I admit I wanted to stand up and slow clap for Rose when she dumped him and bounced. It speaks volumes that someone living in abject poverty decides that life is better than whatever you have to offer in America. Ash is originally from Mauritius, I think he said. Mini Persnickety may be on to something, undoubtedly be believes that his best shot for fame and fortune is in the U.S., home of the Kardashian family and all the Housewives. His goal may be some sort of looking for love show next, where he will say he sincerely loved Avery but she was just so mean to him he had to break it off.

I believe on the new season of The Other Way, there is a gay male couple. I hope the same, I'm sure there are various obstacles to gay couples globally that we don't see with the usual assortment of heterosexual couples.

I agree, he seems to be severely emotionally stunted, unable to tolerate life's ups and downs. Beyond some passing good looks and an interesting accent he has nothing to offer. And will Avery confront him about straight up lying about Sian's true feelings re Taj moving to the US? He flat out lied to her, I hope she calls him out on that too.

I guess this is why I enjoy Jenny and Sumit, or Darcy, their lives seem positively refreshing by comparison.

I don't think it's a big deal for gay or straight couples to have exes among their friends, actually I see it mostly as a sign of maturity. We're not in high school any more, a true friend is hard to come by!

Tiffany needs to suck it up, I'm sick of listening to her berate Ronald about things she knew about before she ever married or conceived with him. Telling him his daughter was going to be in America, like it or not, reflects a disturbing lack of real commitment here. You married him knowing his chances of a Visa to the U.S. were almost nil, what was your plan for that? How did you intend your daughter to have a relationship with her father?
I think Laura must be drinking heavily. That hair, the dowdy clothes, the extremely flushed appearance. She's really pathetic.

I'm real life friends with David's sister and was Facebook friends with both before the show filmed (I had no idea he was on it), but last night I unfriended him. He actually disturbed me in ways I can't vocalize. (Plus, he never posted anything interesting anyway.)
He's so smug and arrogant, just unlikable. I half expected him to get up from that table with the PI and start throwing punches, he doesn't live in the real world. He really thinks he is all that and of course a beautiful young woman is in love with him. No fool like an old fool.

Lana looks like her photos are a good ten years old. IMO she looks like she has fillers, botox, etc, kinda odd for someone so impoverished.
