I think Angela and Jessica will go, Ashley too.. before her knee gets worse and her leg drops off. It will be interesting which Rookies go. There are quite a few that got very little airtime. Most people seem to think Kat will go, I wonder what her dancing throughout the year has been like? She seems to love it as a DCC and posts lots of positive messages/pictures about her time there. Maybe Simone .. wasn't she the one who only just made it and had an injured shoulder? I hope Danielle doesn't go, or Kelsey. Holly Arielle is so gorgeous, it would be good if she stayed. Neither of the Amy's have made much of an impact on me but I do wonder if there will be any shock leavers like Holly P or Kashara from the rookies or Caila from the vets. Girls that you sort of think will stay a while but move on to something completely different.

I'm not fussy about Kelsey's hair.. I love her either way.. I just wish she wouldn't make her eyebrows look so harsh, they are kind of blunt between the eyes bit which makes her look older. She's one of my faves.

Having just looked at Danielle's Instagram while reading the post a little above (I looked a while ago but she was private then), and looking through all the old pics, I saw the photo of her foot injury that happened before Training Camp, the year they nearly didn't pick her.. my goodness it was pretty bad! I'm surprised she managed to dance at all. **So pleased she got a second chance because she's one of my faves, along with Kelsey.

That was where I was watching it. Usually I'm working, but as I was awaiting surgery I was at a loose end during mid day so ended up watching.. alas not from the beginning though. I don't think you can catch up on programmes that aired that long ago now? I would be delighted if you could! **Also wish I'd recorded it >:(

*sigh* now you've mentioned all the girls who did have bangs it makes me realise just how many series I havn't and can't watch in the UK. My first one was when Danielle and Jasmine were rookies. Now I can only watch MTT on youtube and even then only the last two series :( I also think Kat might look good with bangs. Her hairline starts very far back. It is a pity their isn't more hair diversity lol! Thank goodness for Robin's curly 'do!

Have any DCC's had bangs before? I wonder what Holly P would look with bangs?! Slightly random question, sorry about that!

Okay, so I just had to go to YouTube to watch it a bit bigger so I could actually see who the girls were lol! Agreed about Ashley Pro, she looks awful.. it pains me to say it because I really liked her on MTT, but she looks stocky and soft and her walk is terrible, her arms are sort of swinging like a gorilla :( Janelle is so lean - like spaghetti!! - she looked great though and Holly has the most beautiful face and smile. I thought Jacie looked gorgeous and walked really well. Watching it a second time though .. the music.. just awful. Really stripper-ish. It actually made me sad. Especially for girls like Caila, who seemed quite young on MTT. It must be difficult doing things like this if you are quite young.. it looked a bit like a meat market. I know they show the same amount in the bikini shoots, but that is in front of a professional photographer.. this was like walking in front of a bunch of dirty old men :(

I wonder if you HAVE to take part in this? Firstly some of the stockier girls may not look so good.. but secondly and mainly, it looks like it would be awful to do. I certainly wouldn't want to be walking down the catwalk with my entire butt cheeks sticking out!! Was it Kelsey that was being followed by the cameraman with the steady cam? That just looked so humiliating having someone literally filming your butt as you walked along. :(

Hmm.. I was just skimming through the DCC Facebook page and I saw this picture of Victoria. https://www.facebook.com/DallasCowboysCheerleaders/photos/a.413047096034.200984.181648811034/10153016158051035/?type=3&theatre She has a great figure and looks lovely, but I'm surprised they didn't photoshop her a little. there are quite a lot of lumps and bumps (not in a bad way, just muscle definition) but I thought perhaps they would have smoothed them a bit. It looks like an unretouched photo. Almost a before shot.. wonder if it is, or if it will go out like this. .. also *stamps foot* no fair I can't order these in the UK :( I ordered the Star magazine swimsuit issue and with postage cost me over £30 (about $45) which was quite a lot.. especially when I realised that Ashley pro and Brittney Schram weren't in it!!! (I didn't realise that even if you go on the shoot, if you don't make the next team - you don't make the magazine.)

