Just wait - Matt will also get Dylan out of jail time for breaking & entering with a handgun into the old Marchette mansion. And when he's arrested, he has heroin on him. And then later he gives a gun to Kelly which she ends up using to kill her rapist. The gun is not registered and Matt tells Dylan he could be in a lot of trouble, so of course Dylan does his angsty tough guy thing. And I guess it works since he never goes to jail, argh!

It should be in just a few episodes, but they are always on and off the rest of the season. And then he whines when Dylan hooks up with someone in Vegas. Not because he thinks it's gross, but because Dylan gets all the women, even though David is the one that dates a bunch of women this season. He was probably salty that Gina would rather date Dylan than him. Sorry, spoiler!

When Dylan comes back in S9 around Thanksgiving time, he tells Kelly that he left Brenda 2 years ago. That's not relevant to anything so it doesn't even make sense to have that line. Shut up, show.
