Hmmmmm....I kind of liked that interview and understand how BORING it would be without a little shit talking. The thing I disagree with isn’t how much people love Kyle, I don’t know anyone who loves Kyle..she’s an asshole. I have crap cable now so I don’t have to watch, but then I won’t get Ben and Ronnie as much....which makes me sad. 😢 I am rethinking my programming!

I know a lot of people have said Porsche was pretty nonchalant about Tanya not being there but even with the sunglasses on she was ready to lose it. She knew Tanya was probably dead and I saw in her reaction that she was ready to break down but needed to be cool (which really kind of went to against her character!) Even at 20 I am not sure I would’ve been able to go back to my normal life, I don’t think Porsche will ever be okay again! I’ve seen some shit, nothing like that, though! (I have also worked for some very very rich (somewhat famous) people!)

Daphne ended up being my favorite. And they definitely did it out there, she and Ethan. I sure didn’t s sleep very well as predicted. Poor Tanya. Hopefully Porche stops feeling so sorry for herself and realizes that at least she’s not dead. What a horrible lesson to have to learn for a fun fling in Italy. Also, I am going to start studying Italian, I won’t go there without knowing the language after this.

I agree with this....she’s really had a lot of moments that confuse me. I didn’t even know who Monica Vitti is, she definitely recognized Greg in that pic, and her talk with Porsche. We also don’t see her sleep with the man candy....she’s our dark horse! ETA AND, she knew what a not rice ball was which I cant even remember the name now and how much they cost!!

I noticed on second watch that when they were dragging her things into Quentin’s someone asked if she had a dead body in there! 😳 but I do recollect seeing him pull away.....a new theory, that goes nowhere. Lol I am dying to know who dies haha I didn’t love Mia and the flirt with Valentina, not buying it. Less than a week for so many personality quirks to change really bothers me, but it would also bother me if it took several seasons. As watchers we are never happy. I am most vested in the couples and how it plays out. Another new theory...does Harper’s new found aggressive sexiness play into something? The entirely wrong idea that speaking like a sexually aggressive woman make it okay for a man to take advantage of you? (NO) considering Harper’s job, it’s something else I’ve been thinking about. I love that it moves so quickly and hate that it moves so quickly...anxiously awaiting the final two episodes!! Before anyone goes all in on me about sexual assault and what constitutes it, I was a young woman once and a lot of not fun things happened in those years that might not be okay in today’s world. But I was young in a different time, and may have different ideas about these things. I think maybe that is why I am so bothered by Porshe’s Conquest, I find him repulsive because he reminds me of so many men I met at her age.

I don’t think Tanya notices anyone who isn’t doing something for her? Did she and Armand even interact in Hawaii? As long as it doesn’t interfere with her stuff she doesn’t give AF which is why she is so brilliant, IMO! (And someone I’d hate in real life.) we all know someone like that!

No wonder sara’s acting career never took off, she is a horrible fake crier-I don’t see any tears there “Sara Sobs” I don’t think Lauren really wants anything to do with you. Oh boy, I know everyone thinks this was boring but wow...so much to unravel! I am exactly like Harper, I would’ve done the exact same thing she did. That wrapper was totally left by Cam for her to find, and his plan seems to be working wonderfully. I still think Harper might have more up her sleeve than she’s letting on, the comment about “maybe” not knowing the same people as Daphne struck me as pretty telling. Those gay guys are totally sketchy, I worry for Tanya and Portia, I think (gross) sensitive nips guy was sent to distract Portia from what they were planning for lonely, so terribly needy, Tanya. Looks like it doesn’t work from the previews when she brings up the Malibu spa lady! She was the best character on season one I hate that I don’t remember her name. I literally get skeevy creep vibes from that sensitive nips guy, I’be met too many guys like him on vacation before, ew. I still don’t care about the prostitutes, I hope Albie doesn’t end up being a jerk, he seems like such a nice innocent-ish kid. I need a second watch, but I thought this was great!

This is the thing that is bothering me about Harper, considering her job shouldn’t she be more offended by Daphne’s nonchalance at being cheated on? It’s a strange contradiction, she wants them to like her so badly she’ll just put on a charade....it’s something MOST people do....but basically shes the only character I can root for right now, despite her worldview of everything is awful.

I think you are all underestimating how much money personal assistants get paid. You’d have to pay anyone with experience a LOT to put up with their bullshit. Of course Portia may not have known what she was getting into (I.e. no experience.) Tanya’s not famous, there would have to be some kind of bragging rights there and not just a trip to Italy. Portia isn’t awful but she does seem like an entitled millennial; the anxiety, the depression, the whining about where she is even though all she has to do is quit, and frankly, making herself seen even though Tonya didn’t want her to-it would suck but if I was getting paid and my boss told me to stay unseen, I’d do it. (Sorry run on sentence!) I think Tanya could probably convince anyone of anything if she threw enough money at them, I bet Portia is getting paid plenty.

Well, she doesn’t work for the hotel she technically IS a guest, she has a room and while she could eat in her room she chooses (maybe unwisely) to eat at the restaurant. Tanya treats her even worse (until the end of season 1) than she did the spa worker, but I doubt she gets an envelope stuffed full of cash at the end of this season. I love Jennifer Coolidge, I think her character, who is really awful, is her being EXACTLY like her mother who she described as cruel and cold and used her money to manipulate people (which is what she does.) I’ve read stories about Jennifer she plays off the cuff a lot-I would bet money 80 % of her scenes are mostly loosely scripted where she is given carte’ blanche’ to do whatever she feels in that moment what Tanya would do and say. I hate Tanya, but loooove the way Jennifer has made her unbearable for all of us to watch! That’s why she has an Emmy! I find Dominick’s putting the girls on his room disturbing if not a little unrealistic. If he’s our floater he probably deserves it.

This was a somewhat enjoyable watch....no way I would’ve waited weekly for a new epi though, I would’ve lost interest. Thankfully I could binge it, but everyone seemed too old to be in college. An unlike able bunch, for sure.
