See my post above - Joe wore a tie. Joe and Mika’s Peacock coverage was pretty Shortcuts 15 minutes before and about 25 minutes after. Maybe this was a dry-run for their election night coverage, which I think will be longer. The Peacock app is pretty simple. You have to sign up for a free account, but that’s it.

Peacock pre-debate summary: Joe, Mika and Willie are in their usual boxes, but different backgrounds with red, white and blue bunting. Joe is wearing a tie, and Mika is wearing a black top.

Out of Joy, Rachel and Nicolle, the only one I like is Nicolle. So I will check out Joe and Mika.

Cable and satellite are losing subscribers like crazy https://www.google.com/amp/s/variety.com/2020/biz/news/cable-satellite-tv-2019-cord-cutting-6-million-1203507695/amp/ Some people (like me) are going with cable-like services such as YouTube TV, but others are just going with services such as Netflix or Disney Plus, and antenna, and free services such as Pluto TV or Tubi. Networks are starting to realize this, and trying to position themselves for the future with their own streaming services.

On the other hand Joe and Mika haven’t done any debate or election coverage in recent years, so in a way this is a step up. Plus, With streaming platforms being the future for TV, NBC is looking to promote Peacock, and get as many viewers as possible.

They were both in Maine last week. One of Mika’s Instagram photos was Joe writing is WaPo article in the backyard in Maine.

I haven’t watched it yet, but I want to try to watch it when I have time. I’m rarely home at that time, I set it to record every episode, so I’ll watch it as I have time (I have youtube TV, so I can record unlimited shows without having to worry about DVR space).

I think the pig went to an animal sanctuary in Maine. It turns out there is no such thing as a miniature pig, and it got too big.

Yes, they are in Maine. You can tell when they are in Florida because their set backdrop has a red ‘Morning Joe’ sign. For the last few weeks, Joe has been bouncing back and forth between Florida and Maine (probably to spend time with his kids). For example, Joe had been in Florida all of this week, up until today. I think Mika has been in Maine for most of the summer.

To be fair though, I saw a lot of other news/political people posting similar stuff on Twitter. I realize that this is a forum to comment on Mika, but I just wanted to point out that this was not something limited to Mika. Also, Joe took the better approach of just posting condolences.

Yes, I think the husband is Josh Brinzo. He posted a comment that said “we love being part of this amazing family”. I don’t know who the Brinzos are, or what they do, but they are obviously part of Joe and Mika’s cabal.

I’m pretty sure that they are both in Maine this week. Mika posted photos of all their animals over the weekend, in a house that looked like the Maine house. One of the photos was a video of a dog and cat fighting, and you could hear Joe talking in the background.

Yeah, I’m not a Joy Reid fan either. I was hoping Steve Kornacki would get it. i usually am not watching TV at that time, but I saw that Shep Smith is going to have a news show on CNBC at that time, so I probably would watch that.

The seventh kid isn’t even hers. I think this is the daughter of her friend that died, that she calls an honorary daughter. I may be going crazy here, but I actually think Joe looks pretty good with a little stubble like he has in this photo.

Mika did an Instagram Live this evening, and I noticed that that magazine cover that Beebop wrote “yuck” on is framed on Mika’s wall.
