Jennifer mentioned this at her panel at Oz Con. How many times have one us mentioned that therapy would be good for her? Just another example of Jennifer understanding her character better than the writers.

Well no one can accuse Jen of being a bum during hiatus. Busy girl. Lucky for us fans. I adore the friendship between her and Rose too. This movie sounds off the wall and right up my alley. Hope we'll see it at some point.

What's also disappointing is that her comments not only added fuel to the Emma vs Regina debate but also the Jennifer vs Lana one. People are not only sending hate to Jennifer - again - but there are some demanding she respond to Lana's comments. I can't even with this fandom some times. I really hope people don't ask Jennifer about it when she's at the Oz Comic Con in a couple weeks.

She had a very busy hiatus. She makes me feel lazy though. While I'm looking forward to her movie projects, I really need her back on my screen as Emma. Also looking forward to her Oz Con appearance in a couple weeks.

Lana has clearly switched from koolaid to bleach. I knew about that clip last night and a good nights sleep clearly has not done anything to diminish my anger over her comments. I mean wtf? She's gone into Adam and Eddie status meaning I have no desire to read or listen to her interviews anymore. Which is a bummer because Lana has a great sense of humor and seems like a fun person to be around but her views on her character and the show is just ... no. I can only assume they were never fans of Jennifer in the first place. You can't send someone that much hate if you were a fan imo. It's one thing to be unhappy or disagree with something she said but to send death threats and such? That's just crazy. I know I'm biased when it comes to Jennifer so I'm happy to see others already sticking up for her (here, twitter, tumblr, and such). I admit I haven't followed that many celebrities but I've never come across someone who puts that much thought into their character and responses. She rarely gives one liner answers. She really thinks about the questions and tries to answer respectfully. I hope she stays far away from the hate because I don't want to read or watch an interview where she's guarded in what she says. She's always so lovely and animated and just a pure joy to listen to.

Agreed. It has to be someone who doesn't have connections to Hook or her parents. Someone that is Emma's alone. Not that they can't make friends with the others eventually. But I don't want Emma to filter what she says to them in fear of the friend going back to one of the others. Agreed here too. I love that Hook is her person but she needs a girl friend. Someone she can get silly with, take off shopping with, rant over ice cream, and so on. Heck, I'd even be happy if it was someone she was friends with in NY. A phone call here and there or a visit here and there. The problem with that though is it would be someone outside of magic so how honest could Emma be with them. Word to your entire post but I'm just quoting these lines. It's my most hated scene in the series. On one hand I'd love to see Emma ditch everyone and go find her happy place and live out her days in peace. I could be done with the show and hopefully watch Jennifer in something new. On the other hand, I need to see Emma get her happy ending. I want to see that final scene focused on her before it fades to black. I'm also that idiot who hopes they fix some of the messes they made in season 4.

Yeah, it's all about the poor execution. They had plenty to work with and Jennifer is more than capable of delivering. The frustrating thing is that it wouldn't have taken more than a tweak here and there to make it work. And it wouldn't have taken away from the precious time Woegina needed instead.
