  1. Let's draw conclusions based on what we do know, then.

She was convicted of something or she wouldn't have been placed on probation. She was, though, and instead of appreciating the chance she'd been given, she violated probation.

This is inaccurate. It is very possible to be on probation without ever being convicted of anything. Some "deals" require probation and at the end of probation, if you have not violated it, the original charges are dismissed. If you violate probation though, you are usually charged again with the original charge and may then be prosecuted for it

  2. Loved this episode and loving this season. By far my favorite season so far. Went back and watched all of the episodes again last night and this morning and I think this episode was a necessity regardless if we had figured out John was the killer. Y the point is that now we know that HE KNOWS that he is. I love Evan's whole style of playing March. Absolutely brilliant. I even am totally thrilled with how well Lady Gaga has done as the countess. All in all, I have no complaints. I watch this show to enjoy myself and try not too take it too seriously or pick it apart. It has offered a great story in my opinion so far

This is LITERALLY the first season I have not given up on by this point. Granted, I recently re watched Freak Show in its entirety, and am currently doing the same with Coven. I plan to also.go back and watch the first two. (I hadn't ever seen Murder House when it originally aired)

  3. Wait. How do you come up with three arrests for DUI?

When was she convicted of DUI? Nothing states that.

The parole violation could just as much have had to do with 'possession' of three xanax without a prescription. And heck, my mother would give me a few xanax once in a while.

Just don't see enough information to draw the conclusions you're making.

And the disclaimer on the web page:

If you look at the post you quoted, Rye only said that ONE arrest was for DUI. They also said that whether she had 3 arrests for DUI, 3 for out of county warrants, or 3 for shoplifting Red Bull, or a combination, that would make them a loser IN THEIR OPINION, but there is nothing in that post at all saying that she has 3 DUI. There is also nothing saying whether she was or was not convincted, only that she was arrested. I am guessing, and let me please reiterate GUESSING WITH NO PROOF OR INSIDE KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER, that she was NOT convicted of anything...that she was given some kind of program and in exchange the charges were dropped. Those are not really serious charges in most courts eyes (I mean they COULD BE, but to most courts, as long as someone is seeking help they can get away with a couple arrests...even maybe 1 probation violation, as long as they dont have a record a mile long) it really depends on their lawyer, and who is prosecuting the case for the state.

Also, around me DUI mean under the influence of alcohol OR drugs...DWI is alcohol only. Obviously I have no knowledge of Florida's DUI/DWI laws

  4. While I wouldn't put it past her, I didn't mean boxed wine. I thought he was carrying a box of wine bottles? Like from a supplier? But I admittedly wasn't paying rapt attention.

Yes you were! It was totally a case of bottles

It takes more than broccoli omelets washed down with green health drinks to kick an addiction -- it requires a make-over, if next week is an accurate indicator.

Best post in this entire thread! Hilarious!

  5. Bravo showed a running washing machine and edited in sound bites of Rocky, for all we know, really loving her dinner "mmmm so good". No "red handed" footage was actually shown that wasn't helped along with additional editing AFTER the fact. The personal issue I'm referring to is when Rocky shared with the rest of the crew. Even if the cameras did catch this that or the other that's a different animal than Rocky speaking on her and Eddie's trysts to the others. There's a difference. Let's say he isn't too worried about the cameras (which didn't really catch anything) but they were being discreet enough so the rest of the crew doesn't find out. Being on a reality show means they are opening up their lives to viewers not that they are necessarily required to live in a fish bowl with each other per se. That's my point about private things being private. Yeah, they are on a reality show but they don't show us when they are showering or when they are using the restroom (unless of course you're Bethenny Frankel).

This right here. I don't think any of what we heard when they showed the washer spinning was actual sound coming from inside the laundry room during their trysts

  6. In her TH, her make up is just atrocious. It is so shiny and makes her face look plastic. It is not really a good shade for her either. These people need to learn that less is more. Makeup is supposed to smooth out blemishes and create accents, not cover every square inch of skin with a half inch layer. Some skin should be visible. It just looks like a joke. Like a circus clown. It is baffling

  7. But they actually did get away with it. The cameras didn't catch crap and the crew was completely shocked when Rocky shared so for the most part had Rocky stuck to keeping it discreet which should have been the easiest hurdle since ya know hook ups are private affairs then keeping it discreet during the whole charter season was a success.

Agreed...it is obvious that Rocky knew it was a "discreet" relationship being that they never really talked or spoke it about it in front of other crew or cameras, and strictly texted about it. I feel like that is partly why Eddie was ghosting her because he didn't want to bring it up and talk about it in front of cameras where they could be "caught." However, he is no child and should have known that someone who is like Rocky would full on blow up his spot. The old saying "if you play with fire, you get burned" totally comes to mind. Rocky is as unpredictable as fire. That being said,I am not saying the way he handled it, by lying and trying to cast doubt on her, was fine, but it was certainly understandable given the situation and the fact I am sure he was totally unprepared for it to come out. The whole situation doesn't make me think less of eddie though. He made a mistake and to me it is a forgivable one.

