  1. Liam is an insensitive jackass. When Ivy was going ballistic on Steffy's (lack of) character and morals, I was all "Go Ivy! Go Ivy! Go Ivy!" She definitely deserves than that waffling tool Liam.

Liam is a fool, and Ivy should know that by now.  I hated Ivy running down Steffy's character and morals because it made her look jealous and vindictive.  She's classier than that.  Besides it made her look like it was over the loss of Liam, and I hate when women blame the other woman rather than the fool who made the promises to them in the first place.  I wish she had just laughed at him, and said that she had already moved on.

All Ivy has to do is go to the police with her phone and let the chips fall. It's up to Steffy to explain her actions on PCH, but the longer Ivy hesitates the more she will have to clarify her hesitation. If Ally was her Best Friend, what is Ivy waiting for?

This.  I don't get that Wyatt thinks it shouldn't get out.  Ivy should be turning this in right away.  It's not going to make her popular with Liam or Steffy, but what does she care about that.  I think even Ridge would understand.   She can certainly explain her feelings to everyone, and they have to respect that.

  2. Is the show going to morph into the Marone/Spencer/Logan/Avant one half hour?

Think this was asked by RunTheTable earlier.  It has kind of already done so.

Forrester Creations was a Forrester/Douglas enterprise.  It took Eric's talent, but Stephanie's money to bring into being.  Of course, Kristin and Felicia are still around, but never on the show.  And of the two of them, the only child with both Forrester & Douglas blood is Dominick.  Of the folks still on the show, Eric, Thorne and Aly are the only ones with a true blood line.  Rick & Bridget can't count because they are Forrester/Logan.  Even if an exception can be made for Rick, he and Maya will have to adopt their children.  Ivy doesn't count either because she is only related to Eric, not to Stephanie, and didn't grow up in the firm.

If you only go by who owns the firm right now, it"s 50% Marone, 37.5% Forrester, and 12.5% Spencer.   They are the owners of FC.

  3. OMG.  Now folks are hoping for the return of Miss Chastity, aka Hope Logan.  The only person on this show that has been equal to matching my hate for Hope is Nicole.  I am so pissed they are wasting Zende on that girl.  I even like Maya at her worst better than either of those young ladies.

When Aly first returned, the character annoyed me beyond words.  But then they had her fall in love with Oliver and that was so sweet it still makes me smile.  Can't say I enjoyed the medieval times type of entertainment she shared with Pam and Charlie, but it was still nice to see her having fun.  The scenes they wrote for AP and Hunter Tylo were so touching, and I was impressed by the writers for finding such a lovely way to end a sordid story line.  But this being BnB, they had to go and ruin it.  They certainly had to do something with Aly.  Neither cast nor viewers could have taken that crap for much longer.  But KILL her?  Seriously?  What stinking hacks these writers are.

Not only am I obviously in the minority about Hope, I thought the show today was well done.  The silent eulogies were just fine because the flashbacks were so good.  Besides, I don't trust the writers to come up with any words that would leave me fulfilled.  I get what Ridge was going for, I think.  I don't believe it was guilt about Steffy, but rather that none of the family did enough to help Aly while she was alive.  Her behavior was so often so bizarre that they should have all picked up on it.  And acted.

Nu Thomas is a stunner.  Kind of a Y&R Joe Clark look, I think.  Didn't get enough views of him today, but I guess I'll have to wait until another day.   Someone up thread mentioned there are not enough young women on the show to interest Thomas.  The same goes for men.  If you are a Forrester, male or female, and reside in Lost Angeles, there is no where for you to go but to the Spencers, and that's only 1 female and 2 males.  We need another family to move into the neighborhood, but no more Avants please.

While I'm being disagreeable, or at least disagreeing a lot, I also think there are a lot of good actors on the show.   In fact, olther than Charlie and Nicole, I think they all are.  What I think hurts them all is poor dialogue.  Such rotten lines these poor actors are given.  Give them all a drink on me, just for putting up with that.

And finally, Brooke looks way too old for Thorne.  Other than I don't want to see any more May/Sep romances, I think Thorne would look stunning with Ivy.

