  1. From Season 1 Kyle has always had a loyal sidekick to defend her. First it was Taylor, then Teddi, and now Annabelle.

I think Kyle means well, but she struggles to comprehend everything that is going on. She is also very closed minded and judgmental, which I think is contributing to her depression this season. She just hasn't seen/done much. Her world is so small.,

Yes, she was awesome, and paired with Derek, as was Jennifer Grey. Amber was herself but she also really connected with the audience and seemed like she was having such a fun time. Her energy was contagious.

I also don’t agree about submissive women doing best. Amber was fierce. Ditto Rumer Willis, Normani, Meryl Davis, Nicole the Pussycat Doll who won, JoJo Siwa, etc. Jennifer Grey wasn’t submissive, either.

I don't mean they weren't powerful and fierce. But they were submissive in their role and played the female in the dancing. It's hard to explain. I'm not doing it well. They tried hard to connect emotionally with their partner during the dance.

  4. IMO, Daniella is an absolute gorgeous dancer. She's so tall, yet she is so limber, and I love the shapes she makes when she dances-- she really can curve her back and put her body in these cool postures. I think Jason has a huge crush on her-- when they are dancing together, he just stares at her in amazement. It's almost like he can't believe she is in front of him.

Regarding black contestants being harshly judged, I have noticed that as well. Has a black female contestant ever won? I'm not even sure. I think the ballroom dancing culture commands a very traditional male leading a traditional submissive female. Charity dances very well, but her face is tense. I think people do best on this show who can act submissive (females) or dominant (men).

  5. Jenn has and has had so much botox her lines are now at her hairline. She's going to start taking botox on her scalp.

I find Jenn to be very fake looking and horse facey. I don't think she is pretty at all. I don't like her personality and she hasn't really made any effort to be there for anyone but Tamra who hates her with a passion.

Gina seems to really like Heather, and  Heather does seem a little nicer to her than the others.  Heather has been rude to everyone, and appears to have extra disdain for Taylor (understand she was hurt by Heather's rejection and mocking) and Emily.

I still think Heather's snobbiness at the ranch sealed it for Tamra, but I'm not sure where Tamra turned hard core on Heather.

  6. Shannon has a drinking problem and seemed drunk at the reunion. I was watching on DirectTV and before each commercial there was a public service announcement about getting help if you have a drug or alcohol problem. IMO, a clear response to Shannon's recent DUI, but to be fair, all the ladies (except Gina who is sober) seem to have significant issues with alcohol. Even Emily, who started the show married to a Morman and rarely drinking (recall Shannon blasting her for only barely drinking a glass of champagne all night long), is now purposely binge drinking to be durnk on camera. The season's scapegoat started with an attempt by Tamara to make Jenn the hated one, then switched it up to Heather. The reunion seems to be divided between those who hate Heather, and those who hate Shannon.

Weird season. Emily's "wisdom" annoys me as well. She thinks because she is so successful and became a lawyer (which she mentions a million times and could a million more times and still no one would care) she has this wisdom, but mostly she seems desperate and just likes the sound of her own voice.

  7. This was a disjointed season IMO, because of how it was edited. It started with 1) Tamra and Shannon's relationship, and 2) everyone and their families as the story line. Heather and the kids going to college, Tamra and Eddie selling gym and Ryan being a ranch hand, Tamra's mom moving in, Emily and her mom, Emily and Annabelle doing child modeling, Gina and Justin going into real estate and getting along better with Matt-- the kids and even Matt's gf were a segment, Taylor and her daughter and acting career, Shannon and her kids going to college. Jenn and her family and white saving brown boy with brown mom. We saw everyone's families. Then they disappeared and it became a totally different show. I think this happened after Shannon and Tamra made up. Heather got jealous of their friendship-- Gina got jealous of Tamra because Heather wanted to be Tamra's friend and not Gina's any longer.

I agree that Shannon has legit reasons to dislike Heather. Heather has treated her pretty poorly over the course of multiple seasons. That said, it appears that the reasons Shannon dislikes Heather are not those reasons -- they are specific reasons that have no basis in fact and have been manufactured by Tamra.

That's definitely part of it! But early in this season, Shannon said she has always felt a negativity towards her from Heather, dating back to the beginning, and there is this competition that Shannon has always felt. She said that in her interview.

Btw, I always thought that comment of Terry’s was stupid since he needs construction workers to build his grotesque wife huge grotesque houses.

But Heather atoned at the ranch and acknowledged that day laborers are valuable because they give people beautiful lives.

Terry makes money from people's body dysmorphia. Heather's value is finding good ways to spend "invest" Terry's mondy.

  10. The gang up on Heather is real, and I can see why Heather wants to leave. However, I think she is stubborn and proud, she won't entertain that she was wrong in any way. And I do think she picks on Emily and Gina. She was bullying Shannon right away from her first season in a very hurtful way, and despite everyone constantly telling her why she offends them, she won't listen.

Amanda on the other hand? Can't stand her. Hate that Razvan got sucked back in when she love bombed him. And why does she do everything in slo-mo?

I think she has no energy because she's anorexic. She spends all her energy on hair and make-up, puts on her signature jeans and solid colored t-shirt, spends the day trying to avoid eating and waiting for bed. As someone with an eating disorder, it's very evident she is struggling with food and her body image. She's also a big-boned person so she can't get rid of her hips and shoulders. She has a large frame, which I think makes her insecure. She's not smart, nor clever, and has no personality and Razvan is all three. I can see why she is clinging back to Razvan because he's attractive and adores her and good luck finding a decent guy in the random meth town she lives in. She needs a leader, and I think he could be that for her.

