  1. This was a very hilarious episode! So many great moments.

Sonja's TH where she discusses George freezing his sperm. It was a brief moment, but it's made extra funny because she's got like 4 drinks going.

Lu Ann snorting when Sonja suggests betting $2 because that's what the old money crowd does. Poor Sonja. She hasn't been "old money" in almost 2 decades. Her betting style was totally nonsensical, as Carol mentioned. It's like investing in penny stocks and expecting to recoup millions.

I am effing sick of Kristin's reaction "O" face. She does it ALL THE TIME.

I don't need Aviva in my life. Or George.

How was Ramona's foot-in-mouth parents faux pas, racist?? That confused me.

  2. I really didn't care for this last episode. Was I supposed to find that funny? I was too disturbed by Louie dragging Pamela by the arm to laugh at her anger that even his attempted rape was a fail.

  3. Well, it's not like TPTB don't have a lot of source material to draw on. The debate field for the last election was wide and there were a lot of primary debates.

I am *dying* to know why Kent and Sue are on the outs!

Me, too! I thought their lovers quarrel had something to do with the London episode where Kent forced Sue to cancel the Prince Charles interview after she had to do some "humiliating" things to get it. She seemed more curt and acerbic than usual when she was on the phone with him at the end of the episode.

  4. Kandi could splurge and hire a professional to plan her wedding in 5 weeks, but she'd rather let her friends do it. Just mentioning 'Party City' to me would have gotten Carmon a pink slip.

She could splurge on custom couture for her bridal gown (Reco, you're not Jason Wu. Just, stop) or buy high end off-the-rack. But she'd rather throw the dice on a Fashion Show contestant, who is untested WRT the volume and complexity of the job, on such short notice.

Instead of renting the San Diego Zoo to stand around and funk up your nuptials, why not put that cash toward the reception and bridal party attire?

  5. Regarding dog funeral attire, I love the fact that the HWs dressed in the spirit of the occasion. It was an OTT affair and sexy cocktail dresses and fascinators seemed appropriate. I really loved Heather, Carol, and Kristin's looks from head-to-toe. It's like Aviva heard "funeral" and took it seriously.

  6. Personally, I'm hoping that leading up to it we're treated to an Aviva meltdown that would rival an erupting volcano.

If season 5 is any indication, Aviva doesn't really tend lose her shit until she's on vacation. I feel like she's saving her epic freak out for the cast trip. And if precious Reid can't be there to hold her hand, so much the better for us.

  7. I thought the scepter was a dumb idea until Kenya asked Porsha to spell scepter. I nearly died laughing.

Hah! Me, too! I think that's why Porsha lost it and went crazy on Kenya. She saw her "friends" Nene, Kandi, and Phaedra ki-kiing it up when Kenya made the spelling comment.

  8. 8×12 “Seven Little Indians”

To me the funniest episode of any show ever, cheesy, silly, surreal...and one more thing: “Tootie”!

My sister and I still quote the line about the thermos. And we will sometimes end a sentence with "Tootie",  just for giggles.

There was a period when every other episode was Tootie having a colossal meltdown. The screeching was unbearable.

  9. I feel like Nene's special WWHL interview was tacked on last year, too. And maybe even the season before. Isn't that where she intimated that Sheree should be fired? And not long after that one-on-one sitdown with Andy, Sheree was dropped.

In the first half of the season, Nene kept repeating that it was necessary for all the ladies to be able to interact together in spite of their differences. Wasn't that the purpose of the "bunding" trip to Savannah? But now that Porsha seems ready and willing to go after Nene's "sworn enemy", while Cynthia would rather just make peace with Kenya, now it's Cynthia that has to go. The message seems to be that the only way to express loyalty and true allegiance to the Queen Bee is to throw fisteses.or completely freeze out the enemy. Seeing so many shades of Jill Zarin. And it's not a good look.
