Am I the only one that was totally annoyed by Nola being all in Tres face when he was dealing with the allergic reaction?

Hi! I've been lurking for a while but decided to post a theory to see what everyone thinks or someone may have already had this theory. I know that Neil and Sam got married 3 weeks after the other 2 couples, I was thinking maybe the death of Sam's grandmother could've been the delay because she was alive when Sam found out she would be on the show.
