  1. I have a feeling that it must suck to be Meghan and Abby at most times...brains will out. Neither seem to use them.
  2. As annoying as it is, I think Whoopi’s years of smoking and subsequent pulmonary therapy have led to her repeated welcome. Every time she gets another “welcome to the view” out means she’s breathing more easily...just a thought.
  3. Thanks, Roger, I must have missed it..haha.Actually, I have a hard time focusing on anything this group says... As far as getting riled up, I think they're all being encouraged to stir up controversy. No matter how stupid.
  4. Has Whoopi mentioned why Joy is missing this week? It's odd since the season has just started...
  5. I watched part of it but don't remember any of it. It's so boring that Hoda and Kathie Lee look like Emmy stars.....
  6. Just one more thought about Whoopie's change of heart about Cosby...she has a pilot in the works and her daughter has a reality show planned. Seems to me that Whoopie's management team pointed out to her that alienating potential audiences doesn't bode well for either venture. I'm cynical enough to believe that this is the only reason she'd do the sit down with Dan Abrams.
  7. So for those of us late to the party: is Nichole gone or what? I didn't hear her say it today...just the lame Kardashisn thing. I'm beginning to wonder who's really in charge here....and what demographic they're looking for. It sure isn't me.
  8. Fisher King! Totally capture the " make it stop!" In my head. What a fiasco....
  9. Another interesting fact about Freeman is that he's an accomplished sailor...they could asked him about his travels. He's sailed all over the world...what a bunch of idiots. Sigh.
  10. My biggest problem with whole scene is Whoopie's assumption of the throne. As a 62 year old woman, I've seen a lot of life and I know one thing for sure: I'm no expert. Whoopie's telling me how to parent (like I would to follow her sorry example)' her take on taxes (seriously, can she be serious?), her predictable defense of celebrity misbehavior (or worse, criminal offenses), and her general contempt for the people who have made her a star? My life is no better, no worse, than any other life. The arrogance of this woman to browbeat others is obnoxious. And yet no one takes her down and calls her on it. In my opinion, she's an example of a narassictic, very fortunate, one trick pony.
  11. And...we're back to the embarrassment that is Whoopie. She can't even pronounce the guest host's name.
  12. I think she's either so deep in addiction or that she wants to be fired. This is incredible. I'm glad Rosie's not there.
  13. Ok, I'm just going to say it. Whoopie is on the blue train. She's using something. It's mortifying to watch. There, I've said it.
  14. What I still don't understand is why there's been no mention of Whoopie's behavior in the media. I expected that there was a blackout because some news would be dropped this afternoon. Being Friday, it made sense. Some nugget about Whoopie's contract, etc. but absolutely no fallout from this week's appearance? Incredible. Had it been Rosie, there would have been a feeding frenzy.
  15. What was the point of watching Whoopi cry and the other women rushing over to her? Couldn't they have cut to commercial to avoid all that? I'm stunned. Now they're off onto the transgender community...I just don't get what the producers are thinking. All interesting topics but all crowded into five minutes?