  4. Well, I am really, really old and started with soaps on radio.  I would run home from school at lunch time and my Mom would already have the radio tuned to Guiding Light, introduced by Papa Bauer.  Ma Perkins would follow, etc.  Later on, TV came to my hometown - much later than most people because we were in a deep valley in PA and couldn't receive the signals.  God, just typing that makes me feel ancient.  Anyway, ATWT was the first TV show.  It came on earlier in NY state, but then had to be sent via some kind of tower system down to us, so it came on in my town at 4 p.m. for a while.  I can still see the first episode as if it were yesterday - well, maybe the day before that.  Y&R and Guiding Light didn't come until later when I was a young stay at home mother, and then I started with B&B.  Never watched anything but CBS soaps, nor did my mother, sisters or daughter.  Just loved that DVRs had been invented by the time I had to return to the work force.

  5. Here's hoping Cupcake didn't get any time because he's the next Bachelor.   That much cheese deserves it's own season.

I kind of thought Cupcake was quiet because he probably didn't get death threats, but he did get hit a bit hard on SM.  I think even he has to be embarassed about the crying scene.  It really was over the top, and I liked him before that.  I'm not so sure that didn['t take him out of the running.

What about Amy Schluer (sp?) and her treatment of JJ? It was hilarious but it was mean…was it bullying. Were the audience bullies? Whatever….

I think her name has an m in it.....Amy Schumer or whatever.  Given that CH brought Kaitlyn out with the tragic news of her cyber bullying, why in the heck was this even included.  I didn't find it funny.  Maybe it was, but I was just so offended after the lecture about being kind to Kait, and then poor Kait treats J.J. this way.  And I'm not fond of J.J.

And Kaitlyn talking smack to bachelors who "voted for Brit" or "might be gay" isn't bullying? On national television? Pot, meet kettle. Kaitlyn, you need to check out your own reflection in that "bullying" mirror. Your "nice hair" comment also was not very nice. It might even be called "bullying" ...

Yeah, this.  Plus she put out mean tweets/comments every week about the guys, especially those who were being rejected.  I thought nice hair was particularly rude.  The guy just apologized for his behavior and gave her a rose, for crying out loud.

JJ seems to have lost his job…his title had "former….." (can't remember the actual job).

Question.  How do any of these guys keep a job.  Many of them go from TB to Paradise.  Would any company keep them on with this much time spent on reality TV.   Do they get paid enough to do these shows that they can afford to give up permanent work?  There are only so many reality shows, after all.

  6. Not impressed by kaitlyn's explanations to Jared or Ben H. Especially Ben. "I had to tell Shawn because he told me honesty is important to him." And... It's not to Ben??

I think it was Ben H. who put importance on honesty.  The only reason she told Shawn is because she was afraid he would walk out if he heard it from Nick.  He was such a needy turd.

The whole cyberbullying thing was to shut down any criticism, though Tanner did a good job of hot seating.  She had daggers in her eyes when confronted.

I fell for Tanner when he sang that clever little ditty reminding her of his name at the casket date in Ireland.  He didn't let me down tonight with his questioning.  Of course, she got to ignore almost everything he mentioned.

Only one guy had the balls to call her out, and of course the BN harpies booed him.   He wasn't being an ass, he was being honest.

I thought he made an excellent point, and he did it in a very respectful way.  The BN attendees were the ones who were off-putting for me.

Canada, I'll make you a deal-We'll take the Biebs off your hands if you take Kaitlin back.   Do not want.

Can't Canada keep both?  We certainly don't want to deprive them of their talented natives.

Was Ben Z that hot while on the show? I never noticed him at all but today I was about to start fanning myself. Mercy!

    /shallow sorry

Yeah, Ben Z was that hot on the show.   I've voted for him to be the next bachelor in every poll, but he never does any better than 2nd place.

  7. Or would that be Aly's new room. (Assuming Nicole is still in Aly's original bedroom.)

Nope.  Aly didn't get a new room.  She was sent to share a bedroom with Ivy.  So Nicole is in Aly's original bedroom, the Avants are in Ivy's original room, and Ivy and Aly......?????  Do they move down onto those two couches in the walk-in living room or do they have to use sleeping bags in Grandad's guest cottage?
