And, also his popcorn eating!!!  I love Alex!!

Although he's too nice and drama-free to be on this show.  Can you imagine a season with Alex and Colin as deck crew?  It would probably be a lot of laughs!

It actually would be a lot more enjoyable to watch than this dreck. The less said about Sandy and her minion the better.

I noticed Malia said NOTHING when they were asked that question.

Hah, it was the ONLY time she had nothing to say.

I thought that Jess came off looking a lot more sane in the reunion than on the show, and Bugsy had way too much to say.

Regarding THC, I think it depends a lot on your body chemistry how it affects a person. It makes my heart race and gives me an instant panic attack - I use Ativan if needed for anxiety, which is a benzo like Valium. Same as whether Adderal or RItalin calms an ADHD person down or acts like speed in others.

Finally, I cannot fathom why Andy kisses Sandy's arse and he basically sucks.

I always got the impression he was just trying to get some. This may be completely untrue, and he's truly a gentle soul when the cameras are off, but he had been having a steady stream of one night stands prior to getting married, so I figured he was trying to at least get laid while trapped in lock down, even if he didn't see a future with her. But you're right - he must have had some good qualities for her to even consider getting back together with him if he expressed an interest.

In fairness, I think he said he had a steady stream of dates - not that he slept with all of them.

  3. Ooh boy, the editing monkeys were busy in last night's episode! Trying to throw us off track, but I am not falling for it. First, I am sure Amelia did say that she thought it would be cool to be on a reality show, but I think she said a lot more that was left on the cutting room floor. Like, how she never imagined meeting someone as wonderful as Bennett and falling in love, yada yada yada. Or the whole thing is fake and they knew each other more than we are being led to believe. Whatever, the quirkiness is just over the top for me and they are putting on a show for the cameras or film crews that are around all the time. When all these couples are shown laying in bed, it is probably the middle of the afternoon!

I'm not too worried about Amani and Woody either. I am guessing what she was shown saying was completely out of context, unless he told her he was messing around on her or something. I know that some still think Woody is a player - I am not one of them though. I loved that scene with him and his grandma - she knows how to put herself together!

I don't know what to think about Miles and Karen either. Her perception of masculinity is so skewed and I actually think that they would be a solid couple if she would take that giant stick out of her arse and throw him a bone - then maybe he could return the favour hehehe.

I am starting to think that the ChristinA we are being shown is mentally unstable and I hope that the bedroom with the twin bed that poor Henry is confined to has a lock on the door. She is so delusional it is scary. And clearly the producers hate her, understandably.

Olivia has so many preconceived notions about what her ideal partner should be and she has never even given Brett a chance. While understanding that it is not everyone's cup of tea, she has no appreciation for his sarcastic sense of humour, and she seems to be lacking overall in the humour department. These two are completely incompatible in every sense of the word, and it seems even their cats didn't get along. Again, I think that the editors have shit all over him.

Wow.....her whole story about how she came to Bachelor franchise didn't have a single "like" or "um" in it.  I think I'm going to repeat that every week.  Its so refreshing to hear people who can be articulate and have an actual conversation.  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, let the producers learn a lesson from this and encourage intelligence and good conversation

While I am extremely relieved that we don't have to listen to a bunch of insipid conversations overflowing with "like",  I don't find anything terribly intelligent about Clare or her horrific grammar with the repeated "him and I " or worse, "him and I's"

I see that I am not the only one who got Deanna PTSD watching this episode. Deanna was my most hated Ette by a mile bc she was so whiny and entitled and her temper tantrums were something else. Yes, those were temper tantrums and this episode was temper tantrums. If a 9 yr old acted like that, she would be sent to her room. But I guess since Clare is 39 instead, what she did was being "strong".

I cant wait until Clare leaves.

Totally. I was having Deanna flashbacks throughout this episode.

I also think that the producers have a lead foot on the gas pedal this season and it is not making for better viewing. Count me as another one baffled by the Dale love. I don't get it.

I felt for Candiace when Chris told her to shut up - he could have been kinder about it - but it must be exhausting to be there every time she gets into it with someone, both in the moment and during the emotional aftermath.

He seems to be performing his role as muzzle/purse holder very diligently. Aside from Eddie, he was the only husband there and I think it was to try to keep his mouthy wife in check.

I am not hating Ashley this year, but I loathe Monique so her taking her side is an issue for me, and she should not have had anything to say about an event she did not actually witness, even if she could hear screaming elevated voices in the washroom.

Agree, maybe Gina's man's  ex has primary custody and he see's the kids on weekends or what ever arrangement they have. If he has his kids full time his ex must be a real winner. I'm not sure I like him. He's too willing to move in with her so soon and show his face on camera. Does he have a real job?  How did Gina get this gig anyway? She's common looking, her house is common, clothes are cheap looking, her hair is a disaster, and she has no wealth. Apparently she is one of those women that has to have a man in her life no matter what. Again, she got this job how?

