She can be as cold as ice and very dismissive.  No different than her partner in crime on the panel.  Missy's faux tears after they showed the video were enough to make me want to throw something at the TV. She has sat there in the past pissed as hell that anyone would dare compare what's going on at the border to what a POW experiences.  She was vile. Of course, she had to find a way to bring the video back to her as she rambled on about having attended a grief or end of life conference the day prior.  She makes me ill.

Abby and Missy aren't people. They're personifications of temperaments. Abby is Sugar and Missy is Spice.

So weird...my comment was quoted...but a "the" was added--by whom?  It makes no sense, but how does that work?

I wrote, "Poor widdo ( that's how she pronounces it sometimes) Meghan...." yet the quote says this: Poor the widdo ( that's how she pronounces it sometimes) Meghan  ...

I wasn't calling her a "widow," I was calling her "little."

Meghan does act like a widow sometimes. You don't need to apologize.

I always enjoy YNB. She's kind of the way MM fancies herself-intelligent, quick, and strong. A true tough chick.

Maybe they can fire Meghan and bring in Yvette full-time

So glad to see Yvette as a co-host again, and glad they rescheduled Ronan Farrow's co-hosting stint.  I'm also wondering who the missing co-host will be.

I'd guess Whoopi. Maybe they need her now to film her scenes for The Stand

I always think it’s funny mean people love Dolly so much for being a good person who seems to get along with everyone. It’s not rocket science Meghan. There is no secret. Be nice to people no matter their party, whether or not they’re considered a cool person, whether or not they’re military, whether or not they’re one of your tribal friends. That’s the kind of person Dolly is. She’s sweet and gentle and doesn’t snap at people.

although I would've loved to see Dolly scratch Meg with those nails.

Someone mentioned Bill Geddie was in the studio the day of the DJTJ fireworks.  I remember reading that he had an investment in the show with Barbara Walters and wondered if he still gets to advise for some reason.  Although I viewed some clips of Thursday it reminded me of Elizabeth and Rosie days and Bill had a big, big hand in that drama.

  10. That would’ve been so much better.

For 5000 episodes, I feel like they should have brought the old cohosts to the table and actually celebrated the big day. Instead it was a screamfest with Don Jr and his gf. Seems a bit disappointing considering the occasion.

So cute! Joy is a strong, opinionated woman. But I don’t see her as a cold bitch at all. Also, anytime they discuss babies, kids at the border, who’s feeding them and showing affection, she sounds quite maternal. She so seems like she’d be that love-able auntie.

I'd trade my aunt in for Joy
