I don't know what's so bad about Sarah or Buddha.  Or so great about Jae or Damarr.   At least we all seem to agree on Evelyn!

Damarr was OK but I didn't connect with him or his food so much.  He was a little too distant for me and I don't think I ever saw him crack a smile.

I am still pulling for Buddha although I would be equally as happy with a Sarah win.  I think both of them are interesting people and amazing chefs.  Lots of depth there and anything but boring.  I'm scratching my head about some of the negative reactions to them.  Not sure where all that is coming from because I just don't see it.  Perhaps Buddha seemed like a hardass to Jae because he is a better chef and has higher standards and is not one of those partners that doesn't speak up when they see something is really wrong.  So of course that person is going to see them as a hardass.

I also wouldn't be upset with an Evelyn win but although she seems like a lovely person I agree with what was said above about her being handed the advantage many times during this competition in terms of cooking style and ingredients.  I get it that just because they are asked to cook something familiar doesn't mean they'll do it any better than the other chefs that aren't familiar with it, but it certainly doesn't hurt either, and that in and of itself can be an advantage.

This finale looks like it'll be a don't-miss what with Eric Ripert in attendance.  I'm happy to see him back on TV competition judging panels (Just saw him on Tournament of Champions).  He was a little bit scarce for a while after Bourdain's death.  I'm hoping his presence lights the needed fire under Buddha's ass to inspire him to do better than he did this week.  Not that he didn't do well, I just know he can do better.

For me, it was Demarr’s story about his mom and aunt. That and he’s just super handsome and seems so shy, he’s just very endearing o me.

There was absolutely nobody this season that was off putting, so refreshing. I was a little annoyed by Evelyn’s clear advantage, but she seems very sweet and genuine, I don’t even care who wins...but yay, Ripert visit!

No amount of education would help Kyle.  She's not very bright.

Also, I am seeing loads of new, tiny crinkles along her upper lip.  Is that something that happened the last time she shrank her nose?

I am not that smart and I am definitely not rich, but considering the conversation even I know what a Francophile is! Kyle’s a dumbass.

This is very unkind of me, but these shows bring out the worst in me…Noella’s “Teacher of Conscious Relationships” (AKA Noella’s Soul’s Translator)…Her voice made me want to plug multiple earplugs into my ears.

I’ll raise you one and be even more unkind and say I hope that wasn’t an audition for Gina’s bestie...she’s hard to look at. 😳

  5. I don’t remember anyone in Chappaqua acting like Heather’s mom and I was “the help.”

Someone mentioned above how Heathers disgusting display of wealth is disturbing for anyone struggling to put food on the table or put gas in their car with the rising costs. At least Bethany does good things to help others with her money and influence.

I'm softening towards Heather a bit from the beginning of the season, but that was shitty of her to air Dr. Jen's and Ryhhhhnnnn's dirty laundry after they'd left the party. Like she was saying "sorry everyone, I know they were trashy but they're having marriage problems so I want them to see wonderful relationships like all of ours, you understand." Hilarious that they all took his side over Dr. Jen's.

Ooh, that Terry, such a rebel. "Do you smoke pot? No? How about coke? It's heroin right? Tell me it's heroin."

I really don't understand how Dr. Jen can be so accomplished when she has speaks like an idiot. Another example was I think she referred to Heather as a "mentor" when I believe she meant "mediator."

I don't see Heather turning on Gina anytime soon. I think Jen will get on her nerves first.

Are the women refusing to film with Noella now? Not even Shannon hung out with her this episode. I see Shannon dropping Noella for Heather much more likely than Gina dropping Emily.

You know what’s trashy? Making fun of your guests the minute they leave ON TV. Like, who hasn’t done this in private? (likely it would have been me being trashed lol) RUDE. DuBrows have zero class for such classy people. No wonder they pulled this epi back a week. I just can’t anymore.

Maybe she has a high tolerance. She looked pretty thirsty for a glass at one point, would not be surprised if she has developed some dependency by now.

OMG, totally agree! It's so very cringe-worthy. And it's extra cringey because she's been doing it for so long that it's now a "signature" (also cringe!) thing for her now. We get it Heather, you're getting some sort of kickback from the world's most heavily marketed champagne, Veuve Cliquot, so keep collecting those "veuve" (also cringe!) cheques, whatever.  But please, please, stop saying champs.

And "High Standards" Magruder needs an etiquette class:  Just being a snob is not the same as having good manners.

I drink quite a bit and I still have zero tolerance. Heather may just be one of those people alcohol doesn’t affect (I wish!) lol

I must say, she’s an asshole sober or drunk. I don’t want to see everyone rail on Shannon all season, is this entertainment? I wonder...is “me too” simply saved for crimes of men against women because this is hard to watch. How is Andy not cancelled (I know I know...... $$$$$$$$)

    Too much everything filler! Yikes.

Same goes for Emily and the new girl who apparently dated Kid Rick and sued Terry… Nicole? They’re both heading towards Jocelyn Wildenstein territory if they keep this up.

Noella seems like … a lot.

I news she was one of Brownwinds thirstyAF friends. I don’t like any of this already. 🙄

I doubt Lisa is particularly heartbroken about it and is probably relieved she doesn’t have to pretend to give two shits about her anymore. Her mother’s “transition” doesn’t make her more of a sympathetic character to me.

Welcome to the cold dead heart club. I felt bad feeling very little empathy for her or her spawn. Losing parents is hard, my life fell apart when my mom passed, I doubt the same will happen to her.

    Nor do Rinna's hideous LIPS!

Seriously the most difficult thing for me to watch during the entire reunion was her licking those things all the time. She’s a lizard person. It’s the only thing I can think about....even in the shadow of the heinous behavior of that skank in the pink prom dress, I am having nightmares about it!

I was expecting an update from the authorities with a description of the suspects, surveillance camera footage from the Kemsleys and surrounding estates with the getaway car, a list of items to be on the lookout for that the burglars will be trying to sell. I watch a lot of The First 48 and I know how this is supposed to go.

There is a pic of the Kelsmley’s posing as the Addams Family, is that what you’re looking for? Such devastation....

If you get the opportunity, try to watch the Producer's Cut of the first Dinner Party From Hell. It's an entire hour devoted to the party itself, and there are some THs that weren't originally aired.

Bravo aired it about a month ago, but I'm sure they'll do it again. Maybe it's on streaming?

I’m going to look for that! i wish had that episode on loop....the good old days!
