I wonder what sitting at the piano for a couple of hours means in Jill (and perhaps her sister’s) speak. A non ambulatory person in the same position for an extended amount of time is not good. Did Ma really sit at the piano for a couple of hours?

I've looked at a couple of videos of her mom and while Jill is crowing, I just see a woman doing small activities through muscle memory. She would sometimes respond to Jill, but it was distant, disconnected.

I don't know this woman's prognosis; maybe there is hope for improvement.  But having dealt with several relatives with dementia, you come to accept the progression of the disease and move accordingly. You do the best you can with each stage. I find Jill to be childish and disrespectful.

I asked 2 people I know do they think Dave is a hunk. Both said no.

Reminds me of the movie Ghost. Whoopie is running her seance swindle and tells woman how handsome her husband is. The woman states that her husband was not a handsome man.

This is a lesson Jill should learn. Her husband might be the apple of her eye, but she comes off as suspect when she constantly declares he's so handsome.

Come to think of it, it's a mindset she shares with current generation. The emperor has no clothes, from both extremes.

  3. The main story is SOOO silly. I swear some TiktoK plebe all up in their feelings wrote this mess. A whole kiddie revolution just to know who their parents are. Whoop dee do.

The kidnapping was always bad, but damn, those two numbskulls sure have run an efficient operation for 12 years.

And for all these 7 or 8 or 12 years, no one has been able to find this island right down the river.

So, I have been out of commission with skin cancer surgery that has meant I can’t wear glasses so I have been basically blind for a month. As background noise I decided to listen to RHOA from the beginning.

Also, I am stir crazy and wanted to follow the trajectory of wig.

Even when Kim was with Papa, fellow castmates talked about Kim’s love of spending money.

After she hooked up with Kroy, Kandi mentioned that while herself she may have baller money but she doesn’t spend like a baller, but Kim is spending all of Kroy ‘s baller money .

I missed a lot of steps but Kandi even said (I think to Kim) about how she knew so many NFL players ended up in working in warehouses as they spent all the money they made in the NFL.

Glad to have you back. That's a scary situation.

I think Kandi is struggling in her personal life, can't say no to a check so she's just muddling through her scenes and is on the verge of snapping.

It was interesting that even Don Juan told Kandi she should support Todd in his project as much as she demanded from Todd. Of course, her response was the usual "I know, but..."

Also interesting when her other assistant (can't remember her name) asked Kandi if she confronted Joyce about her disrespect, Kandi just said "she should know". Never any consequences for that jackal of a mother.

They have oil forced air heat. That vent is where the heat comes from.

I have a heat pump and heat and air conditioning come through the vents. However, it's not a fire hazard compared to having an electrical heater next to the bed.

So the hillrod grandkid can burn his arms/hands on the vent???

    How safe /s.

No, the vents aren't burn hazards.

I see at least two candles in that ugly ass room nursery, one on the table by the lamp (actually under the shade, which would get burned if they lit it) and another on the windowsill (where it would catch the drapes on fire if they actually lit it while it was sitting there).   Idiots.  You can't burn candles in a baby's room.  I suppose maybe they are just "decorating" with them, but I still don't like it.

What really is truly dangerous is the crib being so close to the wall heater.  Those things can get hot and nothing flammable should be within two feet of it in any direction.  That bed is within inches of that heater ... think of a baby in that crib with blankets and toys.  That's a disaster waiting to happen!

Did I just notice a little board with hanging hooks on it on the wall above the heater?  Good lord, if something slipped off a hook it would land wedged between the crib and the heater ...

Maybe I'm being overly dramatic - sorry.  But you just don't take any chances with safety hazards like those in a child's room.  It's an easy fix, so there is just no reason for it.  I hope in the pictures we will surely be inundated with soon enough, that crib will be in a different spot.

The thing on the windowsill appears to be a plaque of some sort. I doubt that a heater near the crib. It looks like the air vent for the room.

  8. McGrath is just ridiculous in how he keeps screaming for everything to be solved immediately.  They write him as some jackass who has no idea about the realities of police work, crime investigation and crime solving. They might as well have him say "we have 20 minutes left in this episode, so wrap it up."

