Can I agree anymore? It’s completely my thoughts, and you articulated them so perfectly. At the same time it truly makes me sad, especially your words about them being real people. Still so bothered.

It looked like even Gina messed up (I Dont know them all well enough to be sure) it didn’t seem like many were popping, and wanted to be there.

So many of them look like they are marking in sections, very little pop. There were mistakes, and some look completely bored. This is last week?

Same for me as far as being done with the show. I’m also surprised that I’m done with caring about who is on the team at all, as I can’t see a triangle of a squad I’d want to watch next season. Maybe it was cutting a vet in TC that made me feel this way, maybe it was how one person was shoved in our face, Maybe it’s I can’t reconcile helping to promote toxic people/bullies (not all of them are), or even the show which definitely doesn’t help the empowerment of women (and I don’t mean being a cheerleader, I’m meaning how the show denigrates some women). I started watching it because I liked to see women’s dreams come true ( a few seasons of being a cheerleader is still a once in a lifetime thing, they can still have a lifetime of a real career). But I feel, like you, the shine is gone.

I usually agree with you on almost everything lol, and even here I get what you are saying, but I think Kashara really has a good heart, and I don’t think she’s just a cute country girl either. I think she loves where she comes from, and is not ashamed (as she shouldn’t be) of how some may percieve country folk, and while she may know how to change your oil (and is proud of it!) she has a brain and an education. She doesn’t let the education change her soul though. I’m a city girl, and I ADORE true, down to earth people who aren’t playing it up. And I think Kashara is as real as they come.

Again I think kitty calling her out put her on Kelly’s radar especially since they NEEDED to find somebody, anybody, to cut. Kelly even said she wished someone would quit! Considering Kitty calling Tara out (and putting the bug to cut a vet in Kelli’s ear) as well as Kitty’s remark last year, plus the need for cuts I’m sure Tara knew the odds were now against her and she got defeated...maybe also something health wise was going on....and this especially is such a shame to me...someone you know has been a good ambassador and dancer, losing her confidence.... Last meeting she was told “we aren’t calling you in to cut you...and surprise, she DID get positive feedback, showed a turn around....yet....they cut her in a ridiculous season of what the heck are they doing??? She looks fantastic in her instagram post (powerhouse, and I honestly think she could easily have been up front!) Wish the best to Tara, she doesn’t need this low pay and toxic atmosphere.

True, but I was figuring the calendar shoot would come after, and maybe not quite as rushed. Perhaps they want to have the show on closer To start of football season, so that squad is announced then, not halfway through. Or as someone else said, maybe they are extending TC to 20 weeks LOL, so they can squeeze more episodes out of the show.

Not sure it should matter whether some are teachers and will have the bulk of TC time off when there are others with full time jobs that don’t have time off. It’s grueling time wise, and I have noticed that those with the full time jobs are the ones that struggle. Not that none are able to balance it, some sure do. I just don’t know how, unless the job is forgiving.

Many teams have auditions in March/April. Most auditions are on the weekend. And....DCC must be a priority /sarc

Hmmm. Who did Judy give her stickers to? She probably has the BEST eye for DCC style talent. I have never seen her do the Kelli thing with “oh, but she’s pretty”

I don’t think the girls get the “notes”unless they are called in. Otherwise, I believe, they don’t know what she said. ?DCC? I love Maddie. Here, though, she does remind me a little of Madeline Kahn in Young Frankenstein. I hope that’s not mean? I certainly do not mean it to be! I loved M.K. In that movie!

I feel like they specifically showed Taylor’s #metoo faux pas to show how they are “behind women” ? i feel sorry for any of the girls who are shown negatively. This team and show are simply not worth putting yourself under this lens. This is the last season I’ll watch. So disappointed.

I hate what was said about her. This type of talk should never be aired afaic. Well we know some women got in with only 4 yesses last year. So....