I agree with this. Everything about her bugs me, including the way she talks. New guy does sound like a barnacle - I am pretty sure she said she was paying for the new digs. And why exactly did he need to be in the meeting and chiming in at the divorce lawyer's office.

I do not miss Vickster or Tamrat at all! With Jeana's narration at the beginning, it seems like they are trying to get back to the origins of this show, and that would not be a bad thing.

  7. Bennett's sister was indeed putting on a performance. The worst was asking the waiter for birdseed - SMH. Amelia looks SO much better with her hair cut - what a difference a bit of styling can make. If she is doing her residency in Virginia, that's not terribly far from Nola - at least it's not the opposite end of the country.

I still can't with Olivia - she seems like the most closed minded person. She wants Brett to change his personality! That ain't gonna happen and if he changes to please her, he is going to end up hating her. Just stick a fork in it.

I don't know why Henry can't have a relationship with Kristen. She gets him, and she is a hell of a lot more attractive and more polite than ChristinA.

I see money being a potential problem for Woody and Amani. He spends like a drunken sailor, although the coupons were very cute! The fact that he lives with his grandmother probably allows him to have more disposable income - which will be a rude awakening when he has to be responsible for all the bills that come with running a household.

I don't know about Miles and Karen. She really just seems to be going through the motions to get to the end of the 6 weeks.

  8. Olivia has taken a firm first place spot on my list of people that I dislike. She is just so bloody humourless and has a severe case of resting bitch face. She has made me actually feel sorry for Brett!  I know we have seen some of her friends, but have we seen any of her family? I also think that Brett is very insecure and the sarcasm is his protective shield but unfortunately it is very off-putting to many people.  She has said that he is very different off camera, and I guess she thinks he is even worse - or not? Bottom line, these two are just not compatible in any way in either their values, goals or interests.

ChristinA has the worst fashion sense I have ever seen. Whatever that lace thing was on her head looked like a veil that a 6 year old Catholic girl wears to their first communion. And that blue and white dress looked like a tablecloth for an English garden tea. But far worse was her completely simplistic lack of compassion for Henry's confidence issue, telling him to "just get over it".  I am liking Henry more and more as he opens up and I love his humour, but I think he would be much better suited with someone who encourages and supports him, as would we all. I think she is far too self absorbed to be that person.

I like how comfortable and open Amani and Woody are with each other, and hope that this is not just a honeymoon phase.

I do hope that Karen and Miles make it, but I guess it remains to be seen. It is nice to see her open up to him and I hope that intimacy will develop with them, at least off-camera.

Amelia and Bennett - they seem so well suited to each other and I think they will make it.

Let’s also not forget that this isn’t cinema veritae of a random group of people. These people were all interviewed, scrutinized, and cast to play a role. Not saying things aren’t edited, but the people who get chosen to be on these shows are picked because producers think they’ll get footage like they did with Mercades. Maybe she can claim she was just acting at audition to get cast, but that’s admitted she deliberately and knowingly played the game. People who are cast don’t always behave as expected on camera, but I guarantee the producers are trying to get way more people acting like how Mercades acted and are disappointed when people turn out to be “normal” on TV.

I just started Mercades' interview, and I am already frustrated.  She is blaming them for her edit, when she is the one that came on super strong.  She wasn't forced to do that.  You can't go on a reality show, act like that, and then think everyone will "know" you aren't really like that.  Plus she was really mean to Laurel in that one conversation with her.

Yeah, all I hear is victim noises. I only got through 15 minutes of this and can't stomach any more of all the "expecially" and "like".  She keeps saying that she is not the person that was portrayed but she still acted like a trashy mean girl. If this is her real persona, spouting off all these platitudes, she just sounds very vapid and shallow with terrible grammar and vocabulary skills.

No mattress pad on BOlivia’s bed?  Am I the only one who still dresses beds with mattress pads?

That drove me nuts! But I will admit to being a bit OCD - I have two mattress pads on my bed.  And also her ambivalence about whether the fitted sheet was inside out or not. It would have been very simple to reverse it - it's not like the bed was all made up. I am finding Olivia more and more unlikable every week. Brett was right - that was not trivia, but he was a big poop about it and could have been a better sport. But her friends kept telling him - it's coming - I don't think they had a clue what trivia is. I did enjoy watching them at the rock climbing wall.

ChristinA has a strange sense of humour - that pregnancy joke went over like a lead balloon. I still do not see these two making it, and I think he would be a good partner. If she keeps pushing him he is going to bolt right out the door. I saw no point in Amani getting in the middle of their drama - where the hell are the "experts"?

Bennett and Amelia - she is a total slob, and I think that Bennett is not too pleased about it. Her feet were disgusting and she looks like a bag lady - I am not sure if it is just quirkiness or poor hygiene and apathy, but I think the latter. I hope she cleans up for her job - and wears deodorant. And I hope that Bennett never wears those pig tails in public. His friends seem even quirkier than some of hers.