  8. I agree with everything BogoGog24 said and would like to add that I hate Eddie with the fire of 1000 suns for acting like Rocky's victim...like she lured him in with her femine wiles even though she knew he had a girlfriend. Really. dude. Blaming the she devil of a woman for your own sexual transgression is so 1915. To make it worse, I didn't like how he ignored her and gave her the cold shoulder after the fact because he suddenly woke up and found his conscience and some standards. Have the good grace to pull her aside for a chat about breaking it off and then at least be civil to her. And lastly, I just hate him for being stupid enough or arrogant enough to think he could pull off a tryst like that on yacht...with cameras!!

Yeah but...Eddie is a guy! Don't you know? We don't have any control of where our dicks go. They have a mind of their own! She flashed her vajayjay to him. That's like when a nuclear muscle leaves the silo...there's no going back. Dude was powerless... ;)

  9. Um, isn't that the article we've all been commenting on up until this point? I'm confused.

I think the forum post for the episodes goes up before the article. I often comment on the episode without reading the article myself...though sometimes when someone posts the "in case you missed it" link I will go back and read it.

  10. Sooooooo, just gotta say that good olé James is really growing on me. I feel like he may be front and center this year in the drama. I loved his "whaaaaaaaat?" After chugging about 12 shots of fireball. He is still young enough that his alcohol use is not yet to an alarming point. A far cry from a 30 - something entering the bar and doing 7 shots in a row. Buuuuut, he should be careful...

So, I hate to quote myself, but I just need to retract this entire statement I made above in episode 1 of this season. This little shite has been grilling on my nerves ever since, and I really wish we could see Kristen beat his ass again like she did at Scheana's wedding last year

  11. I read she fell down or something while drunk and busted her face. I think what we see is swelling. I agree it's kinda scary looking. Hopefully there's no permanent damage.

She fell down drunk while getting out of am Uber and smashed her face on the bumper. She needed surgery which she recently had. Because of this her face was swollen in weird ways and she had a large shiner under her right eye that no amount of makeup could cover, hence the sunglasses. I hope there is no permanent damage to her face as well

  12. Thanks. I called the 1-888 number and spoke with "Dave". He said the 12 test and the 4 test screen for Hydrocodone and that if positive it would come up under the Opiates section.

Yes, I stand corrected. They do test for hydromorphone (which hydrocodone synthesizes into by your body). In fact I have recently learned that most quick test drug tests that do opiates nowadays check for hydromorphone. Oxycodone and methadone are the ones that require a seperate section and will not trigger an "opiate" positive. I am glad you corrected me because I hate to spread misinformation. As this test contains the "expanded opiates" test and not the common old opiates test from the 5 and 7 panel DOT tests (that only checked for morphine derivatives), it will test for synthetic opiods.

Thank you for contacting First Check Diagnostics regarding our Home Drug Test Product Line. We appreciate your business and value your feedback. We are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have with our First Check products.

In response to your question, “Does Suboxone cross react to cause a positive on the First Check Home Drug Test?”

No. The First Check Home Drug Test does not test for Buprenorphine, Suboxone and Subutex, nor do these drugs cross react to cause a positive result for Opiates (OPI) or Oxycodone (OXY).

Heroin is considered an Opiate, therefore, any of our First Check Home Drug Tests that test for Opiates will work. We test for the five main Opiates: heroin, codeine, morphine, hydrocodone, and hydromorphone.

^ corroboration to what Silo said found online from a user that emailed their customer support about a different question, but the answer also answered this question

So I was at SUR when I was in LA a few weeks ago. Idk what Lala is talking about it being so booked up. Was there on a Friday nite & the bar was not happening & there were few peeps at the tables. It was around 6, so maybe it was a bit early? OK, this is my 4th time there (hiding head in shame & embarrassment), and this is the 4th time I've seen Peter there -- and no sign of Sandoval, Jax or anyone else from the show. Hmmm, what does that say? I only saw Peter from a distance, but his hair looked greasy as fuck & pulled back into . . . yes, a teeny tiny pony tail. Ugh, get a clue, Peter. Sheesh, why do attractive guys purposely make themselves look slimy & fugly as hell?

Doobs, I feel like all of these people besides Peter work there like only once a month if that when the show isn't taping. Is the food actually any good? I was working in Beverly Hills in June of 2014 and had to run to a lumberyard and ended up going to one RIGHT NEXT TO SUR, but never stepped foot in the place

  13. If the test checks for synthetic opiates, such as Oxycodone, then it's really, really likely that it tests for Hydrocodine, too.

