  1. This adoption thing is so preposterous but like others have said, the B&B lawyers fill out forms with great ease.  You're a bad father, sign away your parental rights right now! The dumbness is tangible.

And ya know Hope is really annoying me more than usual.  She has spent a couple of episodes telling people what they should do.  Liam - tell Steffy that we're a family right now! and Hey you! Thomas, give me your kid now!  Now everyone wait till I give you your next orders and keep your hands folded where I can see them!  Excuse me I have go change into another pair of jean shorts and a long Boho tunic.

That's all the commentary that clown foolery deserves! 😂

I can't remember the last time a woman has been this willingly stupid, and that includes all the times Sharon has taken Nick back.

    Speaking of which:

Sharon to her credit doesn't fuck her clients, so she has that going for her over Taylor.

There's a lot of discourse I see on Tumblr among my other fandoms about the supposedly "glorification" of abuse in media. 99 percent of the time, it usually a smokescreen for some other (often shipping-related) grudge with the show or certain people need their morality spoodfed to them.

B&B, however? It is the one series that is unbashedly glorifing abuse.

There's no other word it. If this was a thing B&B had always done like it's never-ending triangles I wouldn't expect anything better. But they've gone out of their way to paint Stephanie as the villain for the equally awful things she's done. She's even shown remorse (or a decent fascimile of such) on a few occasions.

On any other show, this is the thing that haunts a character forever. It's only with this new recast of Adam that he's washed off the stank of the Faith switch (mostly by being a lousy, selfish father to his own two children in his plot to bash the Newman's, but still, that was ten years and two recasts to move out that shadow!). The only reason Sharon doesn't get dragged for the Christian thing is because the entire situation was too convoluted for words and no one cared that Hammertoes or Detective Plywood got fucked over.

But Thomas? Who's gotten to chew him out? Oh, one scene with Steffy? Boo fucking hoo. Even that's tainted when you know she broke him and Sally out of her own pettiness

Yeah, it does feel like major whiplash to make him the hero fighting for a son he resents for cockblocking him and the Logans the evil, evil people for caring what happens to a very traumatized little boy. And as pointed out, it feels like they're trying to cater to the anti-Logan critics instead of telling the organic story this demands. In what universe does someone hurt children like this and get to be painted the hero? There's plenty to drag the Logans for but this ain't it, Chief.

There's a few people on the show that do a lot of bullying.  They go on endless tirades without a break, how YOU are like this and YOU always do THAT.  Stephanie did it, but she was so well written and was so good that it didn't matter if what she was saying was so twisted.  Steffy and Thomas just yell and bully with so much hot air that I gloss over.  It was good not watching for a couple of weeks, I figured the ShrekRidge stuff would die down.

However, I was blown away by Waffles.  Where the hell did that come from?  Nowhere, that's where.  Made no sense.  I remember Old Hope would be so bitchy to Steffy, she'd never

back down.  This one is so passive like a little girl trying her best to be so mad.

SLUDGE IS GONE!!!  Awesome, awesome job today by KKL. She even delivered the classic, "It's not gonna happen!" TK just stood there with his head cocked to the side and I swear he had a gleam in his eye like he was trying hard not to laugh. Piss-poor and she kicked his greasy ass to the curb. Let him go bunk with Thomas and Vinny and see how well that goes. Steffy should not allow him to crash in her home. DEE-LISH-EE-US!!!

That's his appealing and emotional acting style - a test pattern.  Then pick up his paycheck.  It's going to be easy to stop watching but I'd come back if Brooke did a bed hop with Bill.

I want Ridge dead, because watching him makes me sick.

Thank heaven above that I was watching on my phone and not on my laptop or tv.  Screen size matters and I'm glad it was the smallest screen.  I started to wretch so I turned it off.  I haven't seen the end yet.  That photo of Denise above looks like she was going to get out her camera.

I am praying Thomas ghost machine is found or Douglas pipes up about his dad threatening to abandon him and twisting his arm (when he just lost a parent!!) and the roofie he slipped Liam to rape him by proxy are found out. Cuz that shit was evil.

I wanted it found too, but since it's the no consequences show, nothing will come of it.

For those who have only seen the quiet, passive, mousy version of Hope as written since 2018, I advise anyone to go back to ten years ago and see how she laid into those two morons for this mix-up.

Yes, that Hope got royally pissed all the time.  She and Steffy were adversaries.  That little bit of

standing up for her rights as a mother was good enough, but not like Matula's Hope.

And now look at her. Working Ridge. Oh girl, let us examine the situation. Ridge is married to Brooke Logan Forrester. So go on with your bad self. Ridge may fuck you, but the man is drunk. And if you think your trailer trash cooch is any competition for The Golden Cooter I suggest you return to school.

    Woo hoo.  Well said.