Miles and Karen. That Thai massage was interesting - I kept watching to see if Miles had pitched a tent. She is so bloody uptight and if she has this many issues with intimacy, she never should have gotten into this in the first place. If she feels unsafe with Miles, I can't imagine how she would have dealt with a "manly" man. I don't know what she was expecting.

Woody and Amali. I need a translator app to understand what he is saying half the time - he's kinda mumbly and talks fast. They do seem to be doing well and I think that her holding back a bit doesn't make it too easy for him and helps to keep him on his toes.

  15. Lisa "Own it" Rinna did nothing but deflect and attack. She is an angry,  hideous human being who lacks self awareness and will do anything for attention.

I thought Kyle was trying to resurrect Elizabeth Taylor in her Cleopatra days and it would have looked good if it was a Halloween getup. She can GTFO with all her "just be honest" BS - just come right out and call Denise a liar. She is the one who instigated every bit of this - again to deflect from her own house of cards. I don't think anyone believes Denise, but it is absolutely none of anyone's business.

I was warming to Dorito until she avowed her love and adoration for Rinna. Now she is dead to me again.

Teddy is a pathetic yappy little dog. She just barks out things that are pointless. Why the hell should any of these women who are either not friends of Erika or have been shit on all season be required to fly across the country to attend her performance, when her own husband couldn't be arsed?

And Andy was just as guilty as the rest of these hyenas. I think that someone less biased should be moderating these reunions.

I don't know who is going to be the victim of next year's pile on, but I won't be around to watch it unless they do some serious housecleaning.

  16. That was the most inane conversation I've ever heard between Mersades and Carrington. All I heard her say was "Blablabla like blabla like blablabla like bla bla. Like" -  and he is still interested?? Absolutely nothing of substance and I  think she has the worst butterface,  although I don't think any of the "girls" at CA are all that attractive - Cher is pretty and seems nice.  I wouldn't call that conversation that skank had with Laurel passive aggressive. It was downright aggressively bitchy.

And at the villa, the "boys" are all quite unattractive except the baseball player whose name escapes me because we hardly ever see him. I think everything about Aaron is gross from his liver lips to his fashion sense, and that cake looked like something you'd see at the local grocery store.  Not sure if Moiron is sedated or if she's just slow witted.

I am liking Jasmine more and think that Caleb is a doll.

Karen seems to treat Miles like a little brother. His naturally sweet and open nature is actually a bit of a turn off to her. When he came barrelling at her like a puppy dog in bed...I was like no, Miles. It is not right, but she is reading this as needy and weak. If he toned it down a notch, she would really open up to him. Again, it is not right but Karen has some preconceived notions of manliness and Miles, as great as he acts, is just not fitting the bill.

That is exactly how I see it as well, including the puppy comparison - he is like a big clumsy Labrador pup. And her preconceived notions do not seem to have worked out so well for her in the past. I truly think that this is when the "experts" might be able to make themselves useful, but they seem to wait until the damage is too far gone.

I appreciate Brett's sarcasm and find Olivia to be such a buzz kill. These two are hopeless if they can't even have a laugh together.

I find the timing of ChristinA's ADD confession to be suspect. It boggles my mind how anybody could have though these two would be a good match. And I certainly don't think she would have worked with Brett either.

Just love Amani and Woody - that burka/burger exchange was hilarious!

The odds of Amelia and Bennett both applying for this show at the same time is also a little strange. I wonder if they knew each other a little better than we are being led to believe.

One thing I will say is that Dorito is a savvy little minx. Her damage control this season was brilliant - I almost forgot all about Puppygate, and that was no accident.

  20. Not sure when this reunion was filmed, but this is not the first that I have heard about Kyle’s accusation of the charity not receiving Garcelle’s donation money – I am sure this was leaked to the rags a few months ago.

As for Kyle – she just refuses to let anyone finish a sentence, and she is completely oblivious to this fact even with a montage of all some of the times she had been shown to do this. Not only is it obnoxious, it is total disregard for any one’s point of view other than her own. And if someone does persist to make a point, she bursts into hysterics and storms off. She is too stupid to be able to have a two-way conversation that isn’t about someone kissing her arse.

Rinna and Erika were both disgusting. Rinna is the biggest gaslighter and shit stirrer of this bunch. There have been a couple of times when I have actually liked Erika this season but the last few episodes have left me completely cold with her.

This Denise pile on continues to be bullshit. Even if she is lying and covering her tracks, they have beat this thing to death and it is not entertaining. Why the hell can’t these harpies just accept that she didn’t appreciate the conversation that was taking place at her home in front of her kids and leave it at that?? And that is perfectly reasonable! If they had been able to accept that, this entire season would have been totally different. It seems obvious to me that they were on a mission to destroy Denise when Kyle and her dumb yappy little pet Teddi brought in her secret weapon Brandy. There was simply no other reason for her and Kim to appear and for Brandy to blab about all of these things Denise allegedly said to her.

If somebody told me that the person who I found the most reasonable this season would be Dorito, I would have said they were full of poop. But here we are.
