Has anyone thought about turning the bus over? The seats have to be more comfortable than the ceiling. I mean, if they all just push . . .

Yeah but they're sleeping in there and the ceiling is probably a LOT cleaner.

Shouldn’t the excavation team have found that?

I imagine the crash took place in a different spot from where the plane exploded, but I agree that the excavation team should have found it.

  3. A softball game, really? These people have no survival instincts to speak of. Maybe the lady with the plane will find room for one more and find a survival instructor (with skills comparable to Les Stroud) willing to go on the adventure of a lifetime...

  4. They should have taken the snake with them, that was a LOT of protein they threw away (that's really easy to skin, it comes off like a sock) and their large party needs the food.

  5. I think that the village is made up from the pilots they sent out in the first mission (in the Mojave... Perhaps they were instructed to go south west?) That means that they have been there for at least two years, but with time travel it could easily be more. Maybe they've mixed in with the locals, who knows (local tribe would be about 70 miles North on the Coastline)

  6. Why does everyone assume that RockerJoe's son was adopted into a loving family?

Unfortunately, my experience with the adoption system is that the kids least likely to get adopted are the ones with special needs.

I don't think that it's wrong that he wants to find out about his kids home life situation. I do think he should tell his wife though.

feel like a clinic is where Maddie will end up

I hope so. This is one of those episodes where I found myself wishing I'd quit watching 5 minutes before the end.

I really wish James Wolk was just doing a show where a cat brings him tomorrow’s news today,

    Lol Early Edition!

I did wonder if NurseJoe's Jenny was on a date with that coworker. I also wondered if he knew or not that she had a kid with special needs, giving that he is pushing her to move to Atlanta.

  9. A quick Google search informed me that the La Brea Tar Pit started ensnaring fauna 38,000 years ago. Since there is no visible tar pit, I'm guessing that where they have landed is 38,000+ years ago.

  10.

I don't like Max not being part of the triad, although I guess this explains why he got shoved into Izzy's pod.

I think the closest equivalent to what Max is would be an uncle who is an identical twin (what makes monozygotic twins not identical are transcription errors, translation errors, and epigenetics).

  11. So I'm pretty sure Kyle's death is a fake out, especially since the racists

    Spoiler

don't like the former Sheriff Valenti's views... enough to kill her perhaps?

Obviously, that would only happen if certain people got tangled up in some new alien stuff though, since they're covering it up.

Yay for familial acknowledgement! Maria is your grandniece Izzy, act like it.

  12. I wish that Charlie and Alana or maybe Bailey and Tarzan had won. They seemed the most genuine couples.

While I still think that Korey and Olivia's romance was fake, I'm glad that Will and Kyra didn't win. In the beginning Will and Kyra were my favorite couple. I still like Kyra, but I despise Will.

I don't care who you are, or what your situation is, if you spend the entirety of Casa Amor with your lips glued to another person named Flo you don't love the person you're with and you don't deserve to win.

I never bought into Will's apologies, given that they only occurred after he was pressured into it. I don't believe he feels he did anything wrong at Casa Amor. He only agreed to become Kyra's boyfriend at the eleventh hour, when the money was in sight and even then his mastery of the English language was good enough that he avoided using  absolute terminology, giving himself an out later on.

If I saw a man behave like that at a bachelor's party I would advise his bride to dump him.

I'm so glad this season is over, hopefully next year is better.

  13. Why was Maria mad that it wasn't Max who saved her from the fall?

I wondered about this too. One alien is as good as another and Max's ticker couldn't handle it. Her argument that it had to be him made no sense.

It wasn't even a proper dilemma because if she didn't want Michael to help her (emotional reasons?) she could have just asked Isobel.

And that she needed to come on this show to realize to stop going for guys simply because they were big and tall and decided to try personality instead?  Olivia says she wants to feel desired for once?  What was Javonny then?

Literally, Javonny was almost everything she claimed that she wants in a man, except I guess he wasn't tall/beefy enough so she friend zoned him...

I've noticed that the new guys don't seem very interested in her. The girls that they were interested in? Shannon, Kyra, Cashay.

  15. It saddens me that we can't get away from politics while watching a scripted show (which for many of us is a form of escapism). I find that all conversations regarding politics are a minefield these days, and are very stressful to have... Even sometimes with people who share your views.

I liked Lea this episode (shocking, I know).

, otherwise it is called assault

The correct legal term is medical negligence, but my point was that they couldn't just ignore the bleed which would also be negligent.

I'm glad that they were able to fix her while still doing the natural birth she wanted but I understand why the lady doc reacted the way she did when the main character overrode her decision.

Did she rupture other vessels during her powerful contractions? Did they somehow find the source of the bleed and do sutures to close it up during the birth?

I'm annoyed that the episode ended before explaining how it was possible to do surgery on a woman giving birth without a caesarian.

  17. Dumb. Sooooo dumb.

When your pregnant patient starts bleeding profusely you put her under the knife. Neither age nor race has anything to do with it. Common sense does.

Imagine if she or the baby had died. The hospital would have gotten sued, rightfully.
