease quite as much. She also needs to watch her figure and focus on a softer smile. Side note: even during her cameos (can't remember if it was season 13 or 14), Kelli made a point of saying that her "soft smile was pretty." So even she sees that VK's wide smile isn't very photogenic.

Yeah. While you can photoshop a picture to make her look good or, you can catch her at just the right angle, overall she’s got a look that’s hard on the eyes. And you’re right, whoever taught her to do her makeup should be ashamed of themselves.

Gina isn’t cookie cutter pretty but she’s attractive if that makes sense

I agree.  I like her look.  I thought she looked particularly good in some of the training camp/social media videos she did recently.

I don't agree with this all Christians who believe in the Bible are homophobic.  You can think that acting on it is a sin, without thinking that the person is less of a person.   Just like you can think that a spouse having an affair is committing a sin, without thinking that the person is less of a person.   All people are sinners.   Also, just because a person feels that way does not mean that they think less of the person.   So, no, believing in the Bible does not make you homophobic.

I might be more amenable to this argument if those Christians were following all the dictates of the Bible and not just those that happen to align with their own prejudices.  To me, that is homophobia:

I bet that Kelli is annoyed she didn't get the spot on DWTS over Monica Aldama 🤪 🤣

I’m SURE that she’s made known her interest and availability for DWTS. But I would imagine that’s stretching the definition of “star” way too much to justify.