Bill in a three-way with Brooke and Steffy? THAT WOULD BE AMAZING! 🤗🤗🤗

Years ago on AMC swinging bachelor Tad Martin had sex with three different women on the same day. It was played mostly for laughs but to an extent the audience was supposed to be impressed with his stamina. (Which was not enhanced by the use of the little blue pills.) Some of us fans were kind of disgusted though because were the situation reversed and a woman character had taken three sex partners in the same day she would've been clearly regarded as a gardening utensil. 😑

AMC tangent for a moment - I stopped watching AMC about 1990. I only remember Tad as a teen and barely his affair with Liza Colby's mother.  I didn't get his appeal and I believe he got very popular as he aged.  He was too goofy, perhaps effeminate (like in a Ross Geller/Friends way), just not romantic and masculine (to me).

I just don't get prisoners being forced to have surprise visitors they probably don't want. I don't know any show besides B&B that has scenes like that.

Ugh, maybe little Douglas doesn't need Aunt Donna's boobs flopping in his face. Meanwhile, listen to your sister, Brooke. If you want to stay married maybe you better hand this one off to Bill and Justin. They can deal with Thomas and Ridge in ways that you can't.

No effing way is a police detective negotiating an immunity agreement with someone who wasn't even a direct victim of the crimes in question. They couldn't hire a day player to act as an ADA? So cheap and stupid to me.

Steffy, your mommy bought you a baby under unduly hasty circumstances to serve your own scheming purposes. Your so-called attorney didn't do due diligence on the adoption papers because you just had to get a baby. You are not blameless in this mess.

Yikes, I kept waiting for Shauna to drop to her knees in front of Ridge. He was looking at her like he expected some gratitude all right. 🍭🍆🍌🥒🍦I guess he couldn't figure out a way to lock the door. 😼

    Yes and yes.

I doubt they'll keep Denise but my non reading spoiler mind says that a monumental scandal would be to get Flo and Ridge in bed.  You'd have Steffy and Brooke so pissed at Ridge it would be great.  Then you'd have Steffy and Brooke so distraught that they'd need much comfort in Bill's arms and bed (not at the same time my mind you, I mean, that would be too raunchy for daytime).

  8. I just don't get that actor.  I won't say who.  He's fat, he has zero emotional range, his voice is monotone ALL THE TIME, he has zero sex appeal and he's grossing me out man with too much screen time.

Now, that Irizarry guy has something. I can see he's a professional.  Funny, I've never seen him in anything and I see on IMDB he's been on every soap, plus Jackie Collins' "Lucky Chance" tv mini series - the only one I've ever missed! I'm going to find it and watch it.  I wished I watched him on AMC with Finola Hughes.  Anyway, is he signed on or will he go the way of Joe Lando and Robin Givens, both of whom I enjoyed very much?

Speaking of Ridge and sons.....I totally forgot about this kid. It's funny how time flies.

Now that kid I could not stand.  They made him spoiled and a master manipulator.  Some of these adults can sure be steamrolled by their offspring.  It just makes them look stupid.

And another thing....I want every poster here to be MORE SPECIFIC! (you'll see when you see today's show).  Eeek.

  10. What was that random Steffy/Liam sex night about?  Were we supposed to think how cool they were by having casual sex without morning guilt? They don't do that on this show.   There is always a price to pay.  Is she supposed to be pregnant?  No need to answer that question.  I can

wait.  Poor Kelly.  Everybody done forgot Kelly.  My favorite thing is still the dueling Grandmas.

I thought it was just me.  I know he jacked himself for the part, but I think he looks disgusting.  Maybe it has more to do with his character but I just don't like looking at bare chested Thomas.

    2 hours ago, ByaNose said:

He had his shirt off? I thought he was wearing a wife beater t shirt. I guess I missed the part where he took it off. That said, he really looks jacked up since I last saw him. I guess he’s a method actor.

Today he had on a wife beater, but I meant other times when he's  walked around bare chested.

So they've turned Thomas into Travis Bickle (DeNiro in Taxi Driver).  Well, that's in my mind.  The writer wouldn't know what I'm talking about.

In B&B fashion, I do expect Wyatt to be knocking on Sally's door tomorrow, be in bed with her the next day and confess his love the following day.  Isn't that what OrigRidge would do for many years?

I don't mean to be rude quoting myself here -- but Wyatt actually DID knock on Sally's door!  I howled!

Ridge would've been better off dead after Moss left the show than to be played by such a charmless way as TK portrays him.

This is what bothers me the most.  He comes off as an asexual and an ogre.  Brooke and Ridge

have clear agenda's when it comes to their bio children - but then they go have sex and it doesn't work anymore.  It's nauseating.  The re-casting was all wrong and now they are stuck with him.

All of this. He was the second-to-last person to find out about this. Flo, Shauna, Zoe and Xander all could've grown spines at any point in this story. Xander at least had enough shame to be upset for Hope and Liam but not enough to shoot either one a text on the way back to the UK.

I do want Thomas to pay for his sins, but he did not start that particular fire, nor would any of those assclowns other than maybe Xander have ever said a word if he wasn't in the picture.

Does anyone pay for their sins on this show?  There's a lot of infidelity but not a lot of murders.  I remember on GH they paid dearly for their sins with lots of trials and jail time.

RidgeShrek is so annoying I get the feeling he's going to push hard for a Beth DNA test.  It's going to piss off Brooke and they will go on about it for weeks.  Break up their boring asses already.
