So, who's going to end up killing Fred? I'm thinking Serena. Will Aunt Lidia survive? Probably so. I hope Emily gets to Canada before the baby gets hungry.
I don't see where it was, "risking everything." And what mother wouldn't be desperate to see her child again, especially if she thinks it might be one last time? I know I would. I'd act exactly the way June did.
What would be more painful is for Hannah to believe her parents abandoned her, and June was trying to convey to her that they would not do that, and that they loved her very much.
It felt more realistic than a lot of labor and birth scenes, and I think that's what they were going for.
Anyone ever watch the sci-fi TV show, Sliders? There was an episode, Love Gods, where in one of the parallel universes, men were scarce because of biological warfare. So they were rounded up and put in, "breeding centers."
It would have been a nice touch to see Hannah with her adoptive mother. We saw the picture of the two of them together and it looks like the adoptive mother is pretty nice. Then maybe it wouldn't feel like, to some people, that biological motherhood was being glorified over non-biological motherhood.
I doesn't make sense to me that they'd execute Eden and therefore waste a potential baby maker. It would make more sense had they made her a handmaid instead. They could have had the same dramatic effect if her lover was executed in front of her, and then she ended up committing suicide.
Who were those guys who abducted Nick? Maybe they're part of the underground. Could they be the ones who pulled up at the end of the episode? I'm just getting tired of seeing June suffer, it's time to move on from that and get her to Canada.
