I have nothing good to say about that clown-lip person. I wish E! would stop giving these fame-seekers air time.

Totally agree. I’m fed up with the idiots who just want attention and will go to such extreme lengths to get it.

Even the 'freak of the week' Tyler was pretty sympathetic. He's rejecting that weirdo Justin's Ken Doll fixation, and is actually planning to go to school to become a nurse.

Maybe ( fingers crossed 🤞) they will rethink their approach to the “freak” segment in each episode. Start showing people who now realize how foolish they’ve been and want to reverse the work previously done. That would be a lot more interesting and educational.

I wish they would leave the freaks out of the show and help someone who needs it.

I wish they would leave the freaks out too, but I imagine the freaks are the easiest way to illustrate that too much plastic surgery is dangerous and ugly.

I don’t know, for having undergone that long series of laser treatments, the poor guy with the birthmark didn’t look that much better to me, as far as lightening the portwine stain. What did make a difference was removing all the bumps on his face.

The birthmark was definitely still there, but I think from his perspective it was much improved. For lack of a better term, it looked much “calmer” and more muted than before. For some issues, it’s not so much about complete elimination it as it is getting it to a more manageable, livable state. Sure hope he continues feeling better about his future!

I'm sure that the celebs has to sign non-disclosure agreements.  "Chris?  Chris who??? Definitely not my son!"

And I remember back when Donny was on the Masked Singer, Marie was giving a tv interview and she confirmed that he was the Peacock. OMG, the wrath that rained down on her head for that gaffe was ridiculous!!!  I’m sure he learned a lesson from her mistake.

Donny osmond isn't just some obscure 70s pop star.

YES!! This is what I can’t figure out and why I think maybe the producers are staging/editing some of this. People may not have been fans of the Osmonds in the 70s - heck, these contestants weren’t even born then - but Donny and Marie Osmond are practically pop icons in America. I simply can’t fathom that none of the contestants can figure it out.

It BLOWS my mind that these contestants are such children that they have no idea who Donny Osmond is and that Chris looks like he was pulled directly from Donny's posterior!!!  I wasn't born in the 50's or 60's but I am well aware of the stars of those decades because of general knowledge of popular culture. This cannot be real **eyeroll**

I’m actually beginning to wonder if some shenanigans are going on behind the scenes! I mean, I know that Donny’s heyday was back in the 70s but he has been a mainstream performer for decades. Headliner in Vegas for years. National tours every few years. TV interviews. Active social media presence.  Marie is also still performing and giving  interviews. Even if the contestants don’t know what Donny looked like 40+ years ago, they should easily be able to link the clues to the name Osmond.  The whole thing has become very strange!

  8. I’m late to this game and still catching up. 😂 My question is - does Gabriel know who Chris is? I thought they had an “alliance” but it seems like Gabriel was offering Chris up when he threw out Joseph.

The whole Chris thing is just killing me.  Or maybe it's because I'm old enough to remember his dad quite well back in the day.

Me three!!!  The first time I saw a picture of the cast, I said - out loud - “that’s an Osmond”. It was so obvious! And when he gave the first clues, I knew immediately that he was one of Donny’s sons. Amazing but kinda fun that no one has picked up on the clues.

  10. Hound Dog vs. Puppy Love!! That Elvis guess was laugh-out-loud funny!  But now I’m curious, didn’t Jane say something like that clue was her relative’s first record or something like that? So was Dolly’s first record Hound Dog? Or was it Puppy Love?

  11. Gotta rant a little here. 😂 Did anybody else find it totally inconceivable that those folks were allowed to continue their party in the waiting room??? Loud music, dancing, drinking tequila shots — no medical facility would put up with that distraction. Between this and the silly facial last week, I think Dr. Pimple Popper is about to jump the shark!!

Okay, since I had nothing else to do, I gathered together all of the "2 Truths and a Lie". Some of them did not reveal all three, but quick glimpses of their notebooks showed most of the rest of the clues. Those notebook parts I've shown with an *asterisk. (And if there are any mistakes, please feel free to correct me!)

Chris: *Father, *Singer, Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

I think Chris's 2 Truths and a Lie were uncle, musician, star on Hollywood Walk of Fame. The lie must be uncle. I think his father is the relative.

Who is Hugo's relative? Can you post a spoiler about it. Is it someone who the other inmates are going to guess quickly so he'll be gone? I took an instant dislike to him and watching for an hour didn't improve my impression of him so I'm hoping he's a quick boot.

    Spoiler

I’m pretty sure Hugo is Jimmy Carter’s grandson (Amy Carter’s son).

I actually kinda liked him. He just seemed like he didn’t quite fit in with the more flamboyant players.

  14. What a bizarre meltdown!!! Really, girl, it’s time for you to grow up.

I knew Chris immediately - he looks just like his dad. And I guessed Hugo and then confirmed his grandfather via Google.  But the others are still a mystery to me.

  15. No spoilers here but I just watched this week’s episode on Discovery+ and I wanted to let you guys know that you need to have a box of tissues nearby when you watch it. More than a few tears were shed! Lovely home buyers and I’m very happy they found such a perfect home!

I was going through some of my mother's old cookbooks today. I found this diet in one of them:

OMG the grapefruit diet! I remember my mom and all her friends trying it. They didn’t stick with it very long but it was all the rage for a while.

I didn't love that the kitchen had no windows. That would bug me if it were my house.

Interesting. I’d never even thought of it until you mentioned it, but I’ve owned 4 houses in my life and only 1 of them had a window in the kitchen. The other houses had kitchens that were in the center of the house. Houses had open floor plans so there was plenty of light, but no kitchen window. Hasn’t ever bothered me, but then again I spend as little time as possible in the kitchen. Definitely not a chef! 😂

Sorry to ramble, I think I am just frustrated at myself for watching this!!

👆THIS!!!  The so-called bachelorette party was the last straw for me.  Cringe-worthy and totally humiliating for all participants.  Ugh!

I thought she came off worse when she making grunting, mumbling answers and refusing to participate than if she had opened up a little. We all can see you have issues, you're sitting there morbidly obese with a trache.  We won't think any less of you.

And the therapist’s questions weren’t terribly intrusive. I don’t remember the specific questions, but they were along the line of  “how are you feeling” and “how’s the diet going” type questions. Those questions could have been easily answered without the over-the-top rudeness.

This was the first time I remember someone planning a house flip on the journey. I missed the very beginning. Did they say if they worked?

I saw a comment on Reddit where someone said their family is in the construction business. Of course, I don’t know if that’s accurate, but it sure would explain their focus on finding a house to buy/flip.

One would think that his mother would be a lesson to him.

His mother HAS been a lesson to him. He watched her eat mountains of food through his entire childhood.  He thought her weight - and his too - was ok because she never did anything to change their behaviors when it came to food.  And now she has done a 180 and she expects him to immediately do the same thing. Gonna be VERY tough for him to change his entire mindset about food and exercise overnight.

  22. I wish they would focus more on Ashley. She seems like the only “normal” one out of the four. Looks like she has a demanding job, she’s very even tempered - she seems like someone you would want to be friends with and hang with. I’d really like to hear more of her thoughts about her weight loss journey.

I’d probably go out if my way to avoid the other three. But then I avoid screaming and public meltdowns at all times!
