I don't think it's that unusual that Tori chose Zac. God knows there's no shortage in the world of "meh" guys who are underemployed and still attract nice, normal women.

I mostly stopped watching this show after the twins graduated high school...how long has it been this joyless? That Thanksgiving preview was uncomfortable as a viewer; they looked so drained during the restaurant scene. Awkward. This show really needs to pack it in. I did find opening day very interesting, and give Jeremy credit for coming up with the hamster wheel-would've loved to try it. Who cares about that fake salsa drama, though. But it perfectly fits with Amy and Matt's viewpoint: why compromise on the amount of salsa to order (or anything else) when you could just go overboard and bitch about it later for the cameras? I hope we get to see more about the generational future of the farm besides Jeremy sitting around waiting. Where's Zac's voice in this? Do Molly and Jacob even care? It's weird to me that none of the kids are working at the farm daily or even just shadowing some duties. There's two men speeding towards their 30s with no work ethic, but everyone's wringing their hands over what to do with this asset? The kids should've been studying the business years ago if they wanted it. On a shallow note, something about Audrey just grates on me terribly. For someone with goals of being in the public eye, she always looks pained on camera. Her talking about the weather change, followed by booty shorts, was a fun moment , though.

My gut says Aunt Shannon is in on this somehow. It was weird that she stayed behind in the hotel, and she seemed to me to be more anxious than I would expect. My theory (that I have no proof for) is that she confessed some kind of involvement to Nev during their talk, but MTV cut it for entertainment's sake.

Loved the commercial bumper of Corey and the girls fishing. He's always so active and present with them, while they literally roll around full of boredom at Mama's. How can Leah even believe the lies she spews about what's best for them? Sad. Am I projecting , or does Cousin Chassity look about fed up with being Leah's sounding board? Her wide eyed disbelief over Leah having to follow the court ruling was everything.

My dad watches this show once in a blue moon while flipping channels, and knows nothing about the gossip that surrounds it. Even he was like "holy shit, how what drugs is [Leah] on?!" When an elderly man who cares about nothing televised besides football can tell you're a hot mess, Leah, time to give up the charade. Loved loved Isaac on the way to see his sister, but my opinion of Javi drops every week. A Band Aid baby. Really. And Javi wouldn't be around during most of the pregnancy for support. Sounds great!

It would never happen a second time, but i would give anything for a camera person to show up and spill tea all over Reddit again. I need to know more about Matt, Maci, and Farrah's continued lunacy.

I seriously teared up a little seeing Corey's face when he found out he got custody. How anyone thinks he has bad motives is beyond me. My instinctive reaction to Jenelle's portion was annoyed boredom, until I remembered two little boys are caught up in this bullshit. Her life is like the worst version of Groundhog's Day ever.

Has anyone seen this Salon article defending Maci's drinking? Smh. First of all, what happened to a little research? The author seems to think the only incident in question is at the Vols game and called it early in pregnancy (which..no). It's not hard to regularly see Maci on your TV drinking and pregnant, author. She also discusses how Maci unknowingly drank. Ok, fine, let's say it was accidental. Frankly, that doesn't change the odds that damage was done. FAS doesn't reverse itself because "you didn't mean it." I sincerely hope the baby is fine. But that doesn't make drinking ok suddenly if Maci played the odds and won. The only place I'd feel good about Ryan moving into is a rehab. Curious if this actually means 'move' in the 'moving house' sense. I can see him making a move to give up custody, frankly. That's about it. No way did Farrah get proposed to and we don't know about it. Guessing they shoved Maci's engagement into the finale during last minute editing.

I think the major difference between Maci and Chelsea is Maci's always prioritized being a wife and having a "traditional " family even as far back as 16 and Pregnant. All her adult role models seemed to encourage it, so what else was expected of her? Randy wasn't having that, and was very clear that Adam was dead weight and "love" could wait, even if it took Chelsea a while to come around.

Ryan is 100 percent using hard drugs. I'm so annoyed that Taylor threw out the idea of hiring a nanny. WTF, really? You get followed around with a camera a few days a week (if that). Did Maci piss off someone on the crew? That was a hell of a closeup on her drink at the restaurant. This is definitely the season MTV overall got tired of covering everyone's asses, it looks like.

I remember rumours floating around that Maci was wearing an engagement ring back around the time of Jayde's baby shower. I suppose her story of finding out after the proposal matches if she's been engaged and hiding it for maximum publicity potential to coincide with the new season. Not that April and September are all lol that close together, so hmmn. Gets rough trying to keep all those stories straight, eh Maci? Guess I prefer thinking she's been keeping a pregnancy private than being so dumb she didn't know for months. But if she was, she's seemingly been knowingly pickling a fetus. Talk about no-win scenarios.