I don't like Heather but I do think part of the hostility she gets is because in this group, she is perceived as winning. I think Heather with a $200,000 net worth, MLM husband, and 20 lbs she would be received much better within this bunch.

It's really rude IMO for Heather to always be talking about money and being arrogant around women who are clearly less wealthy and may even be struggling to keep their lifestyles while living in the OC. I'm thinking Jen, Gina, and Emily. Maybe Tamra.

What does Heather think the ladies should be happy about RE selling her house? That she is now even more rich?

It's nice to bring your friends a gift. Doing it on every trip feels like an attention grab. Look at me...I'm so generous and thoughtful!

It's a tax write off for her.  You notice she's very deliberate about showing things and talking on camera about how much things cost. Remember that one season where she made a point on camera to say the party cost 30K?

But she really isn't driving any income so she is really just trying to find her worth to Terri by finding her own investments and ways of maximizing his money.

  14. I think Heather might have some eating disorder or be manic. She is doing way too much, is looking very unhealthy. She has made a lot of diet toxic comments in the past, like saying that their pizza oven she only allows herself to use once a year. I think starving herself gives her the adrenaline she needs to keep up a storyline. But Heather always not eating and making excuses to not eat, while being extremely underweight and pale and unhappy is not a good image to put forward. So not seeing her as the next Ophrah who embraced her flaws and was vulnerable. That's why people loved her. She got deep and was authentic.

Heather-- I hate everyone. Now I'm going to give them presents. (WEIRD). She totally only relates to people by buying them things. I am really happy she is not my mother. What an asshole. She is so emotionally unavailable I feel sad for her family.

Jenn is very weird looking. And her personality is strange. Does she always talk in a sing song voice? Always? Just odd.

I love Taylor hanging out. She knows she is better than this drama, so she pretends to listen and eat all the free food, and get some screen time while also getting free travel.  I want HER job.

Why does Gina and Emily not realize that Heather looks down on them and they are not friends. Heather tolerates them for the show, that's it.

Maybe she thinks it will give her access to people who have power or clout in the industry that can help her.

I sort of think she just finds her life amazing and this is her way to show off. She's a little stunted with social skills. Her EQ is lacking. I feel like she has that attitude that if she has money and things people will want to be her friend and admire her.

  16. I feel kind of bad for Heather. She is just so unlikeable. Same with Terry. This episode, their scenes were so scripted and cringy, with Terri acting like he was amazed and seeing everything for the first time, being the adoring husband. When Tamra calls you out for faking the happy marriage, you know you have hit ceiling.

I kind of wonder if Heather has some heat on him and that's why he is being extra adoring husband. He didn't really do that before. It comes off very fake. The only real scene was after the party was ll over and Heather took some swigs from the bottle. Terri was clearly shocked she was going off-script. LOL.

Or maybe Heather is just super impressed with herself and doesn't care about anything but letting the world know she had dinner with Mark Cuban. I would hope there would be more depth to her, but she just seems so superficial.

I STILL love Shannon and Tamra. They are cute, funny, and have their issues, but they are themselves and real (more Shannon, but Tamra too). Gina and Emily seem a little fake as well. Newly brought in Vicki is trying WAY too hard.

  17. I think Heather is chasing this HD network thing because she thinks it will generate interest. Like Oprah had her show (way back in the 80s) and she was cool and compelling, and it led to other stuff and now everyone wants to book Oprah for everything-- TV, movies, podcasts, keynote speaking, all of it. But Oprah isn't interesting or in demand because of her show. It's because of HER. Her personality, talent, interest, acumen, etc. Heather has no charisma and lacks any type of ability to connect with others. Of any class.

I'm not sure why Heather thinks she is in the same league as Ophrah. Because she supported her child's gender/name change? Heather comes off as business savvy but lacking a lot of basic common sense and I'm not sure she is that smart. She has a good vocabulary and can pronounce things, but she's just a gold digger like all of the housewives are. She is going to work Terry into the grave for the little bit of sex she gives him, and she happily spends all his money like she earned it.

  18. Heather is calling it a network, but it's more like an "only fans" where you subscribe and people tune in to see you doing different things. Heather is just amping it up a bit with produced content, but it seems like she has a schedule of when different things are "shown" but it all seems live. She isn't producing or creating scripted or semi-scripted "shows" per say.

  19. My thoughts about the house. First season with Heather, she lived on the same street or neighborhood as Shannon. She and Terri didn't like that because David was a "dumb carpenter" and they thought they were better than them. So they bought this huge mansion. Can't afford it. Sold it, and now live in LA where Heather can develop content for her channel.

  20. I think I may get this. Shannon doesn't want to talk on camera about her relationship. But she has problems and shares with others. The whole point of the show is to be vulnerable, so they are calling her out. I know Tamra particularly hates that- which is probably why she brought it up.

Jenn seems super fake. She is so guarded, which I think is why she talks in that sing-song voice trying to seem like some missionary doing God's work.  The Ryan that she is dating talks in that same way. I'm not sure if Jenn will last another season, because a range of emotion is important for this show. It's not a pageant.

Shannon always asks what low-fat low calorie is on the menu, but then ignores what they say. She has been doing this since the beginning on her dates with David. It's her schtick. I think it's funny.

Heather did something to screw over Shannon. Heather really has never liked Shannon (and vice versa).
