Bearing in mind my legal expertise is from Hudson University, we saw Andy in a courtroom with bail being set in the preview. So this has definitely gone beyond dumb cops and arrest. Courtroom means the DA signed off on the charges.

No, Bailey was taking a cheap shot at Derrick being married to Addison (although very separated) when he met Meredith. Which was something Meredith was unaware of and which really rocked her.
That was an incredibly low blow on Bailey's part.

Well unless Jaina is leaving, we know Andy's not getting locked up for manslaughter. But I'll bet money the season finale involves her trial verdict and/or the pregnancy test results for Maya and Carina.
I did like seeing the team rally around Andy. Jack crawling into bed with her but still respecting her physical space was very well done. Even Beckett did well dealing with the PD.
And it sounds like Jack and Carina have some similar traumas in their background.....

Precedence-wise, the Feathingtons should be quite deferential to Daphne if they ever share scenes again. A Duke/Dutchess is much more highly ranked than a Baron/Baroness.
Actually Daphne is now a couple of ranks ahead of her siblings as well.

Oh heck! I'm rewatching Grey's and the whole Jack/Maya/Carina baby thing is Mark/Callie/Arizona all over again.
I'm embarrassed I didn't connect it until now....
Also, after the incredibly graphic rape on Private Practice several years ago I am so happy we didn't get a repeat with Andy and that she fought him off.

I give the show credit for not making Owen a hero for throwing those punches. He got suspended over Billy, Catherine was super pissed about the bar guy and he ended up with a restraining order over the dirty deputy.
It's still too many and Owen's violent streak does need to be disposed of.

I'm loving that most of the sex scene was Anthony pleasuring Kate. I think in one of her memories we clearly saw him looking up from 'down below' (not sure how dirty we're allowed to be here) 😁
