Under Site Business, there are two new messages in Site Guidelines, just an FYI.

Clueless here. Is site business for regular users or moderators? I don't see any such link anywhere.

Okay, there's something that was definitely missing from this episode- from the show in general, actually. The victim willfully lied about the math tutor having raped her. But she suffered absolutely no consequences for that. Meanwhile, the tutor's life was nearly thrown into the meat grinder behind that lie. First off, he was taken in by the police, with no parents (yes, I know he's 18, but he's still in high school. Trust me, if the police had shown up at my house when my kids were 18, I would have been all over whatever was going on). Guess it was a good thing he had an alibi, right? But what if he didn't? What if he did what a nerdy 18-year old would likely have done in that situation- go home and watch TV, or play video games, etc?

And all he gets is some throwaway line of an apology from the cops who were raking him over the coals just a day before. And that was only because they needed something from him.

What about an apology from the girl that put him in the frame in the first place? Or the father that threatened to kill him (behind his daughter's lie)?

    Okay, rant over.

That got to me, for her to purposely do that to him; someone she knew. Yet by virtue of her being an SVU victim, all her faults and crimes become inconsequential.

It's amazing how many plea deals we are getting that Olivia is satisfied with. In previous seasons there were many victims who would have been happy with the perp getting a plea deal, but Olivia forced those women to testify in open court, because they couldn't be "whole" otherwise.

Like several have pointed out, Chris isn’t a hustler and he’s rather old to be job jumping. He doesn’t keep up with his website , He’ll probably be okay as long s Candiace doesn’t bankrupt them trying to be a singer.

I’m more curious about Juan’s second act. I don’t know if coaching jobs are still in the picture for him. He’s never taken much interest in Robyn’s endeavors in real estate and business.

I wonder how much Robyn sunk into that franchise. That adventure could be a real financial disaster.

I don't know if we've seen a Housewife product related to food other than Kandi's Old Lady Gang. Tabitha Brown's seasoning blend is priced around the $6-7 mark. Chris needs to see if he can team up with McCormick (based in Maryland) and get the product placed in Giant (based in Maryland) and get the price point around the $6-7 mark and I think he could be on his way.

He needs to be like Eddie and let their foolery fuel his bank account.

It's amazing what Tabitha has done. Her spices are even at Costco.

Bethany of NY had some drink products and of Teresa Guidice had her cookbooks. I don't think Chris has the appeal to be profitable with his branding although he can try.

  5. I found the premise of this episode to be beyond belief. Why would a prostitute (escort if you are white and preppy looking) go to the police and say she raped the older guy? Total farce. At least the couple provided some comic relief.

So let me kick off this latest iteration of commentary here at Primetimer...

Clearly (not-so) Sweet T, felt a way about Jackie's joke. And it strikes me that she's also intimidated by Jackie which is why she's never said anything (directly or indirectly) to her about it. At the same time, Greg and everyone else there is also clear that while Jackie may have been giving her best southern lady being a bitch impression, you never, ever, not ever call those ladies a bitch and especially not to their face.

Sweet T has kicked off some intergenerational shit that she does not even begin to understand. Ladies like Jackie have TIME to get you straight and they will take each and every opportunity to put you in your place. As someone noted, Jackie is as old as or older than Sweet T's mama. She isn't going to take getting called a bitch to her face lightly, nor will she forget. She's 'gonna come for that girl church lady style, and woe unto Sweet T, because there isn't a curse word written yet that can be used to describe the hellfire and brimstone she's about to go through. Hell, I wouldn't put it past Jackie to grab that girl by her collar and take her out back to get a switch.

I also just want to note, that as reckless as Heavenly's mouth is, she's never called Jackie out of her name, nor would she ever contemplate doing so...

Bless her heart, that girl is simple. All the ladies are out of her age group, but they are the age group her husband's social network. She's going to have some real problems if she doesn't get her act together. It was funny how Heavenly immediately told Sweet Tea that the apology was not accepted.

Karen and Ray go for the early bird special dinner although she thinks it makes Ray look cheap, I don't think so, I love a happy hour.

Karen has been an ass to Ray all season. In an earlier episode she got huffy because he was trying to hurry her off the phone because he was in the bathroom. She retorted that HER calls must always be his priority. If a man said that to his wife, folks would think he was out of bounds. And now she's embarrassing him at a restaurant.  Is she friends with Toya?

  8. This was so bad I could have cried. I get that Olivia feels some kind a way about Maddie, but it's insulting that some of Olivia's dialogue makes this case seem like a unicorn.

The victim and her girlfriend were acting so sketchy that I thought they had some connection to the rampage. We are introduced to her interview saying "I was shopping? And she had no idea how she got in the stockroom. Then Bruno says the magic words "what's the last thing you remember" and she runs down the whole story. There's a difference between catching one's breath to recount a story, and buried trauma AKA Sybil. Stop having victims declare they don't remember when they clearly do. As usual when Benson asked Natalie for characteristics of the perp, Natalie said she needed to see Brooke, and the interview was over. Benson is a cop who needs to get this info ASAP. As a specially trained SVU detective, show me how you compassionately get info out of a reluctant victim.

How does a wayward hygiene liner have his DNA but nothing else? He wasn't wearing a condom in this impromptu attack so that makes no sense.

