I've got four vintage wedding dresses in the shop right now.....your choice, freebies!

Aww, that is so sweet. I actually just ordered a couple of dresses I thought might be pretty for a wedding. We're just planning to go to the courthouse. They have a package deal for $141.00 you get the license, wedding, and a picture.

Don't all noodles fit in all pots? They get soft when they hit the water. I have never had to cut up a noodle to cook it.

Or am I misunderstanding what the noodle pot does?

Heh, heh, Rachael Ray does know how to market things. It's just an oval pot so it's long and you don't have to worry about bending the pasta. Trust me, if I actually had an income now, I would probably buy one.

that she would be implanting the second embryo into Ryn.

And we don't know if she actually did that, right?

  4. I picked up take-out Italian last night after a late doctor's appointment (good news received) and we'll probably be eating it for the rest of the week. Here's what I ordered: a calzone, chicken alfredo, chicken parm sub w/onion rings, fried green tomatoes, and Reese's peanut butter cheesecake. Yummy, yum, yum.

    And now the wedding.

Oh, yeah, the wedding. I want to get a ring of my own choosing this time. When I was married before we used my mom's ring from my dad. Mr. A gave me a gold band with dolphins with tiny diamond eyes when we first started living together and I've worn it ever since (except when it was literally falling off my skinny fingers). Ooh, and I'll need a dress. I guess this means a trip to the mall!

I just want you all to know that I love you guys. I felt so much calmer after telling you my fears. Thank you for being here. ❤️

  6. I had my CT scan yesterday and I'll find out the results this afternoon. I find myself thinking of what I'm going to say on my Facebook page. Of course, I'll call my close relatives - one cousin who babysat me and one cousin (once removed) who I babysat and my brother. I know I probably should be positive, but if I imagine the worst and I'm wrong, then good news is even better. If I'm right, well then, I'll be more prepared. Quite frankly I remember how it was before and I'm 99% sure it's back. The good thing is that I know it's treatable

Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Rifleman, Wagon Train, the one with the Dynasty chick and the bionic man(Green Valley? Big Valley?

It was Big Valley. My mom liked the westerns and we watched all of those in real-time. When westerns became less popular she switched to police or detective shows which I now generally avoid unless they have a supernatural element. My dad was the one that watched The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits, Star Trek, The Man from Uncle with me and those are my favorite genres to this day.

  8. So, I decided to order out tonight since my appointment isn't till 3:30 and I won't get home till late and won't want to cook dinner. I was just looking at the menu and saying I want this and this and this, (you know how it is when you wake and bake), and I realized I really didn't need to get the loaded fries and then I thought "Why not?" This will be a celebratory meal, either way, because I believe in what Mrs. Chancelor used to say which has been my favorite thing to think through my whole ordeal. "I'm going to live until I die!"

  9. I don't have anything more to say about the content of the episode but there was one thing that bothered me: Sydney's hair. It was dark when she was a child and then got blonder as she aged. In my experience, it doesn't happen that way. I was blond as a child and my hair got darker as I aged. By the time I was 30, I had to start coloring it and still do to this day.

I don't even use an alarm clock any more; I just wake up.

Yeah, it's been years since I've needed one of those. I do have animals (2 cats and a pig) that want to eat between 6 and 6:30 and I wish my body would at least sleep until then.
