So all the other wives ( though neither Janelle or Meri have a “ fully functioning” marriage) are taking the side of Kody. This for Christine must solidify the fact that she made the right decision. If you have no relationship other than anger & resentment with your husband & your supposed “sister wives” don’t have your back, what’s the point of staying? After Christine spent the greater part of her life raising everyone else’s children. Kody is just a very angry and unaware man. So funny that he thinks he doesn’t hold grudges.

I’ve never heard of Todrick before this show but I’m sure he was believed by Carson & Cynthia overShanna is because he is from two minorities and believing a blond bombshell over him would have not been pc. ( and I guess I’m not either for thinking this).

I really hated the way the residents of the house didn’t give two shits about Mya, who came to this house apparently not knowing anyone, is a person of color in “The Hamptons”, is an admitted introvert and yet none of these self centered assholes could do anything to make her feel better when she cooks most of the food and cleans the house. Luckily for her, production must have seen this as an opportunity to cash in on a social issue & recruited Ciara ( who honestly NEVER had a bit of trouble bEing included last year) boing the topic to the fore. Wouldn’t you think 30 year olds would be perceptive and gracious enough to give up one damn night on the town to make someone feel better? I think Andrea was a total asshole to not bring her a cup of coffee at least & those crocodile tears didn’t fool me . Paige way to involved in her own popularity, Lindsay on the hunt for a husband, and Amanda being a spoiled brat over not getting a birthday gift - all great example of white privilege making people totally self absorbed.

I admit that I am a tad bit older and have much less money than these ladies, but, hey, I went through the sexual revolution with a lot of energy and do not remember talking with anyone who would listen about vaginas and all the many unusual sexual experiences I had. I always feel sorry for the service people who have to listen to these wild tales without reacting.

My initial feeling of sympathy for Noelia losing her marriage has turned to empathy for the poor man who left her and fear for the son ( did she say he was autistic?) who was left with her.

When I start wanting to rescue Georgi from these horrible women,it’s time to put this franchise to bed. Darcy has gone from being a pathetic woman whose being berated by men who seem like assholes, all because she is so insecure. Together with her sister, and now at least one of her daughters, she appears to be pathetic yet mean. Georgi is right, if all her friends hear about him are her complaints, what else are they supposed to think?By the way, what is this “ team” from LA they’re talking about ( the production team from 90 days?). I feel bad that her daughters are now seeing that being a shallow, insecure woman but changing your appearance is somehow “ empowering “.

These people are so spoiled. First of all, how long will it be before Amanda & Kyle finally end this charade & divorce. They clearly don’t even like each other. Is it must for Bravo money ? Paige was smart to keep dating more than one guy - good for her. But honestly, Andrea crying because that girl punched him - really? It is not acceptable to be pushing someone you barely know into the pool, phone, heels, make up & all. He deserved to get punched so stop being a crybaby. Why Danielle chose to pick a fight with her boyfriend the one weekend he can come up was stupid but probably just trying to makes herself relevant. Alex is pure peacock and it probably will surprise him how few people are interested in that kind of energy. Love Carl and I’m glad Ciera and he did not continue - she’s a little too unready for a serious relationship. He and Lindsay - I’m not sure…

If Sherie wants to divorce Agbar after this she has my blessing. She did that horrible climb for him & yet he read nothingness but negative and nasty with her. He may be a great role model for his students but he really is not a pleasant partner.

I came back to this show after watching the first few episodes and really enjoyed it. As many people have already said, this show can be triggering to those of us involved with substance abusers, the unmedicated mentally ill and poverty. Though it is well over 40 years since I was in that situation, I felt all the anxiety that Alex was feeling while watching. I was fortunate that I had something to fall back on, but being one step away from disaster everywhere you turn is physically and emotionally exhausting.

I have a theory about this show. Wr all know it’s been losing steam over the years and some of us stopped watching. I suspect there is a new production team that realize that most of us “ hate watch” Kody and everyone who does watch had one or more wife that they are rooting for. Why not finally go all the way and make Kody ( and his pet,Robyn) the ultimate villains. 8 pages of comments on this thread as well as podcasters sounding excited about this show again makes me think that whoever devised this strategy knew what we wanted. Not that lovey dovey “ I love the polygamist life”but what we’ve all thought - it’s a crappy life for a woman!

There are some real Oedipal issues going on between Kody and his sons. He seems to be very competitive with them and as we can see Logan is completely absent from the family and the other boys ( except for Dayton & Sol) seem to have found their niches outside if the family. Kody expects these women to all like each other and interact when he’s the only one who has ever benefitted - dropping his sperm all over and then having little to do with them after their born. Hope your happy in your celestial palace, Kody, cause you sure f’d up this life.

Oh no! I must be maturing now that I’m in my 7 th decade. I am now considering giving up yet another Bravo show. I don’t care for any of these Housewives and my two least favorites (Heather and Shannon) are not adding to my enjoyment. Also Gina crawling all over herself to become besties with Heather reminds me of how she continually betrayed her friendship with Emily to hang out with the “ cool” kids. The new women don’t interest me at all….

While the Alexa commercial with the couple dancing to “I Only Have Eyes for You” is lovely, I can’t help but notice that the wife has obviously grown 6 inches since she was a teenager. That must have been some growth spurt!

I tried but I just can’t! I thought with the low ratings we would be donewith this but now they are planning a reboot with the OG’s providing advice for the girls who are actually teens?Pleeeeease no. They have no wisdom to impart other than teaching these girls how to wring a story line out of their wasted lives. Not even my morbid curiosity will allow me to hate watch this mess.

Well, Bravo, let’s not do that again. Other than Jason I did not see one person who wasn’t acting like a school child. Neither Austin or Craig have enough charisma to interest me in a second show with them & these women have absolutely no self esteem to be falling all over these guys. And they left that place a total mess!

This episode made me question my initial impression of Zack & Gil. Zack is probably just a “fuck boi”. I think he’s attracted to Michyla but doesn’t really like her very much.I think he couldn’t care less about marriage but he likes the occasional roll in the hay. I don’t think Gil is as heartbroken as he wants us to believe. I definitely think he wants another season & I think Myrla agreed to stay till the end so they could pull this off & he could be the poor guy who deserves another chance.

So nice to see Nicole’s empathy for her dying friend extends only as far as the supreme disappointment of having to give up the crystal dance floor if they get married now, while her fiancée is still, uh, alive. And of course the worst part is that she will be leaving Nicole alone if she should be inconsiderate enough to die. Daonte may luck out & become her back up.

The only thing that is satisfying about this show is seeing what fools these girls are when it comes to men. On the other hand,they’ve set the Women’s Movement back by years. It’s a vacation, ladies! Nobody should plan on a serious relationship so dry your tears and have fun!

I’m convinced that Austen must have had a deal with production that after playing the heartsick schlump for several seasons on Southern Charm, he was going to get a chance to be the heartthrob on Winter House. Ciara wanted more screen time, Lindsay & he were already friends and Madison hasn’t had any attention for awhile, thus all this new found popularity. Of course, now he’s going to be an asshole. Craig and Paige - no, I don’t think so. We already know what a high maintenance snob Paige is and Craig is just an easy going guy who likes the simple things in life - drinking beer with his bros, sewing pillows and a cat named Gizmo. Naomi couldn’t turn him into the suave professional man she wanted and neither will Paige. However, Paige may hang in there longer because she will need to be in the cross over shows.