Otherwise, I really enjoyed this crossover. Pretty good writing and a real ensemble effort. Even Olivia and Elliot were able to interact without being too cringy.

Yes west of Evergreen Plaza.  It hasn’t been in my lifetime but my Mom definitely remembers a time you didn’t set foot in Oak Lawn if you could help it.

Ah the plaza! I remember my great aunt used to love to take us to Evergreen Plaza as a kid. There’s a Whole Foods there now, it’s really coming back.

Funny story- I ran into a Starbucks barista I loved who hadn’t seen since the pandemic when I was visiting family, she was so excited to see me, the Starbucks she worked at closed downtown and they were able to place her at one close to her home.

Well you know Chicago. go through the viaduct and often a whole change of neighborhood.

Does she have an eldest daughter in a different category than ‘born’?   Most people just say eldest without adding the word born to it.   Unless she wants to imply that one of the daughters is adopted?  ( I know they aren’t - just being sarcastic).  Normal people who adopt children wouldn’t single out born vs adopted anyway

Don't get your hopes up about Plexus.  Coca Cola and Proctor  and Gamble are on that list. They aren’t going anywhere

Jill is such a wordsmith. Her magical way of mixing eldest and firstborn, made me think she could be saying there was an unborn daughter previously. So, is Jill tacky as hell or stupid? Obviously both, but which flaw displayed itself in this case?

How would you even steal someone’s check you would have to get their social security number and forge their name … but I wouldn’t know anything about that… lol Rocky you are not a criminal genius… you literally just told on yourself my man

I loved how he did that big twitch in his talking head. And what does her social security number necessarily have to do with the  deposit?

  12. Also, when Muncy was telling Churlish about her brother's bad choice in women, I foresaw Churlish being his girlfriend. She was tired from a long night.

I had no clue that was her son. Their whole dynamic with the counselor was freaky and the age difference was obvious. When she went upstairs to christen the apartment with the other dude, I, was surprised she was openly doing that in front of her "husband". I thought his visits with the designer were payback for his wife's indiscretions. When he ran to her crying mommy after the rape, I thought they were still doing some kind of freakish role play.

Did I miss something in the beginning that clearly stated they were mother and son?

    Fabulous!
yesterday i noticed a fuzzy “thing” on a stoop next to our front door at work. I gathered it might be a bat but I didn’t want to disturb it. Wasn’t sure if he was dead or napping. Had Ricky go poke him today with a stick and tried to put him in a tree. He just opened his wings and tucked back in for nap. I called a wildlife place and they said he might be in “tupor?” Like came out of hibernation too early so he’s lethargic. Could also be sick. She said don’t bother him and if he still ain’t moving by tomorrow they’ll come get him. I don’t want him to die. He’s kinda cute

Her story has been reported elsewhere. Not sure who reported what first, though.

Has there been ANY outside collaboration of this issue? A week or so ago when I saw the news of him being in solitary confinement posted on some other site (I can't remember which one), it listed Balls as a source, so I didn't pay attention.

It was the hitting/smacking that bothered me. He was patting the baby on the chest, you could hear it, and it wasn’t on skin, the baby was clothed. Then he did the same on the back. Then….. he went on to do it on his head. Nurie said, oh you’re burping his head, or something like that. Giggling followed. Nathan said, gentle, but did nothing to stop it.

Jill’s intro to the video, “This is too cute for words!  I am SO in love with my precious little grandsons!  🥰 “.

Sorry for the rambling but the video was bad, to me, not cute in the least.

If he hasn't already, he's going to seriously wallop that baby.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson arguably have a hateful, wacko son. Marlon Brando, Jerry Remy raised kids who committed egregious crimes.

I think a lot of the judgment toward JB&M is based on disliking them. Like I said before, they could have done better, but they could have done much worse.

Claims that none of this would happen if they weren't Duggars or that Josh would have been treated and cured if he wasn't a Duggar, are fantasy. Being non-Duggar in thinking and lifestyle, doesn't address CP at all.