Kelsey also posted a pic with her partner, standing in the air on his upraised hands so I guess she was a stunter. The rest seemed to just be doing more basic lifts. I'm guessing gymnast Kat was a stunter.. she looks like she would weigh as much as a Q-tip!! I can imagine her pinging through the air! I loved watching that though. I so rarely get to see any of their performances, as I can't watch old episodes on whatever channel airs them in the US as I'm not in the right region/country!! I liked the turn-y split leap at the end too. :)

I live in the UK so I can only watch MTT on Youtube.. I have to watch different episodes from different people and sometimes the whole episode has chipmunk voices.. needs must! I check to see which episode is about 36-38 mins if it says an hour it is usually a link to a dodgy site. I'm feeling a bit at a loss now it is all over :'(

I wonder what Rookie Holly would look like blonde! I wish they'd given her a more sassy cut, she looks very dowdy. I'm not keen on her red hair either.. do DCC not have other shades of red? It always seems to be the same colour no matter what the girl's skin tone.

Oh really? I always think she seems really nice. She has lots of fun goofy photos/videos on Brittney Schram's Instagram. Also talking about the girls getting along. Brittney Schram, Jasmine and Ashley Pro are all roomies.. so I guess it was lucky they all ended up leaving or that might have been awkward. I do wonder what it must be like if one person leaves and their roommate remains a DCC. Was it Jackie Bob who got Collin a job at the same place as her.. and then the next season Collin was cut.. she still worked with Jackie Bob though. I wonder if that was hard for her. Oh my lord. The Cameos. I think Holly's is revolting. Like they cut her head of a different photo and stuck it on crooked! I'm not very keen on Loren's legs in her shot.. they sort of look like they are knotted!! I'm glad there aren't so many of the ones with their arms draped over their heads.. those shots irritate me beyond measure for some reason! I'm very disappointed with the redheads. They all seem to be the same shade. They always show those little hair swatches on make over day, yet they only use the same sort of red. They could try a more plummy colour or an orange-y ginger red. It just seems a bit boring. Also while I'm ranting (!) what is the point of having their hair colour written on their bios when a) we can see it and b) it is dyed?

Just thinking back at the calling out of Angela.. I wonder if this happens to other vets and we don't see it? Also I thought it was quite funny when the guest choreographer got right up into their faces. I guess if you can carry on when a crazy person is all in your face it bodes well!!

I just have to mention that thought I think Madelaine looked great in the Laker Girl photos.. I hate how they appear to be wearing bra and panties in some of those pics. It looks really sleazy.. why can't they wear cute shorts? Do they actually have to dance in panties??? As for Angela, as I'm fairly new to watching DCC MTT and live in the UK I only get to see the girls featured on the show. Up until now, I've barely seen who Angela is, I didn't see the season when she made the team. I actually thought she looked a bit old. She didn't have the freshness of some of the other girls and wasn't super smiley and friendly looking like the other DCC's I've seen (Kelsey, Holly A, Danielle). I think when there are TCC doing amazing leaps and spins for the show group.. twerking isn't going to cut it. It doesn't matter how good you are at DCC choreography, show group should be the most proficient dancers no? I really like TCC Megan not zombie Megan who got cut, but the brunette one. She seems a safe bet and you wouldn't have to worry about her getting the steps wrong or stage fright. I think she could easily slot right in. Loved seeing Robin. She seems a sweetie. There are still a bunch of girls I don't really know much about. The two Amy's.. they have blurred into one for me. Perhaps they should have been given different hair to make them more recognisable? What with having the same name and all. I wish they made the episodes a little longer so you got to know the girls a bit better.. or even stopped fill them out with the same people who end up getting cut anyway. I guess I would rather see Karen just on the day she was cut if they spent more time showing girls who actually get in. Instead of showing ditzy megan who leaves anyway. Kelli and Judy do seem a bit harsh this year. Melissa Rycroft. I'm sorry but I still would be happy to do without her bits. She asks a girl what her comments have been from K&J they say she is a bit timid or whatever and her advice is 'Come out of your shell'???? I'm sure if they could do it that easily they would have lol! Can I have less of her and perhaps some shots of the Vets dancing instead?