The smash and grab at the precinct and worrying about the rapist getting a fair trial sealed the deal.

  9. In all seriousness Noah thought the infant was smart because it nodded yes. I start itching every time I see that kid.

Olivia doesn't have a dash cam?

Can't believe the show had the detectives treating Olivia's eye witness testimony as that of a hysterical woman. How is that a thing on this show in its 25th season? Must be the same dementia riddled writer for McGraph.

When was this girl's birthday? The $3500 doll was manufactured overseas then shipped to the U.S. The seller claimed it was a best seller. There's a bunch of messy logistics behind the manufacture and delivery of the doll which I'm sure they are going to gloss over.

I wanted to duct tape the mom's mouth

  10. Well I guess I'm going to have to believe that shrine story, because Wendy's mom is shady as hell. And Wendy looks more foolish every episode as she tries to play a game she's not equipped for.

All this boohooing over a 10 minute procedure that we now find out was due so some elective surgery her mom had. The way is was revealed made them both look dishonest.

When Wendy starts telling her mom about the Nneke drama, first she acts like the name Lebe is unfamiliar to her. When Wendy recounts that Nneke said the mom called Lebe, the mom rolled her eyes as though that was a preposterous claim. THEN, the mom says she takes Lebe as her daughter because Lebe latches on and states that she did call Lebe. The woman is fundamentally dishonest.

Okay, now I have to do a search for shows instead of just looking at a list. What is going on?

Seems the AI didn't know how to properly alphabetize. However it seems they just cleared it up.

  12. Man, they messed up the forum. If you actually can land on the page that shows all the Candid Reality forums, you'll see they put the regular and the other candids together, but everything is haphazardly sorted. The names of the shows used to be in alphabetical order. Some still are but others are running wild. With over 400 shows in this one category, good luck finding your show without a search.

    Hey  👋🏾

Very late to the party- Sunday night football.

4- what business sense does it make to buy rental property , for someone to live in it rent free? Is it the plan for the kid-adults to apply for section 8? Are Cecil and Simone expecting so much equity that you don't need monthly payments? I'm lost...

I'm really late to the party.

I think I heard Simone say they were planning on buying investment property anyway. If they were going to shell out money to assist the boys in living away from home, might as well let them be the first tenants of their own property. Hopefully they will get their act together soon.

  14. This series has been the most frustrating for me because I couldn't comprehend the writing in the latest seasons. When we talk about World Beyond, or the original Walking Dead series, it's easy to see and discuss their failures. But this show was different for me in that the characters kept having conversations and conflicts with each other that I couldn't make sense of.

Then I started to think that maybe whoever was in charge of writing has a God complex and thus weaved that mindset into every character and script.

June was willing to let that girl die because she hadn't saved everyone before. Madison couldn't make the stadium a success, and her kids died, so she was just going to run away and flog herself.  Sherrie and Dwight engaged in this mindset during their episode. The recurring theme seems to be if a person can't deliver Utopia during the apocalypse, they are a failure. Oh, and let's not forget the Disciples of Alicia.

These episodes were like therapy sessions. Utterly ridiculous.

Wendy's mother has some internalized colorism going on and I can't help but wonder if negative reaction to her original skin color from people who look like Robyn, Gizelle and Ashley is the reason why.

I don't think that's a discussion that should be had on this show because most of the cast is dedicated to pretending not to know what's going on.

Her self image problems started before this show. From the time she first appeared on this show, I noticed her makeup was highly inconsistent. Now that she has done the bleaching, she looks like a boiled potato. I don't want to see her again, but obviously she now has a minor storyline.

There's at least 8-9 tiles on the floor that go from the cabinets on the left to the side wall next to the right of door. The hutch only takes up 5 of them. See photos. The hutch isn't as wide as it appears.

      Reveal spoiler

I can't fathom what they are trying to accomplish. The kitchen door opens to the back of the hutch and the hutch is partially blocking the opening to the next room. What is the purpose of that ratty throw rug?

The hutch definitely blocks the window and possibly the light switch and electrical outlet opening (depending on if it's flush against the wall), but I don't think it blocks the door. Zooming in to the after picture, the hutch sits on 5 floor tiles, and the 5th tile would butt up against the door jam, but not in front of it.

I don't understand what you mean. The back wall has a window and door, of which said door is all the way to the edge where it looks like the right side of the jamb is missing. How could the hutch be on the back wall without blocking the door?

  18. That was horrendous. I don't understand how the writing can get this bad.

I didn't realize they were all at Padre. Did the whole population of the Hotel go to Padre? Did Troy and gang miss that migration? I sure did.

I have no clue how June knows about Victor kidnapping Tracy. I don't know how Troy would know. June is worried about an attack from Troy, but they keep saying the location of Padre is still a mystery.

Anyone else see the blooper when Victor is talking to June, but in the background, his husband is smirking with someone off screen,

The shots of Victor's hand on the dude's chest are annoying. Plus the dude is a grown man yet the writers have Victor interacting with him like he's a teen bride who just needs to keep the home fires burning while he's off fighting battles.

Where did this sudden frost come from? I don't know what the time frame is, but the walkers just stay in place during the change of seasons?

The writing is bad and I can't comprehend all this angst dialogue with June, Strand and Madison.