Well, the test says that it checks for illicit "opiates". It actually specifically listed a few different prescription opiates (each under their own section of the test), and a few other non opiate prescription drugs. The test has a section for "oxycodone" and a section for "methadone" just like a section for THC, and a section for cocaine. I have known people with a very large oxycodone habit who have taken the tests with an "opiate" section only to have that section show negative. So the test only works if it has a trigger for certain metabolites, and it appears that this test looks for the ones from oxycodone specifically, but not hydrocodone, or hydromorphone

ETA - Just to be clear to you...This is one of those instant at home tests, not a lab test. I think if it hits positive you can then send it to a lab (with a whole lot of money) to get really specific results

Here is the product page http://www.firstcheckfamily.com/products/drug-tests/12-drug/

So clearly it has a section for "illicit opiates" (which would clearly be at least heroin amd opium, but I guess may include other stuff). Under the section for prescription drugs, it lists "oxycodone" and "methadone" with their own sections but does not list hydrocodone. hydrocodone does not metabolize the same as heroin and opium and thus is not covered by the illicit section, and the prescription section does not specifically test for its metabolites, only the metabolites for oxycodone which are not the same

EDITED AGAIN - Here is what i was looking for. I was correct. This test WILL NOT show hydrocodone as it is not specifically testing for it as it is with oxycodone

    https://www.erowid.org/pharms/hydrocodone/hydrocodone_testing.shtml

By the way...not trying to be a know it all, just trying to spread correct information because I have a feeling a lot of people in general.are misinformed or have misconceptions about drug testing. ..especially at home instant drug testimg

Are we allowed to discuss the previews for next week on here? Who do you think James is talking about re: the scratches .... ?

if there isn't one already, usually one would make a new post for the upcoming episode to talk about the previews or first looks

  14. Speaking of her, did my ears deceive me, or did she say (really quickly in one of her THs) that it would be "dope" to get paid for having sex?

Your ears did not deceive you. She did say that. She has no problem with whoring...her problem was with being called "basic"

    • Love 5
  15. Just to put it out there one last time...The captain of a boat normally DOES NOT take a share of the tip. He is paid many times more than the rest of the crew and traditionally leave the cash tip for his crew to give incentive to do the best possible job

ETA - Someone could tweet Captain Lee or one of the crew to ask them. I don't have twitter so I cannot do it myself

  16. First off I seem to remember Lala was not fine at all with James calling her a slut/whore. Second, it wasn't being called basic that upset her, it was "basic bitch." Coming from a man who says he likes you, that's pretty disparaging. James has shown himself over and over to be a nasty drunk. 95% certain he'll cheat on Lala just like he did to Kristen, if he hasn't already. I bet the reason he accuses Kristen of cheating, drinking, etc. is because he's actually the one doing those things and therefore projecting. Again. Just like he accuses Lala of being a slut when he's the one hooking up with randos like that Jenna chick behind his GF's back.

That is what James said..."basic bitch" but Lala made it crystal clear that the "basic" part is what upset her...not the "bitch"...right after and in her TH

ETA - She also makes it crystal clear in the aftershow that it was "basic" that upset her

  17. Can you elaborate on how his drug test isn't testing for the drug he uses?

Of course I will. I would be delighted. We know from what they have said that hydrocodone is Shay's drug of choice. We also saw the exact brand and model of drug test that he was taking for her in the prior episode. This test is used to check for oxycodone, and methadone, and heroin, but not hydrocodone. I looked up online the specs for the test because I could read the box on my tv screen and saw nothing about hydrocodone.

  18. It's quite possible she told him it better be, or she'd leave. Who knows? She may have handled it more deftly than that, but if the dude is depressed and battling addiction, it would be quite easy to take advantage of him and get consent that he wouldn't normally give.

Even so, he would not by a long shot be the first or last guy who still went back to using despite an ultimatum from a significant other. I have seen it happen a LOT of times (a lot more times than I have seen the ultimatum actually have the desired effect of keeping someone clean). If he has a real problem/addiction, her threatening to leave will not be enough by itself to keep him from ever using again. His brain will tell him "I can get away with it. I used for 8 years without anyone realizing it. I can fake them out even though they are looking for it now". Especially with scheana. For fucks sake she gave him a drug test that didn't even test for the drug he was using. I can guarantee he realizes that the second he looked at the box

I love the fact that Lala is not mad about being called a whore...but don't you dare call her basic

Yes because I need to discuss what's happening with Kristen's lips.

I feel like this has something to do with her accident

  19. Could we possibly have an after show thread?

Pretty please with a cherry on top!

You can make any thread you like! :) That is the beauty of a forum. If you don't see a topic already made about something you want to snark on/ talk about, make it!

ETA - also, what was up with the total up skirt shot on Katie when she stood up after the wine meeting? C'mon producers, that wasn't very nice of you