I forgot to mention, when Colby was getting cut and she said she would do the routines if they asked her, I had this awful feeling she might break out into poetry like Vivian! There was this awkward silence and I kept thinking 'please don't tell us you had a lucid dream'!!!

Okay here is my super quick comment because I've only watched it once.. and I like to watch each episode twice so in case I've missed anything the first time lol! Three minutes in and Melissa Rycroft was already irritating me and I wanted to throw a cushion at the screen. I think my issue with her is, I'm guessing she's being paid for her role as 'smile coach' and I'd rather see a vet doing it and the money going to them.. I did read somewhere that they get $150 per home game? That seems a pittance considering all the unpaid practice hours. (If this is wrong, please don't not get angry at me .. I am completely willing to acquiesce if I have misremembered this info). I feel we see so little of the vets, it would be a good way to bring them into the show more (though we did get weeny snip-its of them this week). Secondly, as a Brit, there are so many girls with interesting names that I've never heard of in the UK!! Not just from this year but others too.. fave names I've never heard of (or for a girl in the case of Collin) Kashara, LaRae (Kaitlyn LaRae), Caila, Raylee, Collin, Breelan, Kinzie Ryanne! It's a revelation!!

I wonder if we will get to see some of the girls that got through but didn't appear in the shows so far. Like Emily, was it? I saw her called but that was the first time I'd really seen her. It would be sad if we only ever saw the people who struggle or get told off. I'd like to see the girls that are good too!! There are quite a few vets that I didn't know anything about until I started looking a bit further into the team pic and then on Instagram etc. because they weren't really shown much on the show.

Not really on topic but I wasn't sure where else to ask this. So I have the bikini issue Star magazine and was wondering when it actually comes out in the US? Reason I ask is, I saw that Ashley Pro, and Jasmine went to Tulum and had their photos taken.. so I wondered did they wait until the team was announced and then pull anyone who got cut? *Perhaps I liked Courtney Cook because I was in awe of her spring hair!! **Springy hair.

So I just re-watched episode 2 on Youtube (I can't watch it any other way as I'm in the UK.. but this time I took notes!!! So here are my thoughts. Vets first. I loved Ashley Pro but she looked out of shape and still had the rabbit in the headlights look when on the big screen. Jasmine looked awkward.. but then I've always thought that and was never a fan. Poor Breelan .. the amount of times they showed her tummy jiggle O_o I was impressed with Paige's work ethic. I would have loved to have seen more of Melissa, Kinzie and Erica's routines as they loved them so much.. and also Danielle's. I would have been interested to see her breakdance-y routine. Courtney is getting a bit irritating. Almost like she is trying to channel bubbly Courtney Cook (no comparison! Curly Cook was awesome!) I'm surprised she got through, also Taylor (low LOW kicks) as they did so poorly on the field. Colby.. where to start. I didn't notice the accent. Being a Brit, and a Londoner at that, I didn't think she sounded very British. But my oh my has she ticked me off!! She really wanted to get back to the US because she missed the 'Unity, Hard Work and Passion' of the Americans.. you better hope this works out because your old company will not want you back after that slur on all Brits lol!!! Apart from that I found her just a bit dull. Small Town Holly seems sweet, she looks very young though. I look forward to seeing her progress. Also Megan. She looked great :) Lastly, I have no idea who Neal McCoy or Melissa Rycroft are (except from their previous appearances on the last season and watching Brittney Schram dancing on N McC's video . I didn't see Melissa's rookie year) but he does come across a bit creepy and letchy and Melissa comes across as really thinking a lot of herself and her input.. when I suspect she is just there to pad out the programme a bit. Phew! That's it! **I have to just mention I LOVE this forum as I can read all your comments and hear what you all think.. as I don't know anyone else who watches this! **** Forgive me if this gets posted twice.. my internet is very shonky today >:(

What exactly was wrong with Erica's hair? It wasn't big and floofy? I thought it looked fine. I'm glad she told Vivian how awful her TinMan dance was.. that would have been excruciating to watch twice.. I can just imagine Kelli and Judy's faces as they watched it *shudder*!
